• Moana (10/5): Perfekter Aufenthalt - Die Lage ist perfekt mitten in der Stadt und die Gastgeberin ist sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Die Wohnung ist geräumig, sauber und hat einen wunderschönen Ausblick über die Dächer. Wir haben uns rundum wohl gefühlt.
• Sara A.B. (9/5): Più centrale di così è impossibile - Bell'appartamento nel cuore di Firenze. Ottima pulizia, camere molto spaziose, i letti molto comodi e addirittura si poteva scegliere tra due tipologie di cuscini. La vista sui tetti fiorentini e su una parte del duomo è bellissima. Cucina dotata di tutto ciò che è utile per cucinare (compresi sale, olio etc), macchinetta del caffè con cialde e bollitore. Bagno con set di cortesia e phon (nel set monouso abbiamo trovato addirittura l'elastico per capelli). E' presente una lavatrice con anche i detersivi che però non abbiamo utilizzato. La proprietaria Maria Letizia gentilissima e disponibile, ci ha anche permesso di stare in appartamento dopo l'orario di check-out. Abbiamo avuto un problema con la caldaia che ha risolto prontamente in serata. E' scritto OVUNQUE e non è imputabile alla proprietà: ci sono un po' di piani di scale da fare. L'ubicazione così centrale dell'appartamento fa dimenticare la fatica delle scale. Un allenamento per smaltire le mangiate a base di pietanze toscane :)
• Luca (8/5): - La posizione centrale. Dalle finestre dell'appartamento si possono apprezzare degli scorci fantastici. L'appartamento e sembrato pulito e la padrona molto gentile E da migliorare la doccia, con la cabina che non e messa bene e l'acqua calda che fa parecchia fatica ad arrivare e solo a tratti. In cucina mi aspettavo degli straccetti per asciugare i piatti

• Vasileios (10/5): Modern and clean apartment, great host, fantastic location. - Location is everything! A 2 minute walk from the Cathedral it couldn’t be better. A good 10 min walk from train station. If you have heavy luggage get an Uber. A 3-5 minute ride, when the city is not packed. Probably more during high season. Recently renovated apartment in the heart of the heart of the city. All the amenities a traveller can ask for are provided. Fully equipped kitchen for cooking, a huge laundry room and a spacious bathroom. I loved the recycling bins! Thank god an electric coffee maker! Tons of sunlight on the fourth floor with big windows. Super spacious living room. Three Aircondition units plus central heating for the winter months. The owner Maria Laetizia was waiting at the front door to show us around. Super friendly. Had a long chat upon arrival. I couldn’t be happier with our choice. There is no elevator in this historic building as mentioned at the description ( we were aware of that) but four flights of stairs are nothing compared with the comfortable, spacious apartment.
• Randy (2/5): Very poor - Location. Apartment was on top floor, climbing 4 flights of stairs & 93 steps. Terrible continuous noise in master bedroom wall. Had to sleep in 2nd BR. Unaware host required cash payment at arrival. She couldn't accept credit cards or wasted hours finding an app that she was approved on to accept funds.

• Erin (10/5): Exceptional - Apartment is very cute, beds comfortable and location amazing. We did have an issue with the shower but the host fixed it extremely fast. She was amazing. The main issue was the city smell and the bells going off every hour but to be expected given the location

• Jeny (7/5): Great location, clean and very nice host - Great location, and although it's in the center, it's pretty quiet. The host is very kind and communicates well in advance to arrange the key collection. The apartment is very clean and provides reliable internet. Nothing i didn't like. Few things to be aware of when booking. As stated in other reviews, the apartment is on the top floor without an elevator so it's probably not suitable for elderly people. And keep in mind that the cathedral is close by, so you will hear the bells.
• Dave (9/5): Superb - This apartment was very clean, spacious, well-located near the Duomo, and met our needs for a comfortable stay. The host was easy to work with. We didn't do any cooking but it looks like the kitchen was functional and equipped with necessary dishes, utensils, pans, etc.

• Baronice (8/5): Superb location , a stone throw away from everything! - Location Four flights of stairs up with no lift can be hectic if you have luggage . There was an unpleasant issue with water but it was subsequently resolved.
• Conard (9/5): A lovely stay just steps away from the Duomo - The gentlemen who run this apartment are super nice and helpful and great communicators. Terrific location--everything is within easy walking distance, including the train station. The apartment is nicely furnished and decorated. Appreciated the kitchen amenities. The apartment had its quirks but was overall a lovely stay. Local rules prevented use of the A/C and there was lots of street noise with the windows open but we got used to it after awhile and it added to the general ambience. Be advised that the apartment is on the top floor with no elevator, but we were warned in advance about that and the stairs were great exercise. Nice neighbors. I would add curtains to the windows in the living room/kitchen because the shutters were fixed open.
