But 2025 and no tv or internet or even working sockets to one bedroom isn’t much - Ideal place as was working with free parking around Wimbledon No TVs worked . No internet. No electric sockets in one of bedrooms . Not much utensils tin opener etc not in kitchen

Exposed wires and empty plug socket in bedroom with note saying do not use, not great with children. No smart TV's in bedrooms. Very basic kitchen utensils. Door handle falling off when attempting to close door. TV's unable to plug in as not near mains sockets. Broken window in bedroom

- Guest (8/5): Good value and great location - It isn’t “luxury’, but it is very good value and perfect for just a base to sleep. It just needs a few touch ups. Bedroom door handle fell off, not soap in the bathroom and no t towel, but fantastic location and very reasonable.

Not even slightly luxury. Dirty and run down. Photos to show. Unhelpful owner who isn’t interested in remediating concerns. Apparently is an ongoing problem with him. All of it. Hair in bath. Cheetos on floor. Dirt and rubbish under bed. Broken window. Managed fridge and tiles.
- Charlotte (1/5): DISGUSTING DO NOT STAY - I would not touch this property with a barge pole. Read all previous reviews which l, which I wish I had done behind I booked. Booking.com should be ashamed to be associated with this property. It’s branded as Luxury but what a joke. It’s the worst accommodation I’ve ever stayed in. To begin with I requested early check in at 10am which Ashabi Properties Limited (who manage the property) confirmed twice would be ok and which I payed £40 extra for. On arrival at the property in 32 degree heat at 10am I contacted Ashabi Properties to get the key access code. It constantly went to answer phone and I had received no email notifying me. I tried to contact them via booking.com but to no avail. We waited 3 hours in the seating heat and with a friend nearly passing out (due to a heart condition) and extreme heat and the 3 hour wait. We were just finalising alternative accommodation when finally a cleaner turned up about 1.15, stating she didn’t know it was early check in. I explained we needed to get access to the property but she said she had to clean it first.
We waited a further 30 mins outside the property (in the stairwell) while she cleaned. Whilst waiting I overheard her say to her colleague, just change the bottom sheets and leave the rest. I entered the property and explained I’d like them to do a thorough job please and that we needed cold showers and a change of clothes so we could continue our day finally at Wimbledon. They cleaned the bathroom and one bedroom and we asked then to go the rest once we’d left. It ruined our day to be honest as we missed all of the first match at Wimbledon that we’d spent lots of money on tickets for. To be honest we were really nervous about going back to the property. We were right to think that. As has been previously reported, it was disgusting. The front door was not secure, the fridge was disgusting and not fit for purpose, the bed linen and towels smelt stale and infact I had to sleep with a t-shirt as a pillow case.

The apartment is advertised as "Luxury " - that is THE most unsuitable description for it.
I would like a full refund . If we could have found suitable alternative accommodation, we would have moved there and charged you for that also as we hated spending any time there in such a horrible place

- Petar (1/5): Bad - Well, I never got access to the property, although I had confirmation of booking and a fully paid balance, only when I arrived at the address. Even though I tried to call the host and the provided mobile number, without reaching out, I did receive an email, later in the day of apology and that the property is still under maintenance. Instead of receiving a refund for my booking, I got another email from the host giving me 5 stars for leaving the property clean!

- Howe (1/5): Could not access accommodation! - Location Could not access accommodation. Access code did not work. Couldn’t make contact with host. Sent emails and called several times, just went to voicemail. Had to make alternative accommodation plans.
- Nicola (5/5): Ripped off and disappointed - The front door lock was hanging off and the wind blew open the door. We fixed it to be passable, we are builders and luckily had tools with us ,but Security at this place was diabolical . We did not leave our belongings there during the day. Not ideal. There is a general lack of attention in this flat. The remote control was broken for the Television,making it unable to watch. The same with the one in the bedroom. The kitchen is inadequately fitted out, lacking knives and decent cooking pans etc. There was someone else's wet clothing left in the washing machine. Mouldy milk was left in the fridge ,The freezer drawers are broken, no shower hook , no coat hooks, only one towel, a mattress in one of the bedrooms was upside down and made up. The apartment was dirty , floors needed hoovering, black long hairs everywhere. The list could go on . There was No communication from the agency when bringing up these points to them. Via email and phone.
Its a shame because with a small amount of care and time this could be a great property, it is close to the high street has good parking, was warm, apart from the massive gap ( part of the lock problem) around the front door letting in a massive draught ,it is reasonably decorated if a bit tired .Very disapointing as we are looking for a place to rent for eight weeks.
- Michelle (1/5): Dirty underwear in bed. Do not stay here. - There was free car parking, close to shops, close to the Premier Inn which we moved to. Dirty underwear in the bed, meaning the sheets had not been washed since the last guests. Absolutely disgusting. The shower hose connected to the bath tap had a split in it, and the bath taps did not work. The only way to run a bath was through the split pipe with a bit coming out of the shower head, by which time the water was luke warm. No sharp.knife, so cutting vegetables was not possible. Not enough crockery or cutlery for people booked for. Freezer broken and needs to be defrosted. Front door not secure. No soap or body wash in bathroom. No welcome chocolates. No terrace. Not enough towels for people booked for. No view. No smoke detector. Cigarette smell in second bedroom. No dining area. No board games/puzzles. Not luxury in any way, shape or form. Broken toilet seat. Exposed wiring. Very little of what was promised was there. I messaged the owner to say we are leaving after the first night due to all of the above, but most especially because of the dirty sheets and underwear. No reply. None at all. I received a message after 3 days saying thank you for leaving the flat in such a clean condition, and that they'd give me a 5 star review. No apology. No acknowledgement of my message and the issues. I actually had to move my while family to a hotel. And they said thank you. I asked again if they'd read my message, and am yet to receive a reply. I want a refund!

I had taken public transport for 2 hours to get to this place as I had work the next day near there.
You won't believe this but there were no instructions on how to get in or the pin code for the box which had the key
So no email with instructions or anything so what's the next step... Call the property management right the phone doesn't ever go through!!! Even till now 7 days later
They left me in the cold for over an hour until I had to go somewhere else pay a lot of money to book a room nearby.
I think this is absolutely pathetic who runs a business like this.
Secondly I still haven't received my refund.
All I'll say is stay away!!
No point booking because you'll pay not to be let in.

- Debra (8/5): This is a great spot in a good location, with all you need. Plenty of shops and restaurants around. - Two bedrooms with comfortable beds. Good living spaces with all you need provided. Great location. Good host. Quiet neighbors and area despite being close to town. No shower and struggled a bit with the spray head of the bath. I did figure it out! I like my bath water hotter but this is personal preference. Curtain rail in one bedroom was loose but I fixed that easily. We had many bags (more than most) and there are two flights of stairs to walk up- just be aware.
- Beverley (9/5): Lovely flat in Wimbledon - Good location, spacious flat with parking. Our stay was comfortable. The front door isn’t properly insulated so you can feel the cold come into the flat through the gaps, there door doesn’t lock well from the outside, there isn’t a lift to get to the flat (we travelled with a 1 year old and pushchair) and the shower leaks to the apartment below if the shower head is left by the taps rather than in the bath tub (we were informed by the flat owners living beneath).
