It will be great to improve drainage as bad smell sometime from bathroom.

• Tiho (1/5): Arogante Frechheit von den Nachbarn. - Es war eine Frechheit, dass wir am ersten Tag einen Brief unter der Tür hatten. Darauf stand, dass unsere Kinder spät in der Nacht und früh morgens Lärm gemacht hatten. 1. kamen wir zu spät nach Hause und die Kinder haben schon geschlafen. 2. Morgens hatten unsere Kinder bis 10 Uhr geschlafen und absolut keinen Lärm verursacht. Es ist eine bodenlose Frechheit, uns mit solchen Schuldzuweisungen zu belasten. Wir werden diese Unterkunft meiden und sie öffentlich melden auf diversen Plattformen.

• David (5/5): It was adequate...but if I could have gotten a refund for some days I would have left sooner. - The staff is very friendly and helpful. Cleaning team was great. Room size is great. Pleanty of room. Close to some good restaurants. Has a washer and separate dryer in the room! GREAT! The rooms need to be remodeled urgently. Maintenance is not doing the best job. Lenolium floors were taped down instead of replaced in some areas. Pest control needs to be better. Little bugs keep crawling up the walls and hanging at the ceiling. I had to do pest control for them and a few roaches as well on the first days. after that no roaches but the little wall bugs remained. Glass blocks in the livingroom and kitchen walls. If you look close you can see inside the apartment. NOT GOOD. i put paper over the livingroom blocks. Balconys don't get cleaned.... too dirty to use. Treadmill in the gym needs to be serviced...it runs but it does not run smoothly. Gym weight machine as well.

• philippe (7/5): Ville très cosmopolite .. tres intéressant à redécouvrir - Très spacieux pour 2 couples ou 1 couple avec deux enfants LE BRUIT trop proche de l’avenue principale pas de double vitrage … très bruyant la journée et surtout la nuit … très peu de vaisselle voir inexistante c’est dommage pour un appartement aussi spacieux , il n’y pas n’on plus de balai pour la poussière et de balai pour laver le sol .., la porte d’entrée n’est pas très hermétique, peut être à cause de la chaleur qui règne dans les espaces communs

• Jeroen (7/5): Aardig maar kan veel beter - Het appartement was groot en daar is alles mee gezegd..meerdere balkons en mooie uitzichten Personeel is vriendelijk..gratis een upgrade gehad van een 2 kamer naar een 3 kamer appartement..locatie is goed maar niet geweldig Prijs kwaliteit verhouding is ok Er werd ons medegedeeld dat er niet werd schoongemaakt omdat we maar 2 nachten hadden geboekt..we moesten zelf achter schone handdoeken en toilet papier aan Douche in slaapkamer werkte niet maar we hadden er meerdere in het appartement dus konden wel gewoon warm douchen Airco lekte water Appartement heeft een opknapbeurt nodig Locatie is echt niet zo geweldig zoals in veel reviews gezegd wordt..je zit vrij ver van de uitgangs gelegenheden vandaan

• Taskin (5/5): It was not pleasant this time. - The host & location. It’s so weird how drastically their service decreased within 6 months as it’s my 3rd stay with family. But this time I got a different apartment than before. It felt like the apartment was closed for a long time. Most of the appliances was not working. Specifically the air conditioners from main bed room, living room, dining room and even in kitchen which made it worst. We stayed 10days in total and we only got 2 times room service which is absolutely terrible cause mostly the bathrooms were not cleaned and so many flies were always there . The problem was my dad was going through treatment and Samitivej was close by which made it convenient however the stay wasn’t mindful like before at all. However no complaints against the host cause she is good, we also received a complaint for front door smashes while closing it and she kindly informed me. She also helped with the food storage and other stuff. But the owner should be more mindful on the apartment and the customer experience.

