Caroline (10/5): Perfecto - Everything! I want to live there! Firstly, the hosts were very friendly and helpful, and allowed me to check in early as I was arriving 2 hours before the official check in time, which was much appreciated. They also made clear that I could contact them with any questions or concerns, and even got in touch to check that my water supply was OK, as there was a problem reported in the village (it was fine). The apartment is very well equipped, has everything you might need (except possibly a microwave, unless I just didn’t notice one). The furnishings are comfortable and practical, inside and out. The terrace is spacious and has ares of both sun and shade throughout the day. The location is perfect, close to the bus station, shops, bars and restaurants, yet peaceful. El Cotillo is a lovely place to stay, and this apartment is a perfect way to experience it. Nothing
RITA MAGNOLIA (1/5): - La ubicación Como experiencia fue nefasta. Aparte de quedarnos sin agua desde el viernes por la tarde hasta el lunes a las 8 de la mañana. Todos los vecinos de la comunidad tenían agua menos nosotros. Nos enteramos de que fallaba el agua en el pueblo pero los vecinos llamaban a la Cuba para llenar sus tanques, menos la dueña del nuestro que ni se molestó. Dicho por una propia vecina. Decía que comprara botellas que me hacía bizum para ello. Increíble! Con dos niños pequeños. Luego, la.casa dejó mucho que desear. Zonas sucias, llenas de polvo. En el sofá no podías estar, está sucio. Había arañas pequeñas, hormigas. Las pantallas fatal. El patio también todo sucio. Para barrer me dejó solo 1 cepillo y si queria usar la fregona tenía que cambiar el palo del cepillo a la fregona. El baño igual, al ducharte se acumula el agua en el bajante y tenías que cerrar para que bajara el agua y después continuar con la ducha. Tengo fotos de todo. Me dejó las mismas toallas toda la semana, encima no hay agua. Me dice que.por qué no la aviso para traer toallas, le digo que tenía que haber venido mas que sea para ver la situación y tener mas empatía con el huésped. Llevo 30 años viniendo a Cotillo y jamás me había pasado nada similar. No es nada recomendable.
Laura (10/5): All you need next to the sea ☺️ - We enjoyed our stay. The location is perfect, the check in and communication was smooth and the Flat was equipped with everything you need and looked as on the photos! We will come back :) The mattress was not that comfortable and we think it should be changed to have a better rest at night :)
