• Elvins (4/5): - Conditioning system is required, due to hot summer days. Bed equipment is not comfort for good sleeping. Arriving by the car will get you in trouble to find a parking place. Host should prepare some information for car parking in English before to check in.

• Iwona (9/5): Warto, ale nie w czasie upałów - Bardzo przyjemny apartament, ładnie, czysto i wygodnie. Darmowy pobyt psa. W pobliżu wybieg dla zwierzaka. Dobra lokalizacja. Wygodne łóżko i przyjemna pościel. W kuchni wszystko czego potrzeba. Ogrzewanie podłogowe w łazience, którego nie można było wyłączyć, powodowało, że w mieszkaniu było za ciepło. Na dworze upał 35 stopni. Wentylator musiał chodzić cały czas i hałasować. Rzeczywiście przydałaby się jakaś suszarka i żelazko, skoro była pralka i proszek do prania.

• Franciska (10/5): Fantasztikus lakás kisebb hiányosságok - Modern, szép és rendezett volt. A konyha felszereltsége kifejezetten tetszett (edények, fűszerek, sajtreszelő, kenyérpirító stb). Plusz pont, hogy a vendégek részére volt netflix előfizezés így a film nézés is élvezetes volt. Nem lehetett rendesen becsukni a fürdőkabin ajtót és egy kéztörlőnek örültünk volna. A kódot a kulcshoz nehezebben kaptuk meg. 14-től lehetett a szállást elfoglalni, ennek ellenére a kód csak 14:30 körül érkezett meg. A lakásszámot külön kérésre adták meg és sajnos azt az üzenetet már nem is láttuk, mert nem volt az épületben mobilnetünk. Természetesen miután felhívtuk a szállásadót elmondott mindent a telefonban, de ez a rész enyhén macerásnak volt mondható.

• Guest (6/5): Pleasant but very hot - The kitchen was well equipped and good bathroom and shower. Although the shower room had a weird smell. Was great to have a TV and a fan There were ants in the kitchen every morning when we would wake up and no fly spray. We were only given 2 rolls of toilet paper so then had to buy more ourself. We were also only given 1 towel each, 1 hand towel and 1 tea towel, we messaged to see if there were anymore but never heard back. We understood that there wasn’t going to be air con but did not quite realise how hot it was going to be. Seen as you are on street level you can’t sleep with the windows open. I wouldn’t recommend staying here in summer.

• Valerii (1/5): It was the worst accommodation I have ever seen. We had to spend the night somewhere else. - The first thing I didn't like was the check-in. According to the instructions from the host, the key was found quickly, but nowhere in the instructions was written what number of the apartment or what floor. The owner did not answer for a long time, we had to call. When we entered the apartment, we realized that it is impossible to live here. The landlord provided false information about the accommodation. In the description of the accommodation it is written that smoking in the apartment is prohibited, but the apartment turned out to be so stinking with cigarette smoke that it is impossible to be in it. When I wrote about it to the owner he said that smoking in the apartment is allowed and you just need to ventilate. Further more. The light in the toilet did not work, the washbasin in the bathtub did not drain. Since my visit to Vienna was by car I needed information about parking. The owner wrote in the description that parking is available on nearby streets. But unfortunately he did not describe that you have to buy parking tickets and pay 5 euros for every 2 hours. So in the first hour I immediately received a fine of 36 euros. then I had to pay for parking for another 80 euros. So if you are traveling, and especially by car, never rent an accommodation from this host. It was the worst accommodation I have ever seen. We had to spend the night somewhere else.

• Svitlana (10/5): Exceptional - Very nice apartment, convention location, close to metropolitan and Shonbrunn Park. We visited in Junuary, it was very hot into the flat. Comfortable as home. Parking next house paid, manager did not tell us about
• Nebojša (8/5): Good value for money - The apartment was very clean with everything advertised here. Location is very well connected. There is an outside gate which gives extra security. I liked the heating, especially on the radiator in the bathroom, you can dry anything very fast if needed. Behind the closet is a door (closed and locked), but you can hear if anyone is next door in what appears to be a shop space, currently not used, However, when we arrived there was a couple having loud intercourse knowing full well we can hear them. After that there was no noise and no complaints.
• Claire (10/5): Would stay again - Easy check-in through messages on the app. The apartment had everything we needed for a short break. It was in a really quiet area, with cheaper places to eat and drink, than in the centre., which we preferred. 10 mins walk to the underground then 10-15 mins on the trains.
• Robertas (6/5): Everything is good except paper ceiling. - I liked the apartment, really clean, tidy place. Location is also good, not too far from metro or train station. During my stay we had neighbors upstairs. I don't know how, but the ceiling is made out of paper. We could hear them speaking almost all the time. I have no other complains

It could get a bit hot in summer and as the apartment is located on the ground floor facing the street, the window couldn't be freely opened (I had police officers knocking on the window at night telling me to close the windows).

• Kasparec (9/5): Superb - Locality near the metro station. The flat is tidy and there's not much more needed for a short stay. The apartment could use an air conditioner since it's on the ground floor and if you open windows you are face to face with people walking on a sidewalk. It's getting really hot inside during the afternoon/evening. There are small windows above the big, regular ones, but they don't do much regarding the heat issue. Otherwise nothing to criticize.

We appreciated the comfort provided throughout our stay. Despite not being right in the center, its convenient location near subway stations and other public transportation options made it incredibly convenient to explore the city.

• Klaus (9/5): If possible i would use it again! - I got the number fot the key box at a good time, so there was no problem getting into the flat. The appartment was clean and comfortable, excellent bathroom, good kitchen and the bedroom/livingroom was really large. The bed was little too soft for me and the heating too high. But thats my personal opinion, others may like it as it was.
