• Keith (5/5): i would not recommend this place unless all the above are fixed. This is a very basic, old and delapedated property, not - location was great next to Albert Hall with buses at doorstep, big lounge area, good central heating for the cold snap we had, weird old shower with too many patched nozzels, but the water was hot. lots of help on the chat from the landlord but not enough to fix the issues. they offered to send a plumber for the washing machine but we not able to wait for him. a basement flat with no street views, only views of the outside stairs and the aircon motors and bin room, had to keep blinds closed all day and night to avoid passersby viewers, this was NOT IN THE DESCRIPTION, Booking.com is at fault for this and i expect compensation. Washing machine did not work, it HEATED the clothes on a cold wash setting, causing shrinkage pf our clothes, i expect compensation from Booking.com. Had to provide my own batteries for the TV, which also dod not work reliably or as expected.
• Colette (4/5): Disappointing and poorly maintained property. - The location is good , nice walks thru the park , tube stop about 10 to 12 mins away walking. The flat is old and not well maintained. The bathroom needs a total gut job. People have been complaining about the mold for over a year but nothing has been done about it. The entrance down the steps (basement flat) is dirty and unkempt. The door looks like a DIY job and the whole entry area needs to be painted. So right away you have a poor impression. For heaven’s sake get a decent front door, hose down the floor , repaint and put some plants in the entry. There is no rug in the living area And the floors are in bad shape. The worst issue we had was with the TV. When we arrived at 9 pm at night it was clear the batteries for the remote were dead. The manager was responsive telling us where we could go buy batteries at that time of night. The remote now turned on the TV but it was like the remotes was drunk, the cursor would not move properly. We asked for a new remote which appeared a day and a half later. The manager implied we didn’t know what we were doing but we are quite tech oriented and know how to operate a remote. He suggested turning it off at the wall and this eventually worked but continued to glitch and show no signal at various times in our stay. The TV is small and cheap. The sofa is very uncomfortable because it is a sofa bed and the cushions just slide off… tilted towards the floor. People have complained since 2023 that there aren’t enough knives and forks. The sheets and towels are fine. The place is not expensive for the location but you are really getting what you pay for.

• Stephanie Marie (8/5): - Apartment was fully heated. Equipped with all the facilities. Near a bus stop. Good value for money. The sofa bed was not very comfortable.
• EVANGELIA (8/5): - The location was great, 10min walk from the tube, 2min walk to Hyde park gate (Queensway). We were able to check in earlier than expected. Staff was excellent, polite and available at all our requests. All kind of kitchen appliances were available. Not perfectly clean, the shower needs improvements.
• ZOI (7/5): Πολύ ωραία περιοχή. - Η περιοχή. Επίσης υπήρχε στάση λεωφορείου πολύ κοντά και στάση μετρό στα 5 λεπτα. Το διαμέρισμα εινα εξοπλισμένο με όλες τις συσκευές και πολύ ζεστό Είναι υπόγειο διαμέρισμα, με παράθυρα όμως, οπότε υπάρχει φως. Η καθαριότητα, κυρίως στο πάτωμα. Υπήρχαν χνούδια και όχι μόνο.Ευτυχώς είχε ηλεκτρική σκούπα διαθέσιμη κ καθαριστικά.

• Giuseppe (8/5): Una buona soluzione per soggiornare a Londra. Non è proprio al centro, bisogna prendere il bus. - L’appartamento si trova in un bel quartiere, tranquillo, a pochi passi dalla fermata del bus. La tv non è il massimo, le serrature delle porte potevano essere sicuramente migliori. Il divano letto era malconcio, era affossato al centro.
• Montserrat (1/5): - Una estada horrorosa, el lloc molt mal cuidat, més aviat brut i amb falta de manteniment. Vam tenir un problema greu , una fuita d'aigua al bany, per aquesta manca de manteniment i el propietari no va fer res per ajudar-nos, ens va dir que recollissin l'aigua nosaltres i no va enviar ningú fins passades més de 3 hores. Vam haver de marxar i pagar un altra allotjament. No recomano a ningú que hi vagi, us pot passar qualsevol cosa.

