- Renata (10/5): - Gostei mt da localização e tb do apoio que tem no prédio como academia, mini mercado. O anfitrião Eduardo é super atencioso ! Achei um pouco pequena, porém bem funcional.

O edredom com cheirinho de limpo. Possui filtro de água para facilidade, panelas, pratos e eletrodomésticos suficientes para estadia. Tudo de bom gosto! Estação de metrô bem ao lado. Edifício seguro é muito bem localizado. Perfeito! Nada.

- Misako (10/5): If you are a solo traveler in Sao Paulo, this is the perfect place to stay!!! - I really cannot say enough nice things about this property. It was my second time to stay, and I stayed for a month. That should tell you how much I like the property. It is in one of the best/safest neighborhoods in Sao Paulo, practically right next to a subway station. It has 24-hour security. You have everything you need in the building such as a fitness center, laundry facility, and a cafe. Some may think that the unit itself is small; however, it has everything you need and is perfect for a solo traveler. The best part is the host/owner of the unit. Eduardo is super responsive, attentive, caring, and organized. He went above and beyond to make sure that I was comfortable before, during, and after my stay. Will I stay here again? You bet! The building has a biometric (facial recognition) entry system (which they implemented during my stay). I found the system faulty/patchy, since it didn't work 80% of the time.
