In accordance with Community rules and aiming for good coexistence between guests and neighbors, at least one member of your group must be over 25 years old to stay in this apartment.
No Smoking: Please notice that this is a strictly non-smoking apartment.
The apartment is fitted with smoke detectors.
No Parties: Strictly no parties are allowed in this apartment as the apartment is located in a residential building. If you are coming to party, please book somewhere else.
No noise at night: No excessive noise is allowed after 21/9PM as the apartment is located in a residential building.
Late check-ins: If you arrive outside of normal hours, please note that there is a late check-in fee. If you arrive after 21/9pm the fee is 50€.
If a guest loses a set of keys during their stay, an 80€ fee will apply.
Please keep in mind that if you book last minute (less than 24 hours before your arrival), the official check-in time will be subject to our availability and will be after 4:00 PM.
Passport information: It is required by law to register all people staying in any tourist accommodation by their full name, birth date, and passport number. We will therefore request you to provide us with this information before your arrival.
For stays 28 days and over the following rules apply:
1) The included monthly amount that can be spend on supplies is €150, this includes water, gas and electricity. For example, if you stay 3 months, you will have €450 to spend in the entire period. If you spend more you will have to pay the difference at the end of the contract period.
2) A deposit will be charged that is calculated based on the duration of your stay. For 1-3 months reservations the deposit is €450, for 3-6 months reservations the deposit is €800 and for 6-11 months reservations the deposit is 1 monthly rent. The deposit will be refunded 30-45 days after the stay.
3) A rental contract will have to be signed prior to arrival.
4) We require a mandatory monthly cleaning that is NOT included in the price. The cost for each monthly cleaning is €60 and will be a day of your choosing, it will last 3 hours. This is a way to ensure that our flat is kept clean and in good condition.
5) We will personally welcome you at the apartment.

- Michael (4/5): Wanted a great short break but lack of support to help with cooling in 40 plus heat spoilt the whole experience. - Location was excellent, close to facilities It was advertised with air conditioning but didn’t work to an acceptable level, we had elderly relatives who could t cope with the heat we asked for fans but nothing was done. Internet details were false but managed eventually to get access but slow. It could be an excellent facility but company wouldn’t help with problems

- Roldán (9/5): Fantastic apartment near the seafront in Torremolinos - The apartment is in a fantastic location and its facilities are fantastic. You have access to a swimming pool during summer, a bar, tennis courts, and much more. The apartment itself is very spacious with great views to the sea The apartment didn't have an AC unit so it was always a bit warm

- Jonathan (6/5): Nice apartment and views but won't be back - Fully equipped and clean. The air conditioning was locked to 27 degrees which made the apartment quite uncomfortable. I complained but was told it's a Spanish regulation. On researching it doesn't apply to private residence or apartments. There is no holder for shower heads. The host was not responsive.

- Lorna (10/5): We loved our stay here and hope to return. The location was perfect for our holiday - The location was perfect, just a couple of minutes walk from the beach and a supermarket. The apartment was very spacious and equipped with everything we needed for our stay We had trouble accessing the grounds at first because a fob was missing from our set of keys but our booking agent Uri was very helpful and got it sorted quickly for us
- Helen (9/5): Great for families, plenty of space! - The apartment was huge, plenty of space in all the rooms and on this balcony. Kitchen had everything we needed. The pool downstairs was amazing, never busy with plenty of deck chairs and a lovely little bar. Very close to the beach, the strip and restaurants. There was two showers in the apartment but neither of the hoses had a fixture on the wall so it made it very difficult to wash without spraying the entire bathroom and near impossible to wash you hair. There seems to be some sort of motion detector thing in the living room which looked like it had a camera lens which kind of freaked me out. It might have been something else but we covered it up just to be on the safe side
- Donnelly (10/5): A very pleasant and relaxing stay. Would certainly return. - It was very spacious, great location, clean, very well equipped, quiet. Check in agent was both pleasant and helpful. The only thing was the showers. Both were hand held with no wall attachment which was rather awkward to use.
- Marco (8/5): Good for the money, but it could be improved - Apartment is super close to the beach (2 min by feet) an 45 seconds to a grocery shop (Mercadona). The house is big and the 2 bathrooms are very convenient. We also found some detergent already provided by the host to use the appliances, which is very considered. The apartment was clean but some of the towels we received were still quite dirty. The host was informed and changed some of them, but this casted a little shadow on the cleanliness feeling. The beds are ok for a couple of days but are more hostel quality than apartment quality. After 10 days our backs ached a little. The lack of vacuum cleaner is a downside when it comes to take away send from the beach