• Nattabaj (4/5): We appreciated the location and the convenience it offered, but we feel there is significant room for improvement in cle - The property is very well situated, directly in front of the park and in a prime location within the city, which was extremely convenient for our stay. Our experience was around a 4/10. Although the apartment was furnished, the general standard and maintenance were below expectations. There was visible black mould under the bathroom sink, which unfortunately triggered asthma symptoms for one of our guests. The heating was not functioning, which was challenging given the cold weather. Additionally, the floor felt sticky, and the shower had hair left from previous guests.

• Florian (8/5): Super, nous reviendrons avec plaisir. - L’emplacement, le confort, le calme, Hyde Park a 1min à pied. Les bus à proximité pour atteindre le centre de Londres rapidement et pour pas cher. Manque un peu d’ustensiles de cuisine pour une famille de 4 personnes.
• Yoo (7/5): - 원베드룸 거실 부엌이 모두 있어 내 집처럼 편안했음 위치도 너무 번화가도 아니라 조용하면서도 시내라 위치가 좋았음. 런던의 많은 집들이 그렇겠지만 좀 낡았음. 빛이 들어오기누하지만 지하라 아무래도 조금 습하다. 변기와 소파침대를 고쳤으면 한다.

• Deana (6/5): Ok place - Good location to access busses and to walk but at least a 10 min walk to a metro. Main bed is comfortable. The washing machine doesn't work well and takes 4 + hrs to wash and dry. The toilet doesn't flush on the first press and is difficult to use. The sofa bed is very uncomfortable.

Δεν γράφει πουθενά ότι είναι υπόγειο, νομίζαμε ότι είναι τουλάχιστον ισόγειο ή στον πρώτο όροφο. Έπρεπε να το γράφει ότι κατεβαίνεις σκάλες και είναι υπόγειο που τουλάχιστον έχει φως.

From check-in to check-out, everything was clear and smooth. The apartment was very clean and well-organized, with everything you could possibly need: a stove, kitchen tools, cleaning supplies, dining table, strong Wi-Fi, and even a water heater. It truly felt like a home away from home. I really appreciate the attention to detail and how thoughtfully everything was prepared. I highly recommend this place to anyone looking for comfort, cleanliness, and a welcoming host. • Umashankar (4/5): Fair review of the property and stay - The location and the property was spacious. The bathroom had mould. The apartment was not clean. Facilities had to be requested for but Dinesh, our contact for the property, was helpful and polite. Booking.com should ensure that properties listed on their site maintain certain quality and standard. I have been a customer of booking.com and now would think twice before I book if this is the standard they are going to have. Pricing was high and thus can't say that we opted for a cheaper accommodation and hence the quality. We will have to look for alternates maybe.

• Marco (9/5): Great staying just in front of Hyde Park - Spacious apartment in a very good position, bus stop right across the street and metro station 5 mins walking distance. Furnished kitchen with all you would need, generous bedroom with a very comfortable bed and a very functional bathroom. The host Dinesh, very helpful and nice. Nothing. Maybe i would suggest to modernize the shower taps.
• Yann (7/5): All good but can be improved ! - Very good location : apartment close to London city center by bus and metro (a little bit more than half an hour to most of the things to see in London). Very quiet (no noise from neighbours or from street !). Bed is comfortable. All facilities are included, and the apartment is quite big. Most of the pieces of equipment have small issues (very difficult to change water temperature in shower, especially for colder temperature, coffee machine is leaking, dishwasher is partly broken, ...), but they all work ! Same for the apartment door itself, with its "special" home made locking mechanism. There is no view on Hyde park since the apartment is underground, but it's not a big issue either, since it makes it very quiet. Beware also of the number of plates, forks, knifes,... which is exactly 4 and not more ! All this could be easily be fixed... it's a pity because the apartment could be very nice thanks to the location and the size of it.
