• Santiago (7/5): - El departamento estaba muy bien equipado y ubicado. Es un subterráneo (piso -1) y no se pueden abrir las ventanas por lo que la ventilación no es la mejor. La comunicación con Mario fue un poco difícil. El cobro por guardar las maletas post checkout es un poco excesivo.

Caution de 150 Euros débitée de manière "préventive" et restituée quelques jours après le séjour seulement. Nécessite de communiquer ses coordonnées bancaires au loueur.

• Rodson (9/5): Adequada. - Apartamento bonito, moderno, com piso aquecido. Fácil de entrar mediante uso do código, sem risco de perder as chaves. Há um cartaz com instruções sobre uso do apartamento e indicações de multas caso não seja cumprido. Atendi a cada instrução, como já faria, mas não fiquei confortável com isso.

• zo (7/5): Agréable séjour. - L’emplacement était idéal: 25 min à pied du centre avec beaucoup de commerces à proximité. Petit mais fonctionnel et suffisant pour un court séjour. Il est dommage que nous ne puissions pas ouvrir les fenêtres. Le fauteuil n’est pas très confortable, assez dur.

• Branislav (7/5): Fine place for a short stay - Good location, not too far from the center, good neighbourhood and easily accessible by car. Apartment had everything that you need for a short stay. Watching TV is free :) Apartment is in the basement of an old building, it has only one roof window and it doesn't feel safe at all, there are no stairs, only elevator to take you down. The rules you have to obbey are ridiculous, warnings are written all over the walls, if you don't throw garbage in the bin 30€ fine, if you leave towel on the floor 30€ fine, if you don't turn on dishwasher 30€ fine, if you damage TV remote 100€ fine, you are in constant fear that you are being watched and if you make one mistake, 30€ fine.
• Marianna (7/5): Accettabile e apprezzato - I letti, comodità e accoglienza. Il fatto che l'appartamento fosse al piano inferiore rispetto all'entrata, quindi come sotterraneo. Avrei preferito più luce naturale (che già scarseggia vista la stagione) con finestra e/o balcone.

• Giorgi (5/5): - There was door code, but we paid late check in fee 30 euros, so that was unreasonable. Why would I pay for late check in fee when there was no person, only what we get after 30 euros that was door code.

• Pilar (10/5): Apartamento grande y céntrico - Apartamento muy amplio, cómodo y equipado con todo lo necesario. Muy bien ubicado, a 100 m de la estación que enlaza con el aeropuerto y cerca del centro para ir a pie. Muy tranquilo y sin ruidos. No hay recepción ni personal. Antes de la llegada te facilitan las instrucciones y código para entrar. Cocina muy completa, cuenta incluso con lavavajillas. Todo perfecto. Hay algunas normas lógicas que cumplir sobre la retirada de basuras y limpieza. Te cargan 150€ de fianza, pero si todo está correcto a la salida te los devuelven sin problema.
• Francisco Manuel (10/5): Estancia tranquila para parejas y familias - Me gustó bastante el alojamiento en sí, tenía de todo excepto lavandería, pero bueno nos dio igual. Cama muy cómoda, baño bueno, cero ruidos y el hombre que está allí en el alojamiento muy majo. Cerca hay paradas de transporte público y está justo al lado de Belvedere, con lo que una visita indispensable la tienes al lado. Que hay muchas normas y tienes que dar 150€ de fianza y no tienes certeza de cuánto te van a devolver.

• Caterina (4/5): - sicuramente la posizione era strategica, dal momento che dispone della fermata dell’autobus, metro e addirittura il treno per l’aeroporto ovviamente il fatto che sia sottoterra incide moltissimo. c’era puzza di chiuso o comunque un odore molto strano e sgradevole e in più c’era polvere ovunque. Asciugamani molto piccoli. Poi per rinfrescare la stanca c’era un condizionatore piccolino, che faceva un rumore talmente forte che abbiamo preferito dormire con il ventilatore. Poi molto strana la questione delle regole, c’è un tassa per ogni cosa praticamente, pure se non lasci gli asciugamani come vogliono loro oppure per la spazzatura

• Edgars (8/5): Good place, great location, but be careful, you would need to take bin out or you get fine! - Location was great! Easy to find and check in. Got everything needed for comfortable stay. I didn’t like that I had to take the bin out or risk a fine, I’ve never experienced this at any other place I’ve stayed. Didn't like this at all.
• Melina (1/5): Not recommended at all - The location 1) The “studio” is actually a basement with a tiny ceiling window that barely opens. No A/C, no proper ventilation — extremely uncomfortable in summer. 2) 48 hours before check-in, we were suddenly asked to provide a €150 deposit via credit card so they could charge us if we didn’t follow the “house rules.” If we didn’t provide it, we were told in that moment that we would lose the reservation. 3) From the moment we arrived, we were overwhelmed by printed warnings posted all over the apartment: penalties for not taking out the trash daily, fines if dishes weren’t washed before leaving, extra fees if a towel was on the floor, and so on. Attached some of the examples. 4) When we asked if we could leave our luggage for just two hours after check-out, they tried to charge us €20 — something no other accommodation in Europe even considered doing. 5) But the worst part: during our stay, we realized someone had been entering the apartment while we were out — likely to “check” if we were following the rules. This is a serious violation of privacy and made us feel extremely uncomfortable. I would never recommend this place to anyone. We felt watched, judged, and treated with zero hospitality. Avoid at all costs.

