Tiene servicios (restauración, supermercados, etc) muy cerca Un apartamento con el espacio limitado, por estar un poco cargado de muebles y objetos poco necesarios. Faltaba limpieza en general y la cama era mas bien incómoda.

• Mark (9/5): Welcoming space with enough room for a couple and conveniently located. Will book again. - The location is perfect. Easy to get to and great base from which to explore the city with the Piccadilly tube station around the corner. Managed to lock myself out (my fault) early in the morning, and the hosts were very responsive and helpful getting me back inside. Thank you.

I had fully paid for 6 nights and on the very day I had to check in, I received a message that the boiler was out of service and that I cannot stay at the property. No refund till now and no reply from Booking.com despite numerous messages via their portal. The property keeps telling me that I paid Booking.com and they should refund.

• Richard (7/5): - The studio was spacious with full kitchen, washer/dryer, big TV with Sky streaming service and good shower, and was in a great location 5mins from the Tube and 1min from a Sainsburys Superstore. The studio was let down by a terrible mattress that was very uncomfortable.

Room was cold mostly & took a lot of discussions. Bed/ mattress very uncomfortable & triggered back pains. Water leaks on the floor each time you take a shower & cleaning up the mess was not funny. Toilet door requires application of force to close every time. Lighting in the room needs improvement. Most items in the room have seen many years & require upgrades. Room general aesthetics not very appealing.

Very friendly and helpful staff, we arrived earlier then planned and was able to drop our luggage off Bed not very comfortable, bathroom door did not close

• Alyson (5/5): Great location but uncomfortable sleep. - Location and host communication was excellent. Pillows and bedding were extremely uncomfortable. Dust / grime remained on some surfaces. Dishes in the cupboards were unclean. Lamps provided were unusable as they had European plugs.
• Steve (3/5): Very Dissapointed - The location and proximity to the tube station was excellent. The area felt safe and there was a large Tesco nearby as well as restaurants within a short walking distance. No lights in the property due to an electrical fault. Lamps in the living area provided, but we had to use our phones for the toilet/bathroom and to get to the lamps. Only informed of the electrical fault an hour after the check in time. Faulty units and the room would benefit from modernising. The property is not large and should be classed as a bedsit (one room). A partial refund refused, only an offer of a discount on our next stay (there won't be one). Wires everywhere and a stoic response from the host.

• Thalia (4/5): Cost effective, but uncomfortable. - The owners were very courteous and responsive. The neighborhood was quiet. The unit was secure, we felt safe. The bed was comfortable. The unit was well lit and nicely decorated. The appliances were very convenient, especially the washer and dryer and microwave. There was a skybox for the tv that allowed us to access streaming services. Temperature. You can’t control the thermostat and the unit was too cold. One afternoon it was 10° C inside. We asked for cooler temps at bedtime, but throughout the day we wanted to be comfortable. They advise that the Nest device would learn our behaviors. We had to wear jackets and hats inside. The bathroom was always uncomfortably cold. Every day. We had to use steam from the shower to warm it before we could shower. Cleanliness. I would have given it the highest rating if there hadn’t been an odor to the unit or and the oven hadn’t smelled like fish. However, there was nothing else indicating that the unit hadn’t been cleaned. An odor simply makes things questionable, and we chose not use the oven because of the fish smell. Housekeeping. We were provided with one set of towels for our 3-day stay. There should always be additional towels. The property should rethink this. Even if I reuse the same towels for the duration of my stay, sometimes you need more towels. Maybe we were expected to wash the towels when we needed clean ones. I reached out asking for another set, but they wanted me to confirm that I needed them before they would bring them. I didn’t anticipate having to confirm this before they would act because I had already initiated the request because we needed them… that was the only time I even raised an eyebrow to the customer service. There should always be a brand new dish sponge. Always. Overall, the primary reason we would not return to The Hamilton is the lack of comfort regarding temperature.

• Michelle (8/5): Host was amazing and rectified all problems quickly - The location was fabulous There were a couple of issues, property wasn’t very clean when we arrived so we tidied it up. However the host went above and beyond to accommodate a late check out.

• John (1/5): Disappointed, apartment was dirty, look for other options - I was very disappointed with this flat--based on the listing, I knew this was not going to be a luxury apartment, however, the description and photos show a clean, non-smoking apartment with kitchen, so my expectations were for a clean, non-smoking apartment where I could rest comfortably, cook a meal, have coffee in the morning and have a good nights rest. The reality of this flat is very different. I walked into the flat and immediately could smell cigarette smoke even though it's listed as a non-smoking property. As I looked closer at the condition of the flat, it became apparent that a proper cleaning has not happened. Dirty dishes, dirty pots/pans, a dirty ashtray, bed linens that had two (small) blood stains and were worn thin, bedding smelled of tobacco, 3 Moka coffee pots that were all unusable (damaged) and dirty, no toilet paper and their "free" toiletries--leftover communal shampoo and soap from previous guests. I immediately contacted the property and asked if I could upgrade to some other property but they had nothing available. I told them how disappointed I was at how dirty the flat was and provided photos, but they insisted it was clean. They provided excuses like the dirty ashtray was an oversight by their cleaners, that there was a dishwasher in the unit (I guess they expected me to wash the dirty dishes??) and that the bedding was OK. They offered to come and switch out the linens and do some additional cleaning, but I felt like it was too little, too late. The dirty dishes, broken Mokas, dirty ashtray, broken furniture, etc should have been addressed before I checked in. I provided photos to the management but they insisted that the flat was properly presented on Booking. I stayed one night and moved to a hotel the next day. In response to the management, I did send them the same photos that appear with the review. I think the photos speak for themselves. Proceed with caution.
• Lucinda (9/5): Superb - The flat was well maintained and very comfortable. Everything was there that I needed. Its situated 5 mins from the tube station which is perfect. The owners were very quick to reply to the questions I had. A lovely stay. Update the towels and pillows.

• Andy (4/5): For a little extra I could've got a nicer hotel room instead. - Not too easy. Because of the location of the lock box it's difficult to see the dials, especially in poor light. The bed was a pull down bed in the lounge area. The bathroom was constantly cold and the shower door didn't close properly so it leaked water all over the floor.

• Hilary (7/5): Adequate but expensive for a short stay in Central London - The location is very handy -8 minutes walk from Earls Court. Check in was easy with the key safe. Basic toiletries and kitchen equipment was provided and the bath towels seemed brand new. If you simply need a place to sleep in London then this is adequate. Whilst the surfaces, floors and bathroom are clean, the studio is shabby. There are no plinths on the kitchen units and one has a notice indicating it's broken. Inside the cutlery drawer, under the sink and inside the oven are not cleaned to the same standard and were dirty. Much of the furniture is very large and has seen better days. The folding bed has no headboard and had only three small pillows. There is a wierd, sporadic buzzing noise which may be connected to the entrance of the flats above. At times the noise of the neighbour's TV is clearly audible in the flat. The bathroom is very compact with no shelf or towel hook and as a previous guest has indicated, the shower does leak water onto the floor due to the layout of the glass shower screens. For the price paid, we would have expected better.

The only tiny complaint would be that for a person with a bad back such as me, the mattress is very soft! Other than that everything was perfectly fine!

• Stephen (8/5): A great retreat for a self catering couple. - Good location, very close to Tesco's for provisions and only a 3 minute walk to Earls Court tube station. The room had everything we needed for our short stay. The freezer was a solid block of ice, the drawers were frozen in. Towels could of been better.
