- Gábor (4/5): Matig appartement in leuke buurt - Het appartement is ruim Je moet veel trappen op en af, er is geen lift. Het ligt aan een drukke weg, je kan niet met ramen open slapen. Het warm water is na 1,5 douchebeurt op. De stroom viel uit. Een van de dubbele bedden was een oncomfortabele bedbank. Het andere, echte bed was matig, kraakte enorm bij elke draai.

- Joanne (9/5): Nice apartment. Needs a bit of maintenance in the bathroom. - The property very clean. Nice area. 93 steps are a lot. Thank God I had no elderly with us.

- Lillian (5/5): An OK place with plenty of room, but would not stay again during the summer when it's hot. - Location was excellent based on where we needed to be for the day. It's walkable to the Coliseum and Forum and regular bus service within a couple blocks of the hotel. The A/C didn't work upon arrival in 37C degree weather. They fixed it the next day, but did not fix the remote. Directly under the A/C was cool, but it did not work efficiently to cool the apartment. Without the ability to cool off the apartment, it was entirely too warm to sleep even with the four fans running continuously and the A/C on. After 3 days of waiting for a workable remote, I contacted the company and they said the remote wouldn't be fixed until the day we left. Consequently the apartment stayed at 29-30C the entire time. The wash machine worked, but only a very very small load (1 pair of pants, 2 shirts) could be washed and spun.
- Hemakumar (1/5): Waste of monay and will stop using booking.com for accommodations for my further trips. - Nothing much about to like about the appartment. It is is on fifth floor and no lift and bi mention about this. Air condition not working, first day managed but from 2nd day it stopped working and even fans they provided is not useful as the temperature is around 37 degrees and 1 fan stopped working.
- Asmir (6/5): Pleasant - Great location. Well connected to the city. The location is exceptional, with bus lines leading to the city from all sides. I'm not satisfied with the fact that the air conditioning wasn't working; that wasn't mentioned in the description when we booked. I don't like that at 36 degrees, we literally couldn't breathe in the apartment. Even though there were fans in all the rooms, the noise from those fans just didn't let you sleep. Considering the extreme heat, we asked for extra towels for hygiene and got a response that we would receive them the next day. However, the following day we received a message saying we had to pay 10 euros per towel, which really isn't fair, especially since the paid air conditioning wasn't functional. The person who welcomed us to the apartment asked us to provide credit card information as a security deposit in case of damage. This isn't mentioned anywhere when you book this place.

- Ibrahim (8/5): Its good - Good location for our summer vacation The apartment is good for young people because there is no elevator in all building, but its ok 5 floors without elevator in summer it was bad also they have to care more about their apartment servers but, not big problem, there were many good things around also in the apartment you will feel at home anyway.
