Sinem (1/5): Bad - Location of the apartment was great. The view and the pool was also good. The apartment was very dirty. The toilet had pee stains which we had to clean. Stovetop, oven and sink was also not clean. Toilet was not flushing, tv was not working properly.
Nicola (8/5): Great location - Excellent location. Very easy to catch the tram and get around the city. Close to shopping centre, supermarket and restaurants. Had everything we needed for a family holiday. Easy check in and check out. We would stay there again. All the important parts of the apartment were clean but it could have done with a general thorough clean in some areas
Karen (8/5): Great 2 day stay, perfect location to access the city via the free tram zone but nice to come home to a balcony overlook - Location was amazing, the facilities were great, pool& spa not heated and outdoors so rather refreshing!! Booked as definitely described as having 2 bathrooms however only 1 and 1 separate toilet so very misleading as this was why I booked the apartment so felt quite cheated by the misleading information
Wendy (5/5): Was not happy - Location was perfect Advertised as a 2 bed ,2 bath. Had 4 adults arrive for a wedding and only had 1 bathroom with separate toilet. They classed a toilet as 2nd bathroom. We were not happy. 2nd bedroom did not have enough room to put large suitcase as it stayed in loungeroom. Windows were dirty and shower had mould. Couldn't get tv to work until 2nd day we stayed. Laundry was at front door and the door wouldn't close properly.
Angela (9/5): Very nice but maybe not advertise the pool when its shut - Great location. Lovely apartment Pool was not open & looked like neither pool or spa was going.
