Guest Reviews
- Zoey (10/5): Great accommodation, would stay again - Great location, views, plenty of space, very clean The sofa in the lounge room was not comfortable to sit or lay on
- Janelle (7/5): - The bed was very comfy and the view was amazing Very basic .Only tea bags supplied .No milk of coffee.Shower head is broken ,won't stay up .Very uncomfortable lounge.Car park has no signage so we had to ask someone, then did 3 laps around before we found the parking spot.Would have been helpful to have had more information on where the spot was and where the entrance lift was. Also had trouble getting into the building .Had to duck in when someone came out .Hope this can be taken as positive feedback on what is expected when paying good money for an overnight stay
- Bailey (8/5): -
- Amanda (7/5): - How close it was to where we were going. Finding dirty sheets in bottom of builtin, crack in washing machine, cord damaged on iron, shower head fell nealy hitting me.
- Kylie (6/5): Disappointing - Clean, spacious living area, great views. Second “bedroom” was more a closet with a single bed and a set of drawers; it had no air conditioning so was not suitable for a single adult. Disappointing, given the price ($420 per night). We could access the balcony as the key provided did not unlock either of the sliding doors. Living room sofa was was quite uncomfortable to sit on and I would not want to sleep on it as a sofa bed. A tea-towel for the kitchen and a hand towel for the bathroom would have been useful.
- Natalie (8/5): -
- cc (9/5): Comfy basic place but worth it as 10 mins walk to accor - The 2nd bedroom isn't a room with a windows so please be advised of that.
Sofa bed couch was uncomfy
Otherwise good basic place to stay.
Take own pillows,I forgot mine and I remember why I always take mine Could be supplied better with amenities
Otherwise good
- Jamie M (6/5): Excellent location but only suitable for 3 people (not 4 as requested) - Communication was excellent as was the check in procedures Flat was really only one bedroom as the second was really a very small office with room for a single bed. There was no linen for the small fold out couch
- Amye (3/5): Room not clean on arrival - The location When we arrived the room had not been cleaned. The beds had clearly been slept in and there were wet towels in the bathroom. We finally found a phone number to contact someone who said that they would get it cleaned as their cleaner had forgotten to clean it. She told us they would be there within 30/40 minutes. It was not until 2.5hrs later that the cleaner had shown up and we could finally use the room. There was an initial simple apology but nothing offered to make up for the fact that the apartment was not clean & ready to go.
The couch/sofa in the living room had stains & marks all over it, as well as the carpet & walls. The shower head in the bathroom is also broken and couldn't be moved, so you have got water just blasting your face.
The second bedroom is super tiny, and I dont think you can actually or should call that a bedroom more like a cupboard space with a bed.
There is also no clear instructions on how to find the car park space, as the building has no clear identification as to what level you are on and the owner didn't give any specific instructions regarding parking.
Also if you arrive at a time no one is exiting the building you can not get access to the lobby to get the key. So fingers crossed someone is leaving or entering already when you arrive.
Overall the place didn't feel clean at all and hasnt been well looked after. Considering how much they charge per night I expected better.
- Leanne (8/5): -
- Alesha (8/5): - The view was amazing and room was clean and facilities were very good even though we stayed only one night. The only problem we found was shower head was not the best
- Fiona (4/5): The location was convenient, however for the price guests expect so much more than what was provided - Location is good for sporting events.
The view from the apartment was good. Only one access key was provided, which made it difficult to manage with two people having different commitments. The lounge room seater was badly stained. Light globes are missing from lamps—marks on carpet and walls. Floors were dirty and stained. The remote controls for the aircon and TV did not work, and I had to change the batteries myself. Kitchen items were limited and a mishmash of poor-quality plates, cups, and utensils. The shower head was not fixed and did not stay up when the water was turned on. The furniture was of poor quality and limited. Even had a plastic drawer set in one room. The second bedroom should not be called a bedroom. It was so small, and the bed in it was not suitable. The washing machine door cracked, and the washer did not wash well, even after 3 hours on the cycle. The bedding was of poor quality. Not even a cover on the doona. Limited linen. Only one towel and one small bathmat were provided. There were no instructions provided for the appliance and logistics for the guests, as would be expected.
