Guest Reviews
- Christian (8/5): - Great spot with really easy layout. Quiet street. Bed was too short as my feet were hanging off the end and I am average height. Still very happy with overall stay
- Nataša (8/5): - Location is really great! Noise from the street at night. Fact, that the property is in ground floor.
- pio (8/5): Uroczo piękna pogoda - Ok Ok

- Joan (8/5): - The location is convinent We run out of hotwater in the mornings. I guess because we were 4? And place got cold at night. AC was not very good.

- Rauf (6/5): It's normal for 2-3 people, not 4. - The location is good, you can walk to many places, including the Vatican. There is a bus stop and a market nearby. The door of the apartment opens directly onto the street, but it is a quiet street. It is uncomfortable for four people, because it is uncomfortable for two people on the sofa. It is good for 2-3 people. There is no iron and microwave in the apartment, I wrote to the owner, he said that it should be in the apartment, but it was not there and he did not bring it. There were no basic cleaning products and so on in the kitchen, those who want to go should take them with them.

- Tarielmelikyan (10/5): - Прекрасный уголок счастье в историческом городе Италии . Цена качество
- Amy (8/5): Great location, traditional stay. - Great location to explore Rome. Great to have a washing machine. Sofa bed was uncomfortable to sleep on.
- Joshua (9/5): Superb -
- Selda (10/5): Perfect stay in Rome - Very nice place and convenient location, Piazza Navona is in walling distance; Loredana was very proactive and polite and checking if everything is good and contibously helping with guidance in the city No remarks
- Julia (5/5): Passable - Location and staff. Very nice people. Good communication Very noisy, extremely uncomfortable sofa, making noise every time you turn around. It was very cold, unable to warm it with that small air conditioner
- Anna (8/5): Good - Location and personell Cleanliness
- Tatvs (9/5): Perfect Location in the heart of Rome! - The location is perfect, near to everything! you can walk to every sight seeing in Rome.
Alessandro was very helpful with all information in the check in. But all team behind Rental in Rome were very helpful making our stay really good! Nothing to say.
- Shelley (4/5): A well-located bolt hole in Rome but in need of some TLC. - The apartment is located on the wonderful Via Guilia in Navona. The apartment is very small and cluttered and in need of a deep clean and some repairs. Pillows were lumpy.
- Kristy (8/5): Very good -
- Khal (7/5): Good -
- Panagiotis (7/5): Good - Location, space Dirty
- Beatriz (8/5): Very good - The location was great! A lot of restaurants around. Very close to Piazza Navona and Vatican. The host was very kind and help me with some delivery that I have made to Rome. Guilherme, the person who show us the apartment was very king and friendly. Apart from show us everything of the apartment he showed us the best attractions of Rome giving as some good and valuable tips.
The apartment was very comfortable and has everything that we needed. I would stay in the same apartment again another time in Rome
- Allen (9/5): Amazing location! Super helpful hosts. Ideal for 2 people, a bit small for 4 but great price. - Guilherme who met us with the key was awesome! He was funny and super helpful. He gave me links to all sorts of places that we could go for good food, several of which we used and enjoyed. The location was also really good - close to vatican and piazza navona. The hosts also helped us book a car from the airport. Luckily we were in a very quiet section of the city on a road with very few cars. I'm not sure if it is just the way homes are in Italy because they are so old, but we could hear everything outside as if it were in the room with us - people talking, mopeds, etc.
- Geraldine (6/5): Average - The location The property is in need of repair. The bathroom sink leaked. The guy who met us at the apartment went through the details of the mechanics of the apartment so quickly that we couldn’t really work out how to use certain things. When I contacted the owner about the disposal of rubbish bins I was told to take it to somewhere which we would have had to use a map for!
The owner only text me to see how we were going two days before our departure. The washing machine had already left detergent stains on my pants.
The kitchen is way too small. For a long stay which we had booked I wouldn’t recommend this place
- Anna (10/5): Perfect location! - The location the space... everything!
- Charles (9/5): Would recommend it to anyone who want to be within the original walls of Roma. Less than 10 minutes to Vatican, 20 to C - Great layout and service from booking to key pickup to check out was beyond excellent. Francisa in the office was a joy to deal with and Loredana was a superb hostess meeting us early and explaining everything, including tips on where to eat (dar Poeta was one of the best pizzas ever)! When we expressed concerns about getting to FCO with luggage they arranged a car and driver at a fixed price. Over all - excellent service. Also had a full kitchen which was a plus! There was some building construction in the area that started early, plus conversations right outside the door later in the evening. We were pretty exhausted by then so not to much of a concern…😎
