- Anesa (10/5): - Boravak u ovom smještaju bio je iznad svih očekivanja! Apartman je izuzetno čist, uredan i opremljen sa svim potrebnim sadržajima za ugodan i bezbrižan odmor. Lokacija je odlična, mirna i idealna za opuštanje. Posebno bih želila izdvojiti ljubaznost domaćina, koji su bili izuzetno srdačni, gostoljubivi i uvijek spremni pomoći. Od samog dolaska osjećali smo se dobrodošlo. Komunikacija je bila besprijekorna – domaćini su odgovarali brzo i jasno na sva pitanja. Također, želim pohvaliti njihovu ažurnost i profesionalnost. Sve informacije vezane za prijavu, boravak i odjavu dobili smo na vrijeme, bez ikakvih nejasnoća. Svaki dogovor je ispoštovan, što je dodatno doprinijelo našem pozitivnom iskustvu. Toplo preporučujem ovaj smještaj svima koji traže kvalitetu, udobnost i domaćine na koje se zaista mogu osloniti. Sigurno ćemo se ponovo vratiti!

- Russ (9/5): The place was equal if not better than pictures. The staff was very responsive. - Very large space. Quiet and comfortable. Had nice large smart tv, that I could stream with. It really was an exceptional place to stay. It does have a few places that need some repairs. Nothing major by any means. Just need to get done between renters.

- Vesna (9/5): modern apartment, great location - The apartment is very spacious, modern, especially the living room is very aesthetically furnished, many details that make it luxurious and pleasant to live in. The apartment was extremely clean, the air conditioning works well, the bed is comfortable. The owner is very friendly and hospitable, we got a welcome drink and ice cream. A children's dining chair is available, which is really rare to find in apartments. The apartment has an excellent location, just a few minutes walk to the old part of Mostar. We were very satisfied with our stay. The kitchen is not very functional, there is only a hot plate instead of a stove, but it looks like a temporary kitchen.

- Kristijan (10/5): Exceptional - Great location, apartment is located in quiet neighbourhood. Old town 500m, local shop 50m, 0-24 petrol shop 200m. Apartment is freshly redisagned ( needs few touches in kitchen ) and everything is high quality. Host was very helpfull and even gave us some welcoming treats ( fruits, soda, chocolate and more ). If in Mostar again definitively coming back.

Absolutely to avoid , the apartment smells like cigars , its dirty, and it is incredible to be asked to sleep with someone else in the house….

We were welcomed with movie night snacks , fruit , juice and with Nutella croissants for a morning coffee ! Host is very friendly , would definitely stay at this apartment again !!! Highly recommend to anyone who’s looking to stay in Mostar . Also it’s very close to the Old Bridge Mostar and there is parking available!

The linen were obviously been used and not clean. In addition, parts of the kitchen and toilet were not properly clean.

He is reachable and provide all support you may need Location is near to the old town For family and older people; the apartment is on the third floor. Although the host helped us with luggage and everything this apartment might not be good for old people as there is no elevator. Just to be aware. Otherwise for us it wasn’t of a big issue.

From the moment I arrived, I felt right at home in this cozy and beautifully furnished apartment. Owner has put a lot of thought and care into every detail of the space, from the comfortable bed and linens to the well-equipped living room and modern bathroom. I can’t wait to visit Mostar again because I’m sure that I will be staying at the Black and gold apartment again! The owner was nice and pleasant, and so was our expirience.