- Saeed (10/5): Great - Nice
We you watched the firework from the balcony
Great lookout city 🌹🌹🌹❤️ Nice
- Charlie (9/5): - Great views, floor to ceiling windows, modern,, spacious.
- Karen (5/5): Ok - Great view and location Check was a nightmare we had to wait over an hour past check in which delayed our schedule
They did provide some compensation
- James (9/5): -
- Lorrelle (10/5): - Great location for attending events, and beautiful views.
- Emily (10/5): Fantastic time. - Comfortable mattress and beautiful views of the city. Would recomend the shower head replaced as it wasnt adjustable and would fall out when moved.
- Roy (10/5): Excellent stay, perfect location for our event - Apartment and the scenic views were amazing Second bedroom was a bit small, one had to sleep on the lounge sofa as couldn't fit 4 people in 2 x bedrooms
- Denise (1/5): Unhygienic, not properly maintained and wouldn’t stay here again or recommend anyone do so either. - Easy communication Communication with owner was good however that’s the only positive with this apartment. Apartment smelt on cigarette with ash marks on carpet. It wasn’t cleaned, windows and sliding door was filthy. Mesh sliding door kept popping open. Couch and dining chairs were covered in stains. Marks and dirt over walls and kitchen. Stove wasn’t clean. Showerhead was broken and kept falling, bathroom floor was sticky. Couldn’t use washing machine as had wet sheets in them. Pillows had disgusting yellow stains on them like they hadn’t been replaced in years, I felt that disgusting using them that I placed a sheet on top of them to lay my head on it. Overall this place has terrible hygiene and no one should be subjected to staying here and paying the price they charge. I would like to be reimbursed for the stay and making a complaint to booking.com.
- Monique (10/5): -
- Debaba (10/5): -
- Carly (9/5): - The host was very helpful. The place was clean and exactly what we needed. Walking distance to restaurants and qudos bank arena. And great price
- Louise (5/5): - The view Single bed so uncomfortable for my 13 yr old son.
No coffee or milk on arrival.
Getting the key was a nightmare and trying to find car park , not clear instructions at all.
- Blair (10/5): -
- Kayleen (10/5): - Close to the pool.
- Sarah (10/5): Comfortable, close and great view. - Excellent location. Close to Qudos stadium. Shop and liqueur store very close. Basic and comfortable accomodation with everything you would need for a quick trip. Great views. Easy check in and out procedure. Very communitive host, made the trip comfortable and easy.
- Ian (3/5): I had to go out with wet hair after saturating the bathroom floor because shower head was broken, at least the bed was s - The bed was very comfortable. It was a residential building and heaps of kids on their scooters, the flip side was that the kids could let us in to access the key and lifts. Shower head was broken. Lounge/dining room was blinking. The windows for the amazing view were covered in handprints. You could not sit for long and enjoy the view as the lounge was super uncomfortable. Getting in was difficult. We did not realise we had booked a private property, so we did not pack hair dryer and bathroom washers.
- Nerida (9/5): Superb -
- Sonia (9/5): Superb -
- Amy (8/5): Very good -
- Samantha (7/5): Great place when needing for concerts and once a few things fixed up will be a great place to stay for the money you pay - Great location close to Qudos Arena and DFO. Clean and comfortable beds in bedrooms. Only 3 coffee mugs, there were four of us so someone had to wait till another person finished.
Even though I always travel with my coffee sachets some coffee and sugar provided would have been nice or note that paying stayers bring their own,tea bags were provided. First place I’ve ever stayed where no coffee/sugar facilities provided.
I did ask about Wifi and owner sent information for this straight away but it didn’t work.
A tea towel would have been good as only stayed the one night so didn’t have a lot to wash up, not enough to start up dishwasher.
Shower head kept falling down.
- Ivanovski (3/5): Not what I expected - The only thing I liked about the apartment was
that it had a balcony
It was a nice apartment but definitely not luxury
and should be advertised as a 1 bedroom apartment
The second room was more like a closet which only just
fit a single bed and had no windows The apartment was not as advertised
It definitely wasn't a LUXURY Apartment
It was a 1and half bedroom my friend slept in a room that
only just fit a single bed
The main bedroom didn't even have a tv or ensuite.
