Marta (6/5): Desagradable y perjudicial para la salud - La cercanía a lugares y seguridad social. El apartamento se encuentra muy sucio y con plaga de cucarachas, huele a humedad y no hay garantías de usar implemento de cocina.

Cynthia (3/5): Requiere mantenimiento y fumigación profunda. - Ya habíamos ido el año pasado y nos encantó por la ubicación y la vista espectacular, a pesar de que el edificio está algo deteriorado. Este año, pasamos todos los días matando cucarachas. Cuando llegamos solo había un rollo de papel de baño para 3 personas para 6 días, las sábanas y toallas estaban percudidas y con manchas y tuvimos que desinfectar todo por la cantidad de cucarachas. Nos quejamos y limpiaron y fumigaron, pero las cucarachas persistieron durante toda la estadía. Además la estructura e instalaciones del apartamento necesitan mantenimiento. Una pena porque era nuestro spot favorito 😢