• Martina (7/5): Owners could do better - Good location and clean apartment The owners carry out psychological terror on you for everything - if you touch something, the cleaning of the plates and stuff, the trash has to be thrown out every day, etc. My family and I were always scared of doing something wrong due to the amount of money they charge (even charge you if a towel is on the ground).
• Aleksei (2/5): This place requires a lot of improvement - The location and price looked appealing, but they were far outweighed by the disadvantages. It was impossible to stay in this place, so we had to move to another hotel in the middle of the night. First and foremost, there was no fresh air in the room at all. You can’t open the windows because it’s on the basement level. There was an air conditioner, but it didn’t help at all. For some reason, it neither provided fresh air nor was it able to cool the apartment. On top of that, the A/C was extremely loud (see the noise level in the picture). It was 26–27 °C at night, which was absolute torture, especially since it was only about 20 °C outside. Secondly, the apartment wasn’t clean. There was mold in the bathroom, and the floor under the bed clearly hadn’t seen a mop in ages. There was a strong smell of dampness and dust throughout the space.

• Stephen (8/5): Excellent location and value - The apartment is spacious, well-lit and well-equipped with an excellent shower. Rennweg railway station which is on the line from the airport is a few minutes away as is the 71 tram which goes to central Vienna. Nothing in particular
• Rocio (8/5): Better than expected - The reviews made me afraid, but it was actually pretty nice. Everything was clean and the check in went pretty smoothly. I spent a lot of time because I was working as well and I had no problem with the wifi. The natural light is amazing in the basement, it has a huge window which you can close during the night Some areas of the building are under renovation but it was not a problem for me. It has two doors when you enter the room, I wish you could close from the inside the one that is inside the room because as a solo female traveler it made me feel a little bit uneasy. I had some trouble with the card deposit and no one would answer me in booking. I ended up solving it myself. The house rules seem pretty harsh, despite I left everything in good condition and I didn't have to pay any extra.
• César (7/5): Good - Comfortable and close to the city center. Could be more clean. The host had too many rules to follow (guests have to take out the trash, dishwasher, etc). Additionally we had to pay a fee for late check in, even though it was self check in and didn't make any difference...

• Milica (6/5): Good with unpleasant surprised for a deposit, before arrival - Location was the best. Different lines of public transport are nearby even though the city center is close. That deposit was required, and we found out one week before our arrival. It was not mentioned anywhere and it was an unpleasant surprise! And it was hard to communicate with the host since all concepts were contactless and all was done by “machine”.

• Shuba (4/5): Not recommended; money making not hospitality - The room was spacious for two people that includes the bed, bathroom and kitchen all in one space but very well organised. 1. The apartment was not clean. The floor was dusty. The smell of not being used. It’s a basement apartment so gets warm and very little ventilation. 2. The apartment has posters with rules in three languages, trying to fine you if you do not follow the rules. 3. The property kept bothering me by messages on booking.com regarding not have filled a security deposit form and that my booking is not confirmed. It was very overwhelming and gave me anxiety because I had filled the form but no confirmation of that and the booking. 4. I booked the apartment 6-8th Oct. so when I landed in Vienna it was cold and 8am. The checkin was not until 3pm. If I did an early checkin then it’s 20€ extra. So I waited and couldn’t stay out in the cold anymore so I checkin at around 2:20pm and still got charged 20€. I’m sure there could have been some kind of leniency which is there everywhere in the world.

• Lijana (9/5): Superb - Clean, bright, self check in, room is in basement so we did not hear any other sounds. There were no AC so when it is raining and you cannot open rooftop window then it is hot inside.

Good location and affordable price ❤️ The apartment is located on the -1st floor, therefore there was a specific smell, which is not pleasant, but after turning on the air conditioner, the smell was no longer felt.
• Nikolay (9/5): Superb - It was very good, everything is automatic, I did not meet any staff during my 4-night stay, you get a code via e-mail for unlocking the building entrance and the room itself. The building is only 100 meters away from the train station that is leading you to and out of the airport. I almost did not use public transportation, a lot of the sites are into a walking distance for me, but for people that prefer public transportation, there is enough variety. Perfect for travellers who are not into luxury, but still prefer to have certain comfort in their stay. I liked everything, there was not anything that could destract me from my positive impressions.
