• Kamyla Marvi (3/5): Great location. Lovely place to stay. - Property was comfortable and in an excellent location. Loved it here. The apartment admin refused to clean the apartment. We extended the stay in our apartment which made us eligible for either a long stay weekly cleaning or for a new cleaned apartment check in. Instead they refused both. This was really disappointing as I had even requested a cleaning when extending my stay. Otherwise our stay was most pleasant.
• Draberg (10/5): Perfekt läge i fräsch lägenhet! - Rent och fräscht! Perfekt läge. Vi gillade verkligen Hampstead som hade massor av bra caféer och trevliga gator. Lägenheten ligger extremt bra, caféer och kommunikation i princip utanför dörren. 20 min in till city med tunnelbanan. Om jag måste säga något hade det varit bra med en diskmaskin.

• Susan (9/5): Thoroughly enjoyable. Thank you. - Very tasteful. Brilliant location. We were cleaned twice , bed linen changed etc and that was for a twelve night stay. Nothing to dislike but for longer stays maybe a little hoover so one can clean up one-selves a little.

• Marjorie (5/5): Bon emplacement mais mauvais appartement - L’emplacement dans HAMPSTEAD, proche des métros, quartier vivant et agréable. Le studio était propre et bien agencé. Le studio est en rez de chaussée (aucune intimité, vue sur les passants et sur la boulangerie) Nous n’avons pas ouvert stores et 2 sur 4 étaient cassés de tout façon. Dégât des eaux non réparé dans la salle de bain (pas terrible à respirer) Le studio donne sur une place, donc extrêmement bruyant la nuit avec les jeunes qui s’y regroupent. Dommage de ne pas préciser que c’est un Rez de chaussée sur rue. Établissement contacté mais ne semblait pas vraiment concerné par le sujet.

• David (10/5): Lovely location and super comfortable flat in the heart of Hampstead. - Lovely location and felt super comfortable in general. Bed was comfortable, nice and spacious, good sunlight, great view, quiet location for being directly in the center of Hampstead. Wifi was excellent, as was the tv station selection. Not sure all flats do, but the one I rented had underfloor heating in the bathroom, which, in winter was a real treat. The only thing I’d say was that the kitchen could have used a few more items. All the basics were there, but I didn’t find a cutting board and a few other little items that would have been helpful.

Muy cómodo, con armarios grandes y bastante limpio. La zona tiene muchos lugares bonitos para comer y supermercados. La empresa responde muy rápido. Nos gustó todo, quizás un lavavajillas hubiera sido ideal!

• Tahira (10/5): I felt safe and relaxed and will come again one day. - It was cozy for me. I felt safe. The windows were not sound proof but it was fine. The beds were too soft for my taste, but that’s probably because I’m more used to sleeping on hard beds. So it’s fine :)

• Eva (8/5): Eine moderne, super feine Wohnung in einer sehr schönen Gegend. - Die Wohnung liegt in einer kleinen Seitengasse ganz in der Nähe der U Bahn. Es sind viele leckere Restaurants, schöne Shops und Cafés in der Nähe. Die Wohnung ist super ausgestattet und sauber. Das Bad ist neu und die Fenster lassen sich für englische Verhältnisse gut schließen. Das Eingangstor haben wir erst nach mehrmaligen Versuchen öffnen können. Gut sei Dank ist zufällig jemand gekommen, der uns das System beschrieben hat.

• Maria Cecilia (10/5): perfect 14 days - everything is very simple, practical and tasteful. We didn’t experience any inconvenience. Excellent shower, perfect location, confortable bed. The flat had plenty of natural light. I did like it a lot. The only improvement I can think of would be to add under-cupboard lighting to illuminate the sink and the worktop

Toen aan de straatkant, nu aan de achterkant en dat beviel ons minder goed. We hadden ook de indruk dat het laatste appartement kleiner was.

• Christelle (10/5): Fantastic - Fantastic stay in the heart of Hampstead. The location is perfect! The highlight is the stunning 300 degree panoramic views. We definitly found our place when we visit the City and we look forward to stay again.

Demande de caution de £200 en plus du prix de la location (non utilisée), demande de données sensibles une fois que la réservation est faite, ce qui est inadmissible. Bon séjour mais je n'y retournerai plus car je ne veux pas donne mon passeport, un selfie et ma carte bancaire en un envoie.

