- Weiliek (1/5): In short, please avoid at all cost. - Though key collection was easy, giving a one-star review is a luxury. Location wise is convenient but there are a lot of other options available in the vicinity. The room smell of must and the room was not cleaned properly prior to stay, more like a long-abandoned homestay. What's worse? The bedsheets were dusty!!! The towels provided were worse than a rug. The host was non responsive when we tried to call for assistance. The toilet was clogged and obviously, definitely not worth the money paid.

- Najihah (1/5): Terrible. Horrible. Disgusting. - I hate everything about this property. It doesn’t deserve a star at all. DO NOT BOOK THIS PROPERTY!! DO NOT BOOK THIS PROPERTY!!! First of all, I would like to express my disappointment of their hospitality. I called the number provide in the confirmation email but it wasn’t available. I couldnt reach them to know how was the parking and where to get the key. At 3.45pm someone called me from unknown number and ask to tell them if i was arrived. Then at 5.15pm another number texted me said they put the key in the keybox. I was confused because the number is different, also the room number also different. I called the first number several times, they didnt pickup even once. The property they provide is different from the one I booked. It supposedly S-16-08 but suddenly someone text me said the room is N-07-07. Secondly, the house smell unpleasant and not clean. The bedsheet is untidy. The bedsheet is not changed and smelly. The aircond in the hall is not functioning. The aircond in the bedroom is not cold. The bathroom is dirty with water and soap stain. Euwwwww 🤮 . They didnt provide the iron or iron board. The property looks like someone’s resident but they took a booking just for that night. I had to open the window at night to sleep. I feel dissappointed and deceived with the service they provide. If you dont want to be scammed, again DO NOT EVER BOOK THIS PROPERTY!!

- Fazuan (5/5): My KL Stay - The location is good near with pavilion KL and walking distant to local tourist spots. NO SMART TV. Channel is very limited. Only msian channels. House was not maintained properly... flickering lights, rusty pots and pans, noisy airconditionings, not a nice view from the window. Bed was creaking when slept on. Toilet bowl was dirty when i entered. Wifi wasnt that strong at night. Other than that it was ok for thebprice that i paid for.

Property was poorly maintained and not well kept, towels provided were badly stained and not at all presentable. The worst feature was the bathroom. It is not advisable for people with disability or mobility issues to stay in this apartment as the bathroom is not easily accessible.

Toilet door was unable to close instead they replaced it with a string to tied on a hook plus there is a cockroach in room , i have texted owner but no response and cant be bothered to fix my problem and there is air-con leaking in the living room plus wifi is so terrible. To sum up my stay , i was not enjoy and my owner could be more attentive with the room and cleanliness.

The room , bed was dusty as if it was left empty for years.... i have asthma so it was very bad. 3. I am not satisfied and felt bad about my stay coz I have stayed at your other Swiss Garden Hotel eg in Kuantan which is good. Kindly improve and upgrade the standard.

- Moosa (8/5): Happy. Not disappointed. Could have been better. - Rooms are big. And the location is good. It would have been better if there was room cleaning service at least on request and change towels daily.
- Gunawardana (7/5): Enchanting City View. Communication needs improvement. - Location is very convenient , close to shopping malls and just 10 minutes away from the KL city. After arriving to Swiss Garden Residencies we tried to call the owner and but he didn't answer 😖. We had to stay at the lobby without any communication with the owner on the first day about half an hour and we were clueless as no one was available at the entrance to guide us. Two girls at the front desk said they were not handling our booking as our unit is owned by a private owner.😖 After my continued text messages through booking.com app, one person came and subsequently said the owner is hospitalized and handed over the room key to us luckily 😊 That guy was really helpful which should be appreciated. We really think the owner should keep us informed of the arrangements beforehand without keeping us waiting for a long time. Other than this communication issue, our stay was superb and enjoyed the location a lot. The city view from the room and swimming pool facility were enchanting. ❤
