• Oleg (10/5): Great apartment with amazing ocean view - The location of the apartment and the view from the window were amazing. Right at the beach, 30 seconds and you are in the ocean. The apartment is modern, clean and just like in the description. The team of Matilde group was very helpful and communication before and during our stay was very good. Perhaps for those who checks hotels with Google maps, be aware that Google maps didn't update the photos of the location since 2020. We attached a photo of the house from the outside so that you have an actual look of it. Once again, great apartment, we highly recommend and would certainly book it again once we are back to Gran Canaria 😊 The only thing that we were missing was a big mirror. It would fit really well next to the kitchen counter 😊 Everything else was perfect!

• Ulrich (9/5): Es war prima. Der Kontakt mit dem Vermieter hat auch sehr gut geklappt. Danke - Die Aussicht und der Balkon direkt am Meer Ein paar Wandhaken für Jacken fehlen. Es hätten ein paar Kleiderbügel im Schrank mehr sein dürfen.

• Tsvetomir (10/5): The most amazing property I have been in Las Palmas with absolutely amazing view 😍 - It is a high end property but not “luxury” I am afraid. Still, best property I have stayed in Las Palmas either way so thank you 😊 1 - the boiler is too small to let two people take showers one after another (not all couples shower together all the time) 2 - the bathroom tiler was clearly not very experienced as his grouting was far from good and he has no clue that corners require silicone and not grout as they crack over time (which is the case if you check) 3 - I do better painting on council properties in London than the painter did on a supposedly “luxury” property Either way we had an amazing stay at your place so we really appreciate it.

• Frank (5/5): Schöne Lage nah am Strand - aber laut von den Restaurants unten im Haus - schöne Lage am Ende des Cantera-Strandes Gäste im darunter und daneben gelegenen Restaurant unterhielten sich draußen lautstark bis Mitternacht - teils auch bis 01:30 - das war auch bei geschlossenen Fenstern deutlich zu hören.

• Olaf (9/5): - Die Lage, der Blick, das Meeresrauschen, die Sauberkeit, die bequeme Matratze, die große ebenerdige Dusche, es gab sogar Badetücher für den Strand - toll. nur Kleinigkeiten: es gab ein Stück Seife, aber nichts zum ablegen; der Wasserhahn im Bad war so nah an der Wand angebracht, dass er nicht gut zu bedienen war; keine Garderobe; beschränkte Küchenutensilien - nichts was einem den Urlaub verdirbt.

• Bambu (10/5): Jag ger en 5 stjärna ändå för det är toppen läget, underbar väder och amazing resan - Lägenheten ligger i centrum, nära stranden, fin view, många restauranger runt omkring. Vi stannade 5 nätter men inget städ emellan. Rummet behöver inte städas varje dag men åtminstone 3:e dag skulle man uppskattar. Lägenheten är fräsch ändå.

• Michael (10/5): - Stilvoll eingerichtetes Appartement an bester Lage direkt am Las Canteras Strand, grosses Bett und sehr bequeme Matratze, Balkon mit Meerblick, zuvorkommendes Personal, top Kommunikation; sehr empfehlenswert.
• Matija (9/5): - Modern and newly refurbished accomodation directly at the coast. Includes washing machine and a large bed. The windows do not block the noise from the bars and the street below. Nevertheless, all the noise calms down by 22h.
• Madeleine (10/5): Grandioses Lage mit wunderschönem Zimmer sehr nettem Kontakt mit dem Personal. Einfach sensationell. - Die Lage war einfach grandios. Das Appartement war wunderschön. Wir hatten an einem Tag eine einzige Kakerlacke. Die haben wir aber nie wieder gesehen. Das Zimmer war sehr sehr sauber. Ich glaube die ist vom Abfluss gekommen.
• MATTHIAS (10/5): - Wir waren extrem zufrieden und werden ganz sicher wieder dieses Apartment buchen. Von der Ankunft bis zur Abreise war immer direkt ein Ansprechpartner vorhanden. Sehr zuvorkommend und freundlich.
• Mathieu (3/5): Bel appartement mais climatisation trop faible - Appartement récent avec belle vue sur mer. Bonne localisation. Attention si vous sélectionnez l'appartement pour la climatisation, elle est très faible ! Par ailleurs, le logement avait pas mal de poussière au sol.

• MANUEL (8/5): BUENA UBICACIÓN, VISTAS Y ACOGEDOR - Primera linea de playa. Las vistas son preciosas. Está nuevo, limpio, cómodo y puesto con gusto. Te dejan toallas para la playa. El colchón es grande pero de firmeza alta(un poco duro) a nosotros nos gusta pero puede que no a todo el mundo. No hay recepción, el check in es online, te mandan código para abrir la puerta por lo que si llegas antes del check in no hay donde dejar las maletas. No tiene parking ni tienen concierto con alguno. Se retrasaron en la hora del check in Sería ideal que tuviera una sombrilla y unas sillas para utilizar en la playa.

• Erlend (8/5): Very good - There was only one comfortable chair in the room, and no sofa, so you have to sit on the bed . Not so good for old backs. Smaller bed and a small sofa would have ben perfect. The kitchen had two big cups which did not fit in the coffee machine, we got two smaller ones on request. The wine glasses were big too, but only two. Drinking wine from milkglasses when we had visitors is possible, but….. We got some clothes hangers on request, as we found that four was not enough. The shower drain was disgusting,and it tok a few days before they managed to clean it properly.( Otherwise the cleaning was excellent). These are of course small and not very important irritations to mention. But I do so because they coud so easily have been avoided.
