• Jörg (2/5): Preis-Leistung stimmt nicht. Wohnung im schlechten Zustand. - Die Lage war gut. - Kaffeemaschine fehlt von Dienstag ( Ankunft) bis Donnerstag Mittag, die halbe Buchungszeit also. Eine Reduzierte Miete wäre angebracht. - Geschirr steht nass im Schrank - Wurstreste liegen auf Terrasse. Terrasse verschmutzt. - Geschirrtrockentuch und Handtücher fehlen bis Mittwoch. Bei Anreise waren nur 2 Handtücher da. - Sessel im Wohnzimmer sieht zerstört aus. Wurde nicht benutzt.

• Maryna (8/5): Всё хорошо ☺️ - Апартаменты полностью соответствуют фотографиям, хорошая квартира, есть всё необходимое, расположение от центра не совсем близко, не далеко есть остановка трамвай, мы приезжали на 4 дня и покупали на три дня билет на транспорт, не далеко от жилья есть небольшой магазин где можно купить билеты, нас было 5 чел.нам всё понравилось, готовили дома, есть дворик, где можно выходить курить, всё соответствует описанию ☺️ спасибо большое 🤗
• Lidia (7/5): - Il prezzo L’acqua calda non funzionava sempre. Il lavandino della cucina era otturato e l’acqua scorreva solo pianissimo. L’acqua in doccia scorreva poco e male. Il termosifone in bagno non si poteva spegnere. I letti nel salotto erano uno più scomodo dell’altro: i due che erano parte del divano letto erano strettissimi e materassi duri, ma l’altro aggiunto accanto al divano era veramente inutilizzabile, formato da 3 pezzi uniti, quindi si dormiva con un dislivello sotto la schiena e un altro sotto i piedi. Il prezzo era basso (anche perché non si trova in una zona centrale; nonostante ciò è comodo perché a Vienna i mezzi funzionano in modo eccellente), ma sarebbe in realtà un appartamento per 2/3 persone, ci siamo stati in 5 e 3 di noi hanno dormito in modo davvero scomodo a causa dei tre letti sopramenzionati.

• Emanuel (1/5): - Review for Emerald Apartment – Vienna I stayed at this property for 2 nights and, unfortunately, I must say it was a deeply disappointing experience – especially considering we booked the most expensive room, hoping to avoid precisely these kinds of issues. First and foremost, the level of cleanliness was completely unacceptable. The infant cot provided was filthy, with visible stains and a strong, unbearable odor reminiscent of vomit. The mattress in the cot was in the same condition, making it entirely unusable and deeply concerning for any parent. The refrigerator emitted a horrific smell – something between rotting food and decay – which made us too afraid to store any of our groceries inside. This is simply not acceptable in any accommodation, let alone one priced at a premium. While the host was polite and communicated respectfully, this does not compensate for the severe lack of hygiene and overall care. The garden furniture was dirty, with food remnants scattered across the ground and even on the swing – including slices of ham left in a state of utter neglect. We were offered a discount if we chose to extend our stay, but frankly, we would not have stayed another night even if it had been free. To all travelers – especially families with young children or anyone who values cleanliness and a healthy environment – I strongly urge you to avoid this property. The experience was not only disappointing but also felt unsanitary and unsafe. Vienna is a beautiful city with many wonderful accommodations; sadly, this was not one of them.

• Daina (7/5): - Vienai nakčiai gerai, kadangi buvo savaitgalis už parkingą, nei nereikėjo mokėti. Tiesiog pasistatėme šalia apartamentų. Vandens spaudimas mažas, vos bėga vanduo. Kėlė įtarimą, kad nepakeistos paklodės, tai labai nepatiko, nes matėsi suglamžytos ir išgulėtos jau, kur dukros miegojo, taip pat, net matėsi plaukai. Voratinkliai. Iki centro pėstute tolokai :)
• Sergey (9/5): Отличная квартира с внутренним двориком - Отличная квартира в тихом районе. Есть все необходимое. Постели и полотенца свежие. Есть внутренний дворик. В душе пропадает горячая вода.
• Navbharat (9/5): Superb - Good place to stay for family. Impressive interiors, good tram connectivity and quite area. Lidl, burger king and Kebab restaurant is one station away. Even small vendor shop near park. Overall very good experience.

• Kristijan (7/5): Good - Spacious, looks like it was renovated not so long ago. Has everything you need and it can fit 4 adults easily. Although the location is not that attractive it is a good value for money. Communication with the owner/landlord/agency was great, they are really responsive. The windows were wide open before we came and it was freezing inside. Once we turned on the heating it took several hours to heat up and wasn't actually pleasant until next morning , especially because we were there with a baby. Since it is winter time with temperatures around 0C i believe the heating should be switched on at least in the morning of the guests arrival. It was clean but this could also be a bit improved, especially the floors. Behind the bed in the sleeping room there was a whole spider nest, it looked like no one ever cleaned there in years so i took the vacuum cleaner and did it because i didn't want to sleep with spiders the size of a palm of my hand.
