• Janice Garcia (10/5): Overall, the stay was comfortable and enjoyable with only a minor issue. - The location was clean, secluded and quiet. The washer and dryer was a plus and the strong A/C is very good. The stove top coffee espresso maker was fun to use and the coffee grounds provide is very authentic and good tasting. The living room sofa cover slip was loose and shifted easily when you move on the couch, which was a minor drawback. Maybe a stretchy cover that has elastics or can be tucked in may solve the problem. Otherwise the whole place is very comfortable and clean.

• Karen (8/5): Clean and spacious, worked out well for group of 7 - Apartment is spacious and clean, owner is very responsive and helpful. Location is good, close to 2 boat stops and walking distance to all main attractions. Furniture in main living area is a bit dated.

Spacious, bright, clean apartment that was well appointed. Comfortable beds in a nice safe area close to everything. Got a little lost on the way to the apartment so providing the cross street is helpful in navigating in Google Maps in Venice. Other than that, everything was great.

• Areta (9/5): Lovely apartment in Venice - Apartment was spacious and beds were comfortable. Even though only one air conditioning it was powerful enough to cool down the whole apartment but leave it on especially when you leave to explore for the day so you come back to a cool place because you will need it 😉 Close to San Marco square and other places to visit on foot. Antonio was wonderful and helpful, Grazie 😊 Kitchen could use some everyday essentials such as salt and pepper, oil, paper towels, especially if your not staying for long. I've stayed at other places such as the one I'm staying at now and it has everything from salt and pepper, spices, oil, sugar, coffee, complimentary wine, snacks for the kids, washing powder, hair shampoo and body wash. It would just make the stay feel more like home away from home. A broken toilet seat and we were told it was apparently the last people who stayed there did it and wasn't replaced. Needs to be replaced as it was cutting into our bum cheeks but that's an easy fix and I'm sure Antonio is fixing asap 😊 Wonderful time in Venice.

• Ashli (10/5): Quiet yet in the middle of everything. - Location is very good. You are close to everything, yet off a side street in a little court, so very private and quiet. The bedrooms and bathrooms were very spacious. The owner met us at the apartment and walked us through kitchen explaining things and gave recommendations. Very friendly and quick to leave so we could start our time in Venice. I have no recommendations to improve this location. They have done a great job preparing it for visitors. Maybe have a list of restaurants in the apartment that would be considered local favorites. Not the tourist places. This is an awesome rental if you are in Venice!!!!!!

In the kitchen there were many utensils and tea. The fact that there are three bathrooms helps a lot when the number of people is 7. Very cozy and comfortable. It's like being in your own home.

• Gayle (9/5): Great apartment and location - Location of the apartment was fabulous and only one flight of stairs to drag the luggage up. The air-conditioning in the apartment was a welcome relief from the heat in August. Check in was quick and smooth. The apartment was well furnished and a good base for the time we were in Venice. While there are a couple of smaller shops close by for groceries, I'd recommend looking for Alimentari De Rossi Paolo on Google Maps for a larger selection. Having said that, there are loads of great places to eat nearby. This is a very small thing but a few of us mentioned that the pillows were a bit too thin and uncomfortable but this is very subjective.
• Marianna (10/5): Myself, my husband and three 20’s sons and my mom. Stayed for two nights in Venice exploring the sights. It was very nic - The property was perfect for our family of 5 and my mom. It was clean and the beds were comfortable. The a/c worked really great. The host was gracious to meet us early to drop off our luggage but since it was cleaned went ahead and let us in early. We really appreciated it as we were exhausted from our overnight flight from FL. We didn’t cook but if needed everything was there available to us. We did make toast and espresso. There wasn’t much espresso available but we just went to the supermarket and got some. The only thing I would have liked is paper towels available to us in the kitchen but again not a big deal as we picked up some. It wasn’t anything about the apartment but just that the garbage needed to separated paper, plastics/glass and generic trash but there was only one small trash can in the kitchen. We just hung the other bags over the cabinet doors but it would have been nice to have three separate small trash cans in the kitchen. Just a suggestion.

• Michael (9/5): Modern apartment in great location - Great location in the San Marco district but on a quiet side street. One bedroom with an en suite bathroom and another full bath in the hall the other two bedrooms share. Modern and well-equipped kitchen with a good grocery less than a 10-minute walk away. Just be aware this is a second floor unit so there are stairs, but this is Venice so there are stairs everywhere. You can get there on the #1 vaporetto bus-boat with several sets of stairs along the reasonably short walk.

• Dalit (7/5): Nice apartment in the center of Venice. could become an exceptional with some small modifications. - it is well located a few minutes away from all touristic attractions. the owner was helpful he waited for us even when we arrived much later than expected. he helped us with restaurant recommendations. the apartment is spacious. the mattresses in all 3 rooms where uncomfortable. in the master bedroom very hard in the second room the mattress is ruined and the third room there are 2 pull out beds. the heating system cannot exceed 21 deg C. and it was very cold outside and in.

• Daria (9/5): Superb - Great apartment for a group of people, 2 separate showers and toilets recently renovated, which is extremely convenient when there are several of you :) Beds were comfortable, there were enough of blankets and pillows for all of us. We travelled in December and worried if it will be warm enough inside, but it was all good. Living room and the kitchen are also located perfectly, so that you cam spend the time together. It would be awesome if there were some samples like tea bags, coffee or some creamers, which you can often find in rented places, cause when you arrive for few days only, you don't plan to but a whole pack of tea or coffee for. But this are just minor ideas and we loved the rest :)

Two double size beds but one of them really small, only 120 cm. You can hear really well the noice from the garbage men and worker's really early.

A lovely place to retreat to at the end of the day. - The apartment was in the first floor of a building just a few minutes walk from San Samuele ferry terminal. The laneway it is in is quiet but close to santo stefano square with shops and restaurants. Apartment is fully furnished and it feels like you are staying in someone’s home. Rooms were a good size, beds were good, shutters kept out the light at night. There was plenty of space to cook there or sit around the living room. The owner was very friendly and accommodating of our requests. Place was very clean. There were a few very minor maintenance issues due to age of property.
