• Peter (9/5): Greater by friendly and helpful hosts who were on call if I needed anything, vey convenient location. - It was central to a lot things and close to a lot of good restaurants and bars.

• PC (8/5): - Buena ubicación para desplazarte en metro. A 10 minutos caminando de la estación de tren Puerta Garibaldi. Se tarda unos 24 minutos caminando para llegar al Duomo. Buena atención del personal que te recepciona. Hay los suministros básicos. Además te dejan unas zapatillas, botellas de agua y unas cuantas capsulas de café. Es pequeño pero suficiente para dos personas. Me convenció la relación precio-calidad. La cama era un plegatin y no es suficientemente cómoda. Falta tostadora. Y al apartamento necesita una reforma. Se nota que ha pasado mucha gente y hace tiempo que no lo actualizan. Por otra parte no hay un armario para colgar la ropa.
• Guest (8/5): Location is amazing but potentially a mold situation in the bathroom shower - Location was perfect - felt like a very safe neighborhood which is soooo important to me during my solo traveling! Bright light and lovely windows - nothing luxurious and was overall a good stay. The apartment was the perfect size for one person traveling with two pieces of luggage. Still and sparkling water provided in the unit upon arrival. Option to have extra sheets / towels available. The shower was super moldy unfortunately. I believe this was due to a draining issue because the water would just sit. I appreciated the host sending someone over to come look at it- but I believe it needs further work and cleaning done by a professional.

• Diana (7/5): Good area, nice apartment, but shower is dirty - Its in a good area. Quiet street with lots of restaurants in the area. About a 20min walk to the center of the city. The host is really nice. The price is pretty good for the size of the room. The room is stylish. There is a little kitchen to your disposal, that could be very handy. The floor of the shower is really dirty. Like where the drain is, its all black and moldy. The water pressure was not great as well. I think there is calcium deposits so the water does not flow very well. The bed is quite hard as well, but that might be fine for others, we just like it when its softer.

• Кравец (10/5): Exceptional - So this was our first time in Milan. We were worried that everything would work out in the best way for us. Even at the booking stage, the owner of the apartment answered all our questions. He met us with the keys at the entrance. Everything was explained in detail. Christian is very kind. We contacted him with any questions that arose and he responded immediately. He was in touch with us throughout our trip. Now about the apartment. The location is great. The Duomo is a 10-15 minute walk. Quiet apartments. No neighbors. Clean. There is everything you need. Towels and bed are clean. The owner took care of the shower set. There was coffee and sugar too. All cookware are IKEA. You can cook yourself. There is everything you need. There was cleaning once. Service 10 out of 10 points. Next time we're in Milan we'll stay at Christian's again There were no shortcomings

• Angel (5/5): Not worth the money we spent but owner was very friendly and welcoming when we arrived - Nice kitchen if wanted to cook and had its own privacy Bathroom especially shower was not clean. Shower had mold and just made you feel dirtier using it. There was a weird yellow stain near the sink and no soap at all for hand wash throughout the property. There was also satins on the sofa and found some old tags from someone else who must have stayed so not confident it was cleaned properly.

• Lali (10/5): Exceptional - The property is in an amazing neighbourhood. Next to Porta Garibaldi, easy access to anywhere in Milan. To say that Flavio is an amazing host, means saying nothing at all. He is an a m a z i n g person, very helpful and attentive. The place itself is cozy, amazing option for 1 or 2 travellers, with all the necessary amenities and stuff
• Viki (5/5): Great location, nice area, but very small studio and hard bed and awful bathroom. - HARD bed and tiny apartment - great location but there were too many doors to get in and the apartment was too small and bathroom was awful - no window and tiny - not good i you like spac and light. Furnishing was nice, but comfort was low given the hardness of the bed and very little space. it is apparently 30sqm but I'd say it is closer to 20 or 25 sqm. too small and smaller than that described I think. Very hard bed.

When I have questions during my stay, he always replied me very quickly. Also I pretty enjoyed the room the my trip in Milano
