• Jayesh (5/5): ceiling is not soundproof and that creates lots noise when someone is walking or moving things. - Host is very miser to provide basic toilets rolls, coffee etc.
• Sabine (7/5): Danke! - Super Lage. Sehr zentral und angenehm ruhig. Auch für 1 Person wäre eine 2. Bettdecke oder Wolldecke ein Plus gewesen.

• Andreas (9/5): - Die Lage ist außergewöhnlich, die Ausstattung zweckmäßig, der Komfort für eine Person mehr als ausreichend. Wer wie ich Marburg erkunden und gleichzeitig ein wenig Ruhe haben möchte, ist hier bestens bedient.

(9/5): Angenehmer Kurzaufenthalt in historischem Fachwerkhaus in der Marburger Oberstadt - Es handelt sich um eine kleine, gemütliche Wohnung in einem der alten Fachwerkhäuser in der historischen Altstadt Marburgs. Die Wohnung ist in sehr gutem Zustand (der Eingangsbereich des Hauses und das Treppenhaus könnten aber mal wieder renoviert werden), verfügt über eine kleine und mit allem Nötigen ausgestattete Küche, sowie eine hübsche Terasse. Es war alles sehr sauber. Das Bett ist bequem und das Schlafzimmer lässt sich gut verdunkeln. Die Lage in der Oberstadt zwischen Rathaus und Unihauptgebäude ist super. Es sind nur ein paar Schritte zu verschiedenen Restaurants und Kneipen, dennoch war es ruhig. Die Schlüsselübergabe klappte reibungslos über einen Tresor am Haus, für den mir der Code einen Tag vorher mitgeteilt wurde. Die Kommunikation mit dem Vermieter war problemlos und effizient. Insgesamt war ich mit der Unterkunft sehr zufrieden und würde wieder dort buchen. Es ist positiv, dass es einen Gefrierschrank gibt, ein kleiner Minuspunkt dabei ist aber dessen Geräuschpegel. Durch Schließen der Küchentür lässt sich das Brummen zwar auf eine erträgliche Lautstärke reduzieren, er könnte bei Gelegenheit aber dennoch mal durch ein leiseres Gerät ersetzt werden.
• Allison (8/5): Small stay in an amazing location - - Amazing location. The area is idyllic and filled with timber frame homes. Plenty of stores are within walking distance, as are a lot of sights to see. - The host was very communicative and friendly. When I had questions he was quick to reply. - The TV worked well (just since I see a lot of reviews saying otherwise!) It’s a relatively easy to use Smart TV. - WiFi worked well. I was working remotely while staying here and had no problems. - Renting an old, timber frame house comes with accepting that you will hear every movement the neighbors make. The upstairs neighbors were particularly active. - Had to use sofa pillows to sleep with. The one provided for the bed is so thin as to be useless. - The kitchen worked, but is largely the reason I give this stay a lower value for money. Technically you have all you need, but cooking was not a comfortable experience, and dining for more than 1 person would have been very uncomfortable.

• Jan (5/5): Clean and a good location, spoiled by a sweaty polyester bed experience. - Clean, good location. The bed sheets are made of 100% polyester, same for the pillow which is very flat and there is none additional. The blanket is too small. All of this makes for a horrible sleeping experience. Please invest in cotton bed sheets and a decent pillow.

• Andy (9/5): Good value property in an excellent location! - Amazing location, just 2 minutes from the centre of the old time. There was a bar next door, but it wasn't open during our stay so no noise.
• Nicoleta (9/5): Just a beautiful experience! - The location was exactly as I was looking for: historical building with modern utilities, a nice and quiet terrance (except the beautiful sings of the birds, all over the day😊, which was so nice). Is at the border between the old and new town, near the river, which makes it very easy to visit the both sides of the city. Also, is was close to the my professional interests in Marburg. I knew that being an historical biulding, some things could be old, or the building stairs will screech, but is what I wanted in Marburg, even though some will not like this approach. A little concern for the ouside space around terrance would be nice
