- Mo (5/5): Lovely apartment, yet unpleasant check-in experience! - The apartment is spacious and beautifully furnished, ideal for accommodating large families with kids. It features a delightful backyard area equipped with seating and a BBQ grill. The host, while not meeting him in person, has been helpful and responsive. I encountered several issues with the check-in process that left me quite disappointed. Firstly, the lack of clarity regarding the apartment's block/ building number within the Acacia compound led to confusion. Upon arrival, navigating through the security gates became a hassle, as guards repeatedly inquired about passes and documents. I had to contact the host each time, causing delays. Despite the indicated check-in time of 15:00-18:00, when I arrived at 17:30, the apartment was still undergoing intensive cleaning. Consequently, I had to wait outside for an extra couple of hours until the cleaning was completed. Additionally, there were connectivity problems with the wifi and internet, which required some time to resolve. I was hoping and expecting better expeirence considering the price tag for this lisiting.