NOT a luxury apartment.
- Karen (5/5): Was pleasant enough and close to where we were working - Location was good Facilities were very outdated
- Nicole (8/5): So handy for concert venues. I’ll definitely stay again. Thank you - Awesome location. Very clean and great views. Couldn’t work out how to get in main door to get keys.
Shower head fell off when water turned on.
Bed sheets didn’t fit well. Had to remake bed before getting in.
- Keryn (8/5): Awesome location, clean comfortable apartment with a great view - Amazing location, clean, tidy, comfortable apartment When checking in getting into the lobby was tricky as you had to wait for someone with a swipe to get in
- Molly (5/5): Passable - Great location
Clean and good views So difficult to check in! And directions to find the parking stop were impossible!!!
- Hayley (7/5): I was great - Not enough pillows
- Feiyi (8/5): Very good -
- Mary (2/5): Very poor - Broken bed and shower head
- Jean (9/5): Superb - Great location for attending events at Olympic Park. Very comfortable, quiet, amazing view! No freezer = no ice (not a huge deal). Took a long time to find the car spot because it's a private complex and I couldn't figure out the directions (especially while navigating a concrete pole jungle) - you want to be on the level with the grey poles.
- Rachel (5/5): Passable - The view was lovely and it was a great location with a cafe located on the ground floor The sofa bed was tiny, only big enough for a small child. The single bed was hard and uncomfortable and only a very small fridge. There were very few utensils so we were unable to cook what we brought for breakfast.
- Tyson (6/5): Wierd and with wild view - Location and view I slept in what felt like a cupboard, This was advertised as a room. My friend slept on the floor because what was advertised as a fold out bed was definitely not.
There was no fridge either
- Andrew (1/5): Bad - Location was good. I was extremely disappointed. The apartment didn't have a fridge, no coffee or tea options on arrival, the walls had different colour spots where holes had been attempted to be fixed, the spare bed was in a small room big enough to be a storage room. The furniture was cheap and uncomfortable. I have stayed in many apartments using booking.com and Airbnb and I'm sorry to say that this apartment would have to be the most disappointing.
- Kira-lee (9/5): Superb -
- Peter (4/5): Excellent location with great views and a lovely balcony. Spend some money on decent beds and furnishings and I would ra - The location to all the Stadiums was fantastic and plenty of good choices for food. There was no staff. Parking and entering the building is done by yourself following email instructions. Get your key from a combination lock on a locker once you somehow gain access to the building. Good luck finding your car park as there is no sequence to the car park numbers painted on the ground. No signage in the car park to guide you. No signage pointing out where the lifts are. Hopefully you’re familiar with how the key pad works entering the lifts.
The furnishing in our apartment (unit 2402) was of the cheapest money could buy. Very small second Bedroom with flimsy bed frames and a very small uncomfortable sofa bed couch. The room doesn’t even have a real fridge. The crockery or lack of was disappointing. The plug in the shower is blocked leaving us to have very short showers or flood the bathroom otherwise.

- Bianca (7/5): Good - Very clean , lovely view Had troubles getting through the automatic door no instructions on how to get in to get the keys from the lock box & shower head was broken also would be good having Netflix or something on the tv instead of just normal tv
- Eloise (7/5): Good -
- Talbot (8/5): Very good - Good location for events at Olympic park - nice city view Key was difficult
To access in the lockbox and a proper fridge would have been good
- Anton (7/5): Experience was fine - Great location & great service from the host. Needs some maintenance, shower head and aircon remote in the bedroom were broken, no linen on the second bedroom bedding. The Fridge was a cafe drink fridge.
- Kazjas (9/5): School Spec Festival Stay - Very close proximity to Qudos Bank arena. Lovely set up with nice views. Washing machine came in handy and washing powderwas provided. Beds were comfortable. Local IGA was very close and excellent. Very good that toilet spray was provided. No tea/coffee facilities are provided. There were only 3 cups, and one had a large crack in it. The fridge was noisy and had no freezer. It was a little difficult to manage the key box. Tap head in the shower kept collapsing.
