- Sarah (5/5): Central location and the apartment interior was clean and well presented. Unfortunately the cigarette smell from apartme - Good communication and inside of apartment was clean and well presented. The lift foyer on the apartment floor smelled very strongly of cigarettes and the smell entered the bottom floor of the apartment and bedrooms. It was pungent and awful.
The outdoor balcony areas were very dirty and unusable other than standing.
The AC remote was missing in from one of the rooms, during a heatwave.
There were only 2 sets of keys for a 3 bedroom apartment and no way to buzz people up.
- Jane (9/5): Would definitely recommend staying at this property, the best I have stayed at in Melbourne🤗 - Loved the property! It was clean and spacious and modern with wonderful views of the city. Loved having three bedrooms and three bathrooms with the large living area up the staircase to the top level. Took a little longer to walk into the city but it was still close enough and still had coffee shops and a supermarket just a minute away.

- Simon (7/5): Apart from the parking challenges, the rest of our stay was excellent - The location was perfect; not too much traffic around this part of the city and everything within a short walk's distance. - The driveway from the ground level to the first-floor parking spot was very challenging due to the narrow single lane. The walls had scratches where other unfortunate drivers have been too close. As we had a KIA Carnival, there was only a few centimeters of space between the car and walls and each drive up or down was a task to be carefully maneuvered. It will not be a problem for a small or medium-sized car.
- The car park space was tight. It would have been ok for even our KIA Carnival, but the space was made smaller by 2-3 wall-mounted air conditioners that limited the available space. Again, should be no problem for a small or medium-sized car to fit.
- The Wi-Fi kept breaking in and out especially in the lower floor. I think a booster down there may help.

- Abigail (10/5): We really loved staying here. It was very central, clean and comfortable! - It was a beautiful place to stay and close to everything in Melbourne that we wanted to see. There were a few broken things such as the bottom of the ensuite bathroom door and the glass outside but it didn’t affect our stay. Would just be good to have had those fixed.
- Tamer (8/5): Nice stay. Good value for money - Good location. Good facilities. Thorough instructions including videos how to find car park (which was very tricky) and how get out. Worst car park ever. You’ll need either a very small car or truck driver licence to be able to handle. Very poor internet especially on lower floor. The big problem they instruct you to leave keys on bench when checking out, but the reality you cannot go to your car in level 1 as you won’t have the fob 😟. Luckily I decided to test it before leaving. So you take car out from park. Go front of building. Try to find a slot on city road for car. Then my wife goes to drop the keys in the flat. Funny.

- Jade (9/5): Beautiful top floor apartment, great location! - Unassuming on the outside of the apartment building, but on inside very clean and modern loft style property. Location perfect, being across from the Crown Metropol and a few mins walk from the busy Yarra Promenade. -

We were pleasantly surprised to learn there were 2 levels to the apartment, but this worked perfectly separating the living, kitchen and dining space from the bedrooms and bathrooms.
The kitchen included many essentials that most places don't provide including salt, pepper, sugar and tea bags! The Nespresso machine, including milk frother, was much appreciated!! The outdoor BBQ was also a great space for cooking quick and easy meals. The lower floor was always much cooler than the upstairs area, so the bedrooms felt cold(er). Luckily, the beds were very comfortable so it was easy to stay warm with the doona.

Heating in all bedrooms and living areas made it very comfortable.
Close to everything we wanted. Parking space very tight, but once we parked the car, we didn't move it again.

Door in 2nd bathroom was slightly off the rail and didn’t close all the way. unfortunately because it was a long weekend it couldn’t be fixed. This was an inconvenience because we all had to shower in the ensuite.

The instructions for retrieving the keys was very confusing. They could have simply said go into the IGA store rather than giving a general address. And we had no idea that Apartment # 141 was on the 14th floor.

- Michelle (6/5): Disappointing - Location Thought it was a 3 bedroom 3 bathroom apartment, so had three couples but this was not the case! Two couples had to share a very small bathroom as the 3rd bathroom was upstairs and this was toilet only! None of the air conditioners worked in the bedroom which was a problem for us woman! Extremely tight car park and should have two spots for a three br apartment. 3pm check in deserves a 11am check out not 10am
- Dowdney (6/5): Ok but disappointing as it is not as advertised. - The apartment was lovely however it sells itself as a 3 bed, 3 bathroom setup and it was not, 2 bedrooms shared a very small bathroom which was not what we had been led to believe, this unfortunately was a major let down as I had undertaken extensive research and yet this information is missing from the apartments advertising. It was not 3 bathrooms and the street noise.
