Centrale ma con una piazzetta vicino che offre un un po’ di riparo dal caos garantendo al contempo tante alternative per pranzo, cena, colazione e per bere qualcosa. • Noemi (6/5): - Niente da dire sull'host: simpatico, organizzato e super disponibile. La struttura è in una posizione comoda perché a soli 15 minuti a piedi dalla stazione. Eravamo in 8 e quindi abbiamo prenotato entrambi gli appartamenti: uno (quello con la camera separata dal soggiorno) decisamente meglio dell'altro (con open space e quindi i due letti matrimoniali erano nella stessa e unica stanza). Se sul primo appartamento ci siamo trovati abbastanza bene, sul secondo invece il problema generale erano l'odore forte di muffa e l'umidità, soprattutto nel bagno. Questa condizione ha portato moltissimi moscerini che volavano per l'appartamento e purtroppo molte zanzare che hanno turbato il nostro sonno durante la notte. Capisco che Venezia è una laguna e dunque per definizione umida,ma si potrebbero adottare diverse accortezze per arginare il problema (miglior sistema di aerazione e zanzariere).

Šeimininkas pasitiko mus stotyje ir nuvedė mus į apartamentus. Sunkiai darinėjosi vonios ir kambario durys. Galėtu būti tinkleliai nuo uodų ant langų, nes norėjosi pravėdinti kambarius dėl drėgmės.

La posizione è molto comoda e centrale Prima di tutto abbiamo scelto l' alloggio perché sulla descrizione c'era scritto adatto a persone in sedia a rotelle ma purtroppo non era proprio così perchè all' ingresso ci sono 2 gradini  difficili da superare con la sedia a rotelle e non è presente uno scivolo anche removibile per poter accedere facilmente e senza aiuti. Anche il bagno è  usufruibile con molte difficoltà da una persona disabile( non ci sono appoggi,  il lavandino non è  agibile con la sedia a rotelle e i sanitari sono troppo bassi). La casa purtroppo era sporca,  con polvere vecchia negli angoli e formiche vicino alla porta finestra. Le stoviglie in cucina sono in plastica non nuove ed erano sporche e non sufficienti per numero di ospiti.  I muri in vari punti sono scrostati. Il bagno non era pulito bene, c'erano dei capelli per terra, il tubo della doccia sarebbe da cambiare, come il mobiletto bagno che ha i cassetti rovinati dall'umidità. L'applique in bagno è rotta come pure nel salotto. Patio in pessime condizioni sporco con tavolo tutto arrugginito. Veramente un peccato, per la cifra pagata a notte magari un pò di manutenzione sarebbe consigliata.

• Oksana (10/5): Идеальное место. - Апартаменты просто супер! Ожидание=реальность! Квартира расположена в самом замечательном районе Венеции, Дорсодуру, что мы и выбирали. Хозяин встретил лично. Есть возможность получения 2х комплектов ключей, если путешествуете компанией. Идеальная квартира во всех планах + 2 внутренних дворика, что было важно, так как мы курим. Проживание было идеальным, обязательно в следующий раз остановимся тут. Все было идеально!!!

• Donna (9/5): Besides location I felt we could have done better. - Location was perfect for what we wanted to do. The staff was accommodating and sweet. We were able to watch Netflix on the TV, which is a plus in a foreign country. The upstairs was very hot and never did get cool. The shower was extremely small, especially for my husband who is 6 foot 250 pounds and it did not drain well and absolutely no where to put your shower supplies.The toilet made a loud noise every time you flushed it.

The apartment gave us the perfect base - quiet, peaceful, and right where we needed to be to explore Venice. • Maria Dolores (9/5): Casa amplia y cómoda con un anfitrión muy amable - El anfitrión, Samuelle, fue muy atento y en todo momento estuvo pendiente de nosotros, Aunque llegamos antes de la hora del check-in, nos permitió dejar el equipaje en una consigna del pasillo exterior a la casa y nos dio las llaves. Nos hizo sentir como en casa Faltaban algunos servicios básicos como por ejemplo, una cafetera. Además, el menaje de vasos, copas y platos era algo escaso. Tampoco había servilletas o rollo de papel de cocina, cosas muy básicas y baratas que hacen la vida mas fácil al que llega desde lejos. Por lo demás, todo perfecto.

• jul (9/5): - Właściciel bardzo miły i pomocny. Osobiście nas przywitał. Świetnie mówi po angielsku. Kontakt znakomity. Jest możliwość przechowania bagażu przed zakwaterowaniem i po wykwaterowaniu. Akurat nasz apartament był gotowy już o 13.00 i mogliśmy po prostu wcześniej się zakwaterować. Blisko do przystanku vaporetto, okolica spokojna, w pobliżu supermarket, restauracje, sklepiki z pamiątkami. Apartament godny polecenia 🙂

• Cristina (6/5): Lugar tranquilo cerca del centro - Samuelle, muy atento, y la ubicación muy buena para poder visitar el centro en una zona tranquila, a unos 20 min del centro andando El alojamiento estaba bien, pero olía bastante a humedad. El agua caliente no funcionaba muy bien en la ducha. En la cocina faltaban utensilios
• Tarek (8/5): Overall good stay- good location/apartment. Needs minor fixes to make it great. - - Bed area- the beds face each other which is great if you have kids and are double In size. Linen is fresh and apartment clean. Comes with most items you need. Size- apartment was great for 2 adults and 2 kids- 16/12years. - It has one small terrace (no views) and a larger courtyard. - kitchen is well equipped with microwave etc. - bathroom- shower takes time to warm up (2-5mins) due to having one boiler. It didn’t cause too much of an issue I was just happy I waited for it to warm up. Apart from that it’s great and comes with towels. Location- Location was excellent. It was 45 mins from the airport by the orange water bus. The water taxi station is 3 mins walk from the apartment and costs 18 euros each way. It is 20-25 mins walk to san Marco/rialto where there is a nice market. 5- mins from supermarket. 2 mins from closest restaurant/convenience store. Beds. I STRONGLY recommend they change the mattress on one bed. You can feel the springs which isn’t ideal at all Wifi- the signal is great but on many occasions the internet went down. The host said it’s common atm across Italy. I didn’t experience it anywhere else during my stay in Venice or Italy.

Quartier très sympathique, loin de la foule. Très pratique la possibilité de laisser sa valise après le check out pour continuer à visiter la ville. Samuele est vraiment gentil et réactif. C'est un très bon hôte On entend les voisins du dessus tôt le matin.

• Emelie (8/5): Klart prisvärd och toppen bemötande och service. - Samuele var väldigt hjälpsam så fort vi behövde information och hjälp. Läget bra och lite längre bort från det dyra centrumet men ändå mysiga kvarter och restauranger. En luftrenare hade lämnat lite restdoft som kunde irritera luftrören.

Dostępna przechowalnia bagażu co było bardzo pomocne. Super gdyby była patelnia w obiekcie i mocniejsza suszarka, ale to już indywidualne preferencje.
