• Cristina (10/5): Apartamento prácticamente nuevo y cómodo. - Apartamento prácticamente nuevo. Fácil aparcamiento. Colchones muy cómodos. Podría haber alguna cápsula de café para la cafetera y papel de cocina.
• Frank (10/5): Empfehlenswertes Appartment zu einem fairen Preis - Die Wohnung war sauber, ist geschmackvoll eingerichtet und bietet alles, was man für eine Ferienwohnung benötigt. Die Lage fühlt sich sich sicher an, die Nachbarn waren angenehm und freundlich und wir hatten keine Bedenken, unser Auto auf der Straße zu parken. Kostenlose Parkplätze direkt vor dem Haus waren reichlich vorhanden. Ein weiteres Plus war die Bushaltestelle direkt vor dem Haus, um ins Zentrum von Santander zu fahren. Die Kommunikation mit unserer Vermieterin war sehr unkompliziert, freundlich und vor allem hilfreich. Auch ihre Flexibilität hinsichtlich Check-in und Check-out war sehr angenehm. In Summe überzeugt die Wohnung mit einem guten Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis. Man sollte sich bewusst sein, dass das Doppelbett im Hauptschlafzimmer mit ca. 1,30m Breite recht schmal ist. Für uns war das kein Problem, da im zweiten Schlafzimmer zwei Einzelbetten sind, die sich bei Bedarf auch zusammenschieben lassen.

• Puay (9/5): Comfortable stay, clean and spacious. - The apartment is new, clean and spacious. It has everything you need. Beds are comfortable. Only provide 3 coffee capsules. Nothing else. It will be good to provide some complementary teas bags, biscuits and mineral water.