• Cristina (10/5): My home in London - This is the second time in a month that I stayed in this flat. I really like it, and Hampstead is a wonderful neighbourhood. The building is practically a stone’s throw from the underground and bus stop. The staff, whom I have always contacted by email, are kind and helpful with every request. Everything is perfect.

• Hadas (6/5): היה יכול להיות מושלם אם היחס של החברה היה הגיוני וכמו שהובטח אבל העובדה שנאלצנו לשלם כל כך הרבה אקסטרות על דברים שלא אמו - הדירה יפה נקייה חדשה ומטופחת המיקום מעולה הזמנו דירה לשלושה מבוגרים וקיבלנו שתי מיטות ושתי שמיכות, כשהתקשרנו לבקש סט מצעים נוסף הודיעו לנו שזה יעלה לנו 18 פאונד ללילה, למרות שהזמנו מראש לשלושה ונכתב שם במפורש שניתן לישון בספה בסלון! לא נראה לי הגיוני שסידרו ככה ובוודאי לא שיחייבו בחיוב נוסף בנוסף כשהתקשרנו השעה היתה שש בערב ונאמר לנו שגם בתשלום הם לא יכולים לספק לנו סט נוסף.. בנוסף - נכתב שבדירה יש מעלית, כשהגענו עם מוודות גדולות התברר שהמעלית מגיעה רק עד קומה 4 והדירה שלנו בקומה 5 ויש עוד הרבה מדרגות לעלות עם הציוד בנוסף- לפני ההגעה ביקשנו להכנס לפני השעה ארבע, ביקשו שנברר באותו היום אם אפשרי, התקשרנו מהדרך לדירה ונאמר שאפשר להקדים אולם אנחנו צריכים לשלם 20 פאונד לכל שעה של הקדמה!! גשם וקר אז שילמנו בלית ברירה החוויה כולה היתה מאוד לא נעימה בעקבות כל הדברים שלעיל

• Adam (7/5): Beware of noise and bring your own coffee pods: othwise excellent - It was clean and the location excellent. Bathroom spectacular. BUT: The mattress was cheap and not comfortable; the noise from outside was v disruptive over night, there were only two coffee pods for three nights (?!!??) and entry-code instructions were not clear. There are no staff on hand to help and we paid a lot for this stay.

Nice and fresh bathroom. Very thorough weekly cleaning. Staff was very responsive to my requests. Noisy street just outside bedroom's window. Some kitchen utensils were quite worn out.
• Cristina (9/5): Nel pieno centro di Hampstead - L’appartamento è piccolo ma molto carino si trova in una piazzetta a pochi metri dalla fermata della metropolitana di Hampstead che è un quartiere molto english, ci sono ristoranti, negozi, librerie è proprio come vivere in un piccolo quartiere, pur essendo a 20 minuti dal centro di Londra. La struttura è molto pulita e ben arredata e le istruzioni per accedere all’appartamento sono molto chiare. L’unica cosa che consiglierei è che se il soggiorno, ad esempio è di 6 giorni forse mettere due capsule per il caffè 6 mini bustine di zucchero, 4 bustine di tè e due pastiglie per la lavatrice è un po’ poco : consiglierei di mettere il numero esatto di cose essenziali in base ai giorni di permanenza
• Marton (9/5): - Great location, beautiful apartment, modern, well equipped. Great atmosphere. We would go again. A bit noisy. The sound carries easily from both the street and the surrounding apartments due to minimal soundproofing. One night a neighbour had the TV blasting until morning, and we couldn’t get any sleep. Also the blinds are so complicated you need a PhD to operate them. Probably as a result of unsuccessful attempts of those that came before you, a few of them are broken.
• Julia (8/5): - You get what you pay for with this unit I would say. The property is very clean (sheets, towels, bathroom) and the location is wonderful with tube station and so many shops and restaurants within a 1 minute walk. Comfortable bed. Those two things made it worth it! Had an apartment at the front of the building; it was very loud from the street noise and the blinds don’t fully cover a bright light outside on the street so it’s quite bright overnight. There was also a sewage smell coming from the kitchen sink that we had to block ourselves with water and dish soap bc the team was going to tell housekeeping but housekeeping only visits you weekly. It didn’t hinder our stay much once we figured out a solution that worked however. Overall, I think the cons are worth it as the rest of the apartment is great.
