• Brigitte (4/5): Vor Ort storniert da fehlerhafte Angaben im Internet - Habe vor Ort storniert. Lagebezeichnnung auf Booking stimmt nicht. Laufdistanz zum Strand laut google maps 450m. Als geheingeschränkte Person relevant. Nähe zu Nationalpark stimmt und ist positiv. Der Standort auf booking.com ist trotz Meldung nicht angepasst worden!
• Taylor (10/5): Hosts were super friendly and it was the perfect place for us! - Location could not have been better for proximity to the park. Free Parking on the property also helped It’s small but super efficient use of space and sleeping quarters. Some people might want a bigger place

• Tilly (9/5): A convenient place inside the restuarant with short access to the park, beach, food and the bus. Staff were very friendl - Great location - close to the beach. Staff connected to the restaurant were friendly. Very responsive host. We found find dead cockroaches on the floor often - they get inside and die from the AC. There was no natural lighting coming inside to give us indication of time in the morning. A drinking water tap or cooler dispenser would have been helpful.
• Ricardo (10/5): - Un lugar muy agradable, muy cerca del PN Manuel Antonio. La anfitriona fue muy amable y nos permitió dejar nuestro auto en el estacionamiento mientras visitábamos el parque. Fue una estadía muy agradable, ideal para quienes visiten Manuel Antonio.
• Christian (4/5): - L' emplacement proche de l'entrée du parc et le personnel. Les deux chambres de notre appartement donnaient sur la terrasse couverte du restaurant (clients à 1mètre) et sur le magasin de souvenirs. Donc, impossibilité d'ouvrir les rideaux sans être exposé aux yeux de tous.. Une des deux chambres jouxtait la cuisine du restaurant et des odeurs de cuisine l'embaumait.
• Karen (6/5): Extraña - La ubicación muy cerca de la entrada al Parque Manuel Antonio No puede ser considerado alojamiento. Son 3 habitaciones y un baño dentro de un restaurant. Cómodo y muy limpio pero extraña ubicación. Las ventanas y puerta de entrada dan al restaurant.

• C Marin (10/5): Excelente alojamiento!! - La dueña es un amor, de las personas más amables que me hayan atendido. El alojamiento está súper cerca del Parque Manuel Antonio, de la playa y comercios , incluso un cajero del BAC, si se necesita efectivo!! Entregado super limpio, oliendo delicioso, tenía más espacio del que necesitábamos y cuando necesitamos un par de cosillas fueron súper amables para facilitarlas. 100% recomendado!! Para gente sensible: está al lado de restaurante, se escucha un poco la musica, el restaurante cierra a las 10 pm en punto. A mí y mi familia no nos molestó para dormir. La comida del restaurante es muy rica.

• Cassandra (1/5): Location falsely advertised, dangerous conditions, no refund despite injuries. Avoid at all costs. - This property was a major disappointment and a clear case of false advertising. We booked it based on the claim that it was “50 ft from the ocean,” but it’s actually about 500 ft away. The Booking.com map places it in a different building, and the owner, Marilyn, described it as being next to a coffee shop, but it's actually inside a noisy bar/restaurant and appears to have once been part of the kitchen. All doors and windows open into the restaurant’s interior, offering no natural light, airflow, or privacy unless curtains are kept closed. A strong chemical air freshener made the unventilated space even more uncomfortable. Live music, promised to stop by 9 p.m., continued until almost 10, directly outside our room. The “outdoor terrace and patio” mentioned in the listing is just a tiny area within the restaurant. The listing photos are misleading and appear staged, likely with furniture rearranged to make the space seem more open than it is. Worst of all was the safety hazard. The metal doorframe had been crudely cut to fit the door, leaving sharp, exposed edges. Two people in our group were injured just trying to open and close it. The property manager, Patricia (the owner’s sister), told us to “be careful” instead of apologizing and assured us it would be fixed the next morning, but nothing was done, not even taping over the edge. Due to the unsafe conditions and lack of concern for guest safety, we chose to leave early. I contacted the owner to explain and request a refund, but got no reply. When Booking.com followed up, she falsely denied any issues and refused a refund. We’re now pursuing the matter with Booking.com, the Costa Rican Tourism Board, and the Ministry of Economy, Industry, and Commerce. This place is unsafe, misrepresented, and poorly managed. Avoid it completely.

• Angéla (7/5): Good - Host was welcoming and helpful, the room was clean. Location is great, almost at the entrance of Manuel Antonio National Park. It was OK for two nights, but what was missing from the description is, that the apartment shares a wall with a café, so if you want a quite place and privacy it's maybe not the best choice. I liked that there was a back entrance towards the parking so we didn't need to walk through the bar each time.
• Liviu (10/5): Stellar stay - We had a fabulous three-night stay! Our host Patricia and her assistant Eduardo were so kind and welcoming and waited patiently for us when our shuttle was two hours late arriving. They checked in with us throughout the visit to see whether we needed anything. The location is exceptional, tucked behind Perezoso Coffee House (way closer to the park entrance than the map shows on Booking), 1 minute walk from the park entrance and 5 minutes to the beach. The apartment is comfortable and well-equipped. We slept well and appreciated the air conditioning units keeping the humidity down. This is a great find and a good value for the location.

Patty, Rachel, Jorge, Edwardo, & Michael are in the center of the Universe. 2 minutes to the Park entrance, 4 mins to the beach, zero minutes to paradise. Raymundo & Denise
• Shirley (9/5): Superb - Breakfast was not included but the restaurant on site was excellent. It was very clean, the location was exceptional and the hosts were always available, receptive to suggestions and ultra friendly. As well, there was free parking and great air conditioning. Nothing
• Kuutti (9/5): I recomended this if you are not looking for fancy hotel! - Good value for the price. Kindly owners. Breakfast good but served a bit late (around 8 am). Located close to everything (restaurants, super market, nacional park entrance, beach). Free parking and good Wifi. Air condition was very good and needed. -