- Len (3/5): Never again - The view No tea or coffee only 2 pillows used shampoo bottles in the shower Cloke and dagger getting the keys had to get some younger people to help extremely expensive $324 1 night we thought we booked doer 2 nights
- Kirsty (7/5): Great location, amazing views and very clean. - Beautiful apartment with great view, very clean and perfect location with plenty of food/drink options nearby. The bed in the main bedroom was broken underneath, no face washers supplied, I couldn’t use the iron because of the electrical hazard at the end of the cord, shower head fell on me when I was taking a shower. Don’t get me wrong this property is beautiful and we had a great experience although little things let us down.
- Stella (8/5): Very good -
- Simone (9/5): Superb -
- Ma (8/5): Very good. - The place is nice and clean, the owner is very accommodating every time I ask her something, they provide extra linen and towels which is very helpful. The only downside is the mosquitoes. The owner is aware I am sure they will do something about that. I am coming back to her place cause location-wise it is very close to DFO and concert venues. The place has an awesome view of sunrise. Very calming Mosquitos
- Caroline (2/5): Very poor value for money. Lack of basic amenities. Will not stay again . - Easy to find letterbox, location of apartment was great, WIFI good Very difficult to program code into lock box, as it was located within a dark, small, confined letterbox.
No full size fridge, no kitchen provisions like tea/coffee, not even a dish tablet to be able to run dishwasher at end of stay
No couch
VERY uncomfortable futon? Futon should be replaced with fold out sofa, so at least there is somewhere to sit prior to going to bed.
Broken shower, nowhere to hang towels
Extremely poor value for money. Something monetary should be refunded to me given the lack of basic amenity provided within this apartment. I will not be back!
- Ivone (10/5): Great night and excellent stay - Everything
- Dayna (7/5): Great location and basic facilities. - Great location and modern apartment No fridge, which is part of the reason we’d chosen an apartment over a hotel room. Second bedroom was tiny and not suitable for a tall teenager. Parking was a nightmare, as someone parked in our spot and it took some time to be allocated another. We had driven a long way and didn’t appreciate the extra hassle.
- Madyson (10/5): Perfect - Its was so clean, great and easy parking, the view was perfect you could see the giants field and the Sydney harbour bridge, the host was very helpful and the communication was great I love this property, i liked everything
- Sharon (7/5): Good - It was the perfect location for athletics carnival.
The double bed was very comfortable. Shower products left on the shower floor. Stained face washer on hand towel rail, no hand towel.
No tea or coffee supplied.
- Nicole (6/5): Very basic but great view. - The view was great. The shower drain was barely draining and caused flooding during a shower. You can see the build-up of yuck in the drain. The shower had red mould, and the bathroom, in general, needed a good clean. The toilet bowl needs a good scub. No towel rack, it was missing from the wall. Broken bathroom door lock.
The lounge/futon was so uncomfortable that it was barely useable.
No real fridge, just a really noisy drinks fridge on the bench. No freezer for ice or freezing eski blocks.
Master bed slats fall out of bed frame easily.
Entry instructions and parking instructions are difficult. There is no way into the building without a key fob. Had to wait for someone else to open the main door to get in. No instructions were given about that.
WiFi was continually dropping out.
- Jake (10/5): Exceptional -
- Kellie (10/5): Exceptional -
- Carlee (9/5): Great location, nice and clean apartment. - Location was very central to Olympic park facilities. 5 minute drive to Olympic Park Station, 10 minute walk. easy to locate office and access keys to the property. Clean facilities. It would be nice to have some tea and coffee supplies.
- Victoria (8/5): Perfect location, view amazing, and comfortable main bed - The view was amazing, especially as Vivid was on. Fridge was noisy-real bar fridge would be better suited
No Hand towel in the bathroom
No bottle opener with utensils
Lounge was uncomfortable to sit on-bonus is, it does turn into a bed.
Unable to use the balcony as the doors were locked.
- David (8/5): Very good -
- Irina (8/5): Great little place for an overnight stay - Location, value , cleanliness. Small fridge on the bench top in the kitchen was too noisy for sleeping in the bedrooms, so had to switch off. Fine for one night, but would be an issue for a longer stay.
- Emma (8/5): What a fantastic little apartment with great cafes very close - Great location
