I was upgraded to a larger room than I had booked, and the price was very affordable. I would rate the hotel itself around 8/10, but the attitude of the manager and the entire team was absolutely outstanding. Thanks to their exceptional service, this hotel deserves nothing less than a perfect 10/10. Everything was nice.

- Claire (10/5): An excellent place to base yourself when you visit beautiful Sheki! - Yaffle Inn is a fantastic choice for a stay in Sheki. It's located in the newer part of town but you can easily walk to the old town. The bus station is also in walking distance from the hotel. The staff were helpful, and the breakfast was amazing - you will struggle to finish, but everything is delicious. The hot water in the shower was plentiful, the beds comfortable, and the room a decent size with an additional seating area, a kettle, and a fridge. Sheki itself is a wonderland waiting to be discovered, and you will enjoy your time wandering the streets of the old town with the snow-capped mountains in the background. Everything was perfect!

- Nuria (10/5): Best place to stay at Shaki. - The location and the service are amazing. They upgraded my room. There is no lift, but the staff helps you with your luggage. The breakfast is delicious with many options. They even helped me with an umbrella when it was raining and help locate the correct bus stop to my next destination. I really love the service and how helpful they are. In the rooms they include a map and activities to do in town. Highly recommended. The bed wasn’t as comfortable as I thought. I had difficulty sleeping.

I really enjoyed the breakfast—the variety of items like cottage cheese, sour cream, local cheeses, and cold cuts was impressive and very filling. The room was well-equipped with toiletries, including soap, shower gels, and even toothbrushes. The staff was polite and professional; although they don't speak Russian, we had no issues communicating. Definitely recommended! The only downside was a street lamp located directly outside our window. Also, there was some street noise; we were woken up by dogs barking during our first night.

Das Zimmer war ruhig, groß und geräumig (ich habe netterweise ein Upgrade bekommen, sicherlich weil ich außerhalb der Saison gereist bin), Pflegeprodukte, Wasser und alles wurde gestellt, das Frühstück war ebenso reichhaltig und lecker. Die Mitarbeiter an der Rezeption waren für alle Fragen und Probleme jederzeit offen, hilfsbereit und superfreundlich (Kommunikation auf Englisch gut möglich). Vielen Dank nochmal für alles.

Excellent, high quality breakfast, very tasty, the choice of food is similar to normal Azerbaijani national breakfast but unlimited. Very convenient room planning. Rooms are very clean and in a good condition. I was pleasantly surprised with normal heaters on the wall which is quite important for winter, when most of the hotels just use air conditioners in heat regime. It’s not just right next to main attractions, but the district is good and the main attractions are in walkable distance, which is also absolutely fine

- Nara (4/5): The location is city center, but the room and price was not relevant at all. - The room I booked was completely different from the one shown on Booking.com. The standard room was located on the rooftop and had no windows at all. Later, a second room was offered, but it was also dim and windowless. After raising my concerns, I was shown a third room, which was still dark and had a small balcony. The balcony was full of cigarette butts. At night, I discovered that the bed’s mattress had metal bars that pressed against my neck, making it impossible to sleep. Additionally, there was no slipper in the room. The only positive aspects were the friendly staff and the breakfast. Since there was no elevator in the building and the stairs were very steep, the property is not accessible. The room and price was not relevant at all.

No está muy cerca de la parte antigua pero se llega en 20 minutos a pie, aunque también hay tres líneas de autobús cercanas que te dejan a la entrada de la ciudad vieja.

I spent four nights here but could have stayed longer, exceptional If you are tall then I would suggest not getting a top floor room.

- XIANG (10/5): Excellent! - Great stay at Yaffle Inn Hotel! Special thanks to Roshad and Goyush at the front desk — they arranged early check-in, were always warm and welcoming, reminded me about breakfast, and even helped me get a cheaper taxi. Truly excellent service!

Can walk anywhere including to the palace (but a Bolt ride is so cheap I recommend to take a ride there and walk back to town/the hotel). Room was very clean and there were two comfy chairs on top of the twin beds. The breakfast was traditional Azerbaijan: tea, cheese, hard boiled egg, tomatoes, cucumbers, olives, bread, jam, and plenty more. The staff was very friendly too.

Wenn man nicht nur die Altstadt, sondern auch das neue Zentrum erkunden will, ist die Unterkunft ideal, die Altstadt ist in 20 Minuten zu Fuß gut erreichbar, in unmittelbarer Nähe des Hotels gibt es viele gute Restaurants und echtes Stadtleben fernab der Touristen-Bubble. Die Unterkunft versprüht authentisches aserbaidschanisches Flair, das Personal spricht gut Englisch, ist sehr nett und immer hilfsbereit, auch das Frühstück lässt keine Wünsche offen.

- Ilyes (9/5): - I had a wonderful stay at Yaffle Inn Hotel in Sheki. The staff were very friendly, and the service was excellent. I would especially like to mention Goyush, the receptionist, who was extremely helpful and kind. He went out of his way to make my stay enjoyable — he even offered to drive me with his own car to visit Qakh, a beautiful historical village just 30 minutes away from Sheki. Thanks to him, I had an amazing and unforgettable experience. I truly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Sheki, not only for the comfort and good service, but also for the genuine hospitality of the people who work there. Everything this was good. All the staff are amazing and friendly.

- Marta (10/5): Great place for stay in the center of Sheki - Totally recommend this place, great located, extremely nice and helpful staff, which speaks English. We stayed only one night, but Gojush helped us to plan the must sees places. We’ve been also upgraded, but in our opinion even the standard room was good and big considering European conditions. Delicious, local breakfast.