• Karishma (7/5): Locatie en uitzicht was prettig maar hygiëne was heel slecht. Personeel was top - De locatie en uitzicht en grootte van het appartement Het was niet hygiënisch, de badkamers waren vies, niet schoon. 1 badkuip had afdichtknopwaardoor je geen gebruik kon maken en van de andere badkuip in de andere kamer ging het water niet goed weg omdat juist het afdichting niet goed open ging. Waardoor het water lang bleef liggen in de badkuip en je met een voorwerp de afdichting open moest maken. Bij de sauna was waren de douches ook niet schoon en stonk het erg. Het water van de zwembad was jammer genoeg heel erg koud waardoor we niet konden zwemmen.

• Raoef (10/5): Great stay in Bangkok with family - The space and the view of the appartment. We were also very happy with the washing machine. Lots of shops and restaurant in the neighbourhood and easy to get stuff delivered to the appartment. The people in the lobby collected it for us. Sometimes there was a smell in the kitchen, but I think it's because it was not used a lot.

• Raghu (8/5): Very good - Collecting Keys are Very difficult as there was no communication after booking the flat, and after reaching there i managed to connect host with very difficulty. Host response is very good after managing contact, however the security there at residence is not co-operative and they dont know anything and the person sitting at Security there behavior is totally not acceptable. Don't expect any help from Security person. Best is get Room Key Password before you arrive via watsapp. Also after 9 PM Main door gates close and there is no information how to go to room. There is backdoor entrance, after 10 mins search, we managed to find and go in.

• Roger (7/5): Good place to stay for a family of five with small kids. - The location was where we wanted to stay in Bangkok. Close to BTS, malls, restaurants. Compared to the some of the big hotel chains in the same area, this was great value for money, although it obviously offered a lot less. Finding accommodation for a family of five on a budget is difficult and this was a great fit. The appartment was huge, lots of space, bathroom and kitchen had what you need, aircon worked great. Staff were attentive and always read to help with extra toilet paper, towels etc. We were on a lower floor which meant less daylight coming into the appartment due to adjecent buildings, a somewhat quirky floorplan and small windows. It also meant that the noise from The Commons food court next door was loud at night. Requesting a high floor would probably take care of all of that if you can handle the height.

The location is perfect as it is literally 50 meters away from the main road and has many restaurants, 7-11 and cafés everywhere. Nothing I can fault. Great staff & great room with ultimate location in a safe area.

• Butsarakorn (10/5): Exceptional - Perfect weekend trip for our family of 6. The building isn’t so new but we didn’t mind because everything else was really great! Large rooms, kitchen so we also made breakfast here. Walking distance to BTS Thonglor is quite far but you can take a motorbike taxi or local re mini bus that costed us only 8 bath per person. Get out of apartment from main road then turn left you can find 7-11 and many shops that offering Thai food ,coffee and fruits:) Free parking with security the swimming pool with great view small fitness room can’t ask for more with the price we have paid for. Will definitely return to this place with family.

The staff especially Mai is always available on whatsapp. If you don't find anything in the apartment like, hair dryer or iron just send her a message and she will immediately arrange it. Very hospitable. The kitchen is well equipped, smart TV makes your kids browse their fav content on youtube and swimming pool is also nice for kids to enjoy.

• Md (4/5): Disappointing Stay, Miscommunication, Poor Conditions, and Inattentive Staff - Location I recently traveled to this property with my parents for medical purposes and our experience was incredibly disappointing. Upon arrival at 6:30 PM, well after the check-in time, I was provided with a wrong door code, despite repeated attempts to inform the staff of the issue. This led to the lock being cut out, significantly delaying our access to the apartment. When we finally entered the apartment, it was not what we had booked or expected based on the advertised photos. It was dirty, with suspicious-looking spots covering the furniture. Adding to our dissatisfaction was the attitude of the guards and staff, who were not only unhelpful but also rude. Despite the advertised daily housekeeping, we were only provided with housekeeping services every three days. Some days, they even failed to provide water, which forced me to go to the office to request it. Overall, our stay was a disappointment and I would strongly advise against booking this property. The miscommunication, poor conditions, and inattentive staff made it a regrettable experience.