- Yvonne (9/5): Superb -
- Inna (9/5): Superb -
- Cathie (8/5): Cute and conveniently situated studio apartment is a wonderful base for an independent stay in Rome - The location was excellent, at one end of Via Giulia, a spectacular neighbourhood, close to the Lungotevere and convenient to Rome's major sites and public transport. The apartment had everything I needed by way of facilities. The staff were helpful when I requested extra supplies for the bathroom. It would have been good to have been provided with more cleaning materials for the apartment, and for using the washing machine. I would have appreciated a change of linen for the bed for the second week of my 11 day stayl
- Anonymous (9/5): My family and I loved our stay in the apartment and Rome. We had a great time! - Location was great, very convenient and close to all the must sees. The street was also quiet at night, so it was great to sleep.
The apartment itself was also very cosy, even for 4 people it was comfortable and nice. It would be great if they could have a microwave, very handy. Even a few cleaning products (clothes, etc) to help keep the apartment clean.
- Anna-marie (10/5): Easy and comfortable - Very clean and a great location
- Alsandair (9/5): Stay over in Rome - All needed amenities were in place
Very friendly staff with easy check in Slow WiFi
No self check in, so if you need late check in there will be additional charge which you might not accept though and cancel the booking
A bit small apt, but with 2 TVs, which you won't be able to watch simultaneously since there is no wall😅
- Roman (10/5): But we enjoyed the staying very much- in general - Location/quality/price Pretty short bed - I am 182cm tall. It would be good to have a microwave there instead of the oven
- Patricia (8/5): Great! - We loved the decor. Such a nice comfortable space to come back to after being out in the city all day. We never could get the Internet to work, so it made communication with our other group very difficult. We all had work to do and could not complete it.
- David (1/5): Electrical and internet problems. Zero assistance from owner - Location The property has electrical problems and the owner knew about it as they told me about breaker location when i got the keys. According to them, in the rare case the breaker tripped. The electricity was out all the time! My wife could not use the hair dryer, no way to use the stove or washing machine without getting electricity outage. I had to take cold showers as the water tank could not warm up enough. We had to use only one light while charging our phones. Absolutely no way to use the TV and the hair dryer at the same time. It is obvious that their electrical box is way too small and the owner does not care. I texted many times the owner and they did nothing about it. We had to spend more money eating out since we could not make breakfast or anything. Also, the internet is very intermittent.
Lastly, the 600+sqf listing on the property is false, that property is not even 500sqf. I know this because I have been selling real estate for many years and can easily tell how far that listed size is from the truth.
By the way, we understand that no property is perfect, but this one is from from it and the lack of communication and willingness from the owner pushed me to make this review. We have traveled the world and stayed in many places and 99% of our reviews are good and support property owners. In this case, we can't support negligence and lack of respect.
- Gabriel (10/5): Exceptional - Met us at the door at a time when was convenient for us.
- Angela (10/5): We loved Loredana! She was so helpful and really responsive, she even suggested some great options. -
- Rawad (6/5): Overall we had a good stay, it was a nice apartment and a great for a first time in Rome. - The property is in a great location, and is a great base to explore the city from. The apartment itself is spacious and nicely decorated and clean, there is a nice separation between the kitchen and the sleeping / living area. The apartment front door leads directly onto the street, this meant that there was barely any sound insulation from the street noise. This wasn’t a big deal for us as it’s a quiet area however, personally I would have preferred an additional inside door to provide separation. This also meant that the apartment was quite cold, we don’t know if someone had stayed recently, but it took a couple of days to heat up as the only heating is a reverse air conditioner (this probably won’t be an issue in the summer as Rome gets so hot).
- Каролина (6/5): Excellent location, beautiful place but no communication with the owner and no sofi - The location is great, access is easy. Interior decor is beautiful and very spacious. No communication with the owner, did not answer booking.com messages. we left the apartment not knowing what time we were supposed to come in. finally got a message saying that they were waiting for us and couldn’t reach us. Wi-Fi connection did not exist. It would work for 10 min and then quit working unless you reset it. Sheets smelled like chlorine.
