• Ariarne (7/5): Comfortable self-contained apartment - The self check-in was clear and it was easy to find the room. The kitchen, living and dining area was spacious and comfortable. Overall, it was a nice stay. The bedroom had no air conditioning or fan. There was no top sheet on the bed, only a quilt, and with no cooling options it made for a hot night’s sleep. The bedroom is very small, not enough space for two bedside tables or a suitcase, and you can only just walk around the edge of the bed.

• Sandra (10/5): Fabulous apartment, host and location. - Excellent communication from Stephanie, spacious apartment (beautifully presented) with balcony, surrounded by great cafes, restaurants, shops, parkland & walking paths. LOVED that it was pet friendly. The one bedroom was quite small with the Queen Bed taking up virtually the whole room; however there was plenty of space in the bathroom, kitchen & living area.

• John (10/5): Lovely place, Great for south side convenience. - Was close to cafes, restaurants and walking distance from Tuggeranong shopping centre. The place was also very well cleaned and presented. The pillows were very firm (personal preference) and the tv stations were limited. But I had a roof over my head and working ammenities so I’ll get over it.

• Stephen (9/5): We really enjoyed our stay especially the walks around the lake. - the location, cleanliness, the view, and it was quiet The key pick up was confusing especially in the dark and if you didn't have such a large bed head and surrounds the bed would fit in the room more comfortably.

The host was extremely helpful and once we sorted out the missing link, the instructional videos were very useful. nothing, it was lovely!

I slept very uncomfortably on the floor instead. The kitchen was also very unclean

Little extras that made it feel welcoming such as body wash ,tea, coffee, milk ,noodles. Bad internet reception and internet connection was playing up in unit, but host was willing to sort, only there for 1 night so no use.

• Gina (8/5): Excellent apartment for visiting our family - we will definitely rebook again. - The location was perfect for visiting with our family and proximity to cafes and restaurants. Large bedframe in a small room - suggest a less bulky bedframe - made it difficult/tight to walk around the room. The mattress itself was very comfortable. And maybe a hair dryer be added as well - not a big issue and i shouldnt have assumed there would be one - will take one next time.
• Craigm (10/5): Lovely gem in the Tuggeranong Town Centre - Really lovely one bedroom apartment on the 3rd floor right in the Tuggeranong Town Centre. Spotlessly clean, and good value for money. The snacks were a nice touch. The only thing was the internet. Really slow. Maximum download speed of 1.6 Mb/sec made it almost impossible to do my work.

• Stella (8/5): Received the warmest service at the coldest season - The host Mark is very kind and helpful. He responds questions promptly and very thoughtful about customers needs. He's definitely stepping forward and beyond our expectations. We have a little girl staying in the same bed with only one blanket provided. Confirmed there was no extra blanket, Mark first brought additional one from his own. Then quickly went to nearby kmart and bought a new one for us to make sure we stay warm through the night. Everything done in 30min. Amazing! Location is so convenient to all your needs. Plenty cafe and restaurants within walking distance. Will be even better to have a hair dryer provided in the bathroom. Sofa is not so comfortable and not big enough to have a small young family sitting together.

Thousands of people living very close to each other. The whole unit was grey and dark. The lounge room directly over looks another unit block and many people looking directly into the unit. No privacy The unit smells Bad ventilation and the windows were dripping with condensation Mould Broken dryer Clothes hoist was also broken Owner lives there at times and has their own belongings at the unit- their old smelly shoes are in the entrance Main bedroom is very small and it’s difficult to manoeuvre around the bed Other tenants slamming heavy front doors and slamming gates Second bed is broken and 3 people can not stay Furniture in the lounge and dining is very old and worn out.

We were lucky the owner called us while we were travelling but I was driving and couldn't answer my phone. When we arrived we walked around everywhere trying to find out more info about how to get in etc. The website should give a bit more of a run-down on this.

Close to shops and a selection of cafes and restaurants. Good size kitchen and living area. Enjoyed access to the 25 metre lap pool. The bedroom was very small and the bed and sofa bed were hard.
• Claire (6/5): Good location, not a good bed. - The location and apartment complex facilities were great. Good communication from apartment staff. Bed was far too big for the bedroom which cause many bumps to the shin and large bruises on legs and the pillows are hard and uncomfortable. My husband ended up using a towel as his pillow as it was softer than the pillow. Check in and put process could be better. When providing a ETA you would expect that someone would be there waiting in the lobby, instead of having to wait for someone to come once you arrive. Although they came to the apartment building quickly, it could be better. Also having to go get the car out of the carpark and then going back up to the apartment to drop the keys back inside then going back down is a little inconvenient but understand there isn’t much you can do. Would just be hard if you were a single person with a baby so should be considered.

• Veronica (8/5): Good, convenient apartment. - The location was convenient and facilities were very good. Plenty of equipment in the apartment and good sense of space inside. The bed was comfortable but was awkward to get round because of the unusual design. The pool are needs some maintenance with plants in builders bags, caution poles and a large loose slab in the surround. Still a good amenity though

• Jan (9/5): Very convenient location and apartment - Absolutely everything thing you could want was available in the apartment. Very close to cafes etc. I’m sensitive to fragrances. Scented air sticks in every room, we had to move them to the balcony.
