• Hernández (9/5): - El departamento es cómodo y amplio, con una buena cocina, cama cómoda y baño linpip. Está a menos de 300 metros de la estación de metro Gran Via, una ubicación excelente. Con mi esposa estuvimos 3 noches, y la verdad, nos encantó el lugar. Por CIERTO, muy. recomendable. Me costó poder dar con el departamento, ya uquqe se ubica en el interior de un edificio, sin embrago, al llamar al número de contacto, me respondieron de inmediato y me guiaron sin ningún problema.
• Yeray (7/5): - La ubicación perfecta Poca intimidad,sin cortinas,sin puerta de acceso al dormitorio, algo sucio el apartamento como la funda nórdica, la alfombra y el suelo. Sofá hundido en un apoyabrazos, las puertas de la ducha no cerraban bien

• Ghazi (2/5): Deceiving - Problems can happen, but not having assistance is not acceptable. Over a stay of 6 nights, I raised a very annoying problem of noise coming from the heater that makes sleeping very hard. No assistance whatsoever was given. Kept receiving just promises. No alternatives suggested. No compensation. NOTHING. No assurance, no actions. Just unkept promises.

• Jose angel (6/5): Frizzate - La location L’appartamento si trova in una posizione davvero perfetta, nel cuore di Chueca, con tutto a portata di mano: locali, ristoranti, metro e vita del quartiere. Tuttavia, il soggiorno non è stato del tutto comodo. Durante la settimana ci sono stati dei lavori alle scale, il che ha reso l’accesso all’appartamento piuttosto scomodo e rumoroso. In generale le scale non sono il massimo, strette e un po’ difficili da gestire con valigie. Anche le indicazioni iniziali su come arrivare non erano molto chiare, e ci è voluto un po’ per orientarci. Detto questo, una volta capito come funzionava tutto, l’accesso senza chiavi è stato molto comodo e pratico. Un buon posto, ma sarebbe stato meglio in un periodo più tranquillo.
• Martin (9/5): A good place to stay. - The appartment was conveniently located near Gran Via metro. It was away from the street noise and quiet. The aircondioner was efficient and very quiet. The kitchen and bathroom were functional. The app to gain entry did not work so we hand to contact the central office to get the door opened remotely.

• Catherine (9/5): Excellent Location - The location was excellent, situated near many great attractions. Emi was very patient with us when we struggled to use the electronic key. She answered my call immediately and helped us until we could enter the unit. Additionally, the booking included a complimentary taxi from the airport, which we greatly appreciated! The kitchen was furnished with the essentials except paper towels. It didn't make sense to buy a whole pack just for a 5-day stay. The bathroom had an efficient layout, clean, shower had good water pressure (might be good to put anti-slip mat in the shower stall to avoid accidents), a hairdryer, and the washing machine. However, there was no laundry detergent. We had to go to several grocery stores to look for a sachet size detergent. The design of the building is such that windows of the neighboring units face each other. Neighbors were noisy late at night. We had to close our windows to block off the noise. Of course, this is not the fault of Emi but putting it out there for consideration of future users.
• Mandi (6/5): A room with no view - Location is great. The apartment was clean. No view of anything but your neighbors laundry. No privacy as there's no shades for privacy. Sheer shades would resolve the privacy issue & let's the light in. Communication with the host was not responsive sometimes or very late. No Communication via WhatsApp only on booking & response was always late. Shower didn't drain & didn't get resolved until next day. When we asked for additional toilet paper & towels as we used some to wipe the floors with, they wanted to charge us. After debates back & fourth they finally delivered towels & toilet paper. Management needs more training & improvement.
• Sofia (7/5): Ideal Location, Comfortable and Good Hosts. - Great Location, online key system which was easy to use. Good facilities. The hosts let us check in a little early which was ideal to drop our bags off prior to heading out for some food. A minute walk from Gran Vía metro - IDEAL. Could've provided some basics for cooking, no salt/pepper and oil, lack of a kitchen towel too.
