• Véronique (7/5): Très correct pour un court séjour au cœur de la vie milanaise. - Emplacement idéal à proximité du centre dans Navigli, quartier très animé le soir et en journée balade agréable. Metro et tram à proximité et résidence au calme pour une pause tranquille. Parfait pour quelques jours quand on y est que pour dormir. Bonne Réactivité face à la demande de fourchettes absentes dans le tiroir à couverts. Appartement un peu sombre avec quelques manques, torchon à vaisselle, tables de chevet avec lumière cosy pour lire le soir, toaster. La surprise d’apprendre 1 semaine avant les 100€ de taxe de séjour (pour 2 pour 5 jours) en plus non précisée à la Resa quand partout ailleurs c’est 3€/personne.
• Nathalie (9/5): Super séjour dans un quartier agréable. - Logement agréable, propre, pratique. Super emplacement. À la fois très proche du quartier animé mais pourtant au calme. Literie super. Équipements super (sèche cheveux, aspirateur, télévision, cuisine équipée, vaisselle, machine à café, … et même une machine à laver). Proche de toutes commodité (bar, restaurant, petite épicerie, 700 m du métro,…). Centre de Milan facilement accessible. Malgré le fait que ce ne soit pas un hôtel ou un b&b, il y a toujours moyen de joindre quelqu’un en cas d’urgence. Tout était parfait sauf peut-être le fait qu’on n’ai pas su chauffer le studio le premier jour quand il faisait un peu froid. L’air conditionné se mettait en sécurité en position chauffage et une alarme sonnait. Heureusement le staff a su régler le problème de l’alarme.

Estava tudo muito limpinho. Poderia ter mais Fotos da vila, porque é linda demais. Localização meio complicada de achar pelo endereço fornecido, a vila tem duas entradas poderia dar o endereço da parte do canal que tem uma entrada melhor

• alberto (5/5): Nuestra estancia muy bien, la gente muy amable a la hora de preguntar cualquier información. - Ubicación por cercanía, bien. Pero es un barrio donde se nota que no es tan seguro. El apartamento tiene tres entradas para la urbanización pero uno de los accesos es una zona donde se vende droga, información que nos dieron el taxista, pero se notaba en el ambiente y el tipo que gente que se movia por esa calle, el taxista nos dijo que no suele pasar nada pero simplemente que tuviéramos cuidado sobre todo por la noche. La entrada por el lado del canal es segura y con mucha luz. El apartamento no estaba muy limpio, no funcionaba el microondas, ni la cafetera pero es un apartamento cómodo en cuanto a espacio. Ventajas, fácil de llegar a los canales de Navigli y a pie está a media hora de la catedral de Duomo. Cercanía hay metro y muy fácil de usar para llegar a cualquier sitio. El día de la llegada tardamos mucho en encontrar donde nos habian dejado las llaves y cuando encontramos, la cajita que se abre con una clave no funcionaba para poder sacar las llaves hasta que tuvo que venir alguien a traernos. El chico muy agradable y se disculpó por el incidente.

• Menicucci (8/5): - L'appartamento è carino, zona perfetta dietro ai Navigli, molto silenzioso, ben collegato con la metro (5/10 min a piedi da porta Genova) Non ho capito se c'era il wi-fi. Per noi non era un problema, stando solo due notti ma se si soggiorna un po' di più sarebbe necessario
• Francesca (7/5): Buona struttura ma in una zona pessima dei Navigli - Pulizia, arredi della stanza, comodità dei letti. La posizione, difficile da trovare ed in una zona dove ci sono molti spacciatori soprattutto la sera.

• Jamaica RC (7/5): An economical choice for a Milan visit in an off-central location with easy major-landmark access - Giovanni sent detailed and easy-to-follow entry instructions (with photos) in advance of my arrival. Navigli is an energetic neighborhood wholly unlike the more typical tourist destinations (like the duomo, Sempione Park, or Brera). The gated apartment complex was very peaceful, and canals with cafes and markets are a quick and easy walk. While the price for this studio was very good, the furnishings were a bit run down and the space not as clean as it could be (a dirty sponge in the sink, cobwebs behind the window curtains, no dish drainer). As far as I could tell, the windows do not open.

• Radosveta (9/5): Comfortable stay I n the heart of Naviglio - We really enjoyed our stay! The location was excellent, and the place offered great value for the money. It had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. The owner responded slowly to our messages. However, we needed support with the air conditioning and the problem was resolved.

• Varvara (3/5): Poor - Actually we didn't like anything 1. There are duvet covers for blankets, not two sheets wrapped around from both sides. 2. It's more convenient to shower with the shower doors closed, not broken. 3. There's always an option not to put parking lot as a facility if you don't have one 4. Whatsapp and services out of booking usually exist to answer faster, not for ignoring, when the customers have questions.

• Oliver (10/5): Absolutely incredible and understanding host, a perfect place to stay. - Great price for a venue in the middle of the city. Fantastic facilities, very modern, clean and comfortable. Huge kudos to the incredibly understanding and reasonable host. First our flight out got cancelled and we were not charged for the first night as we were stuck in the UK, even though we fully expected to pay the full amount. Our return flight also got cancelled (!) and without fuss they were able to secure us an extra night at the same rate. Would not hesitate to stay here again. N/A
