The bathroom was clean and comfortable, everything was new. 5 mins walk from the beach and some nice restaurants

• Brady (1/5): Disappointing communication - The property was clean and basically equipped. I made an error and believed I had an additional night booked my communication though apologetic was not well received. I was reported to booking .com as being unwilling to leave and told that the police would be called to record and supervise the collection of my belongings, I couldn’t I was on a bus tour 40 miles away. I looked into every option to get back In time to not disrupt check in for following clients and gave written consent to move my belongings with an agreement to collect them as soon as I returned. I was billed 115 euros for the rescheduling of the cleaning lady who was lovely and lived next door. She had very carefully packed my belonging I left the property at 6.30pm. I believe the host made other arrangements for incoming guests as he did not feel reassured that I would return that day. Not once was I if I was okay as I had nowhere to stay or if I needed any help. The cleaning lady allowed me to check the bathroom for belongings and my toiletries were still in the cupboard. Whilst I understand the hosts frustration I felt harshly treated and like currency and not a person. Perhaps things would have been more convivial had I ever met the host in person.As an aside. The layout of the bathroom would prevent accessibility for some potential visitors as the toilet fits adjacent to the wall leaving no leg room.

• Gameplay (9/5): Perfekte Lage und sehr angenehm. - Die Lage ist sehr schön. Es ist sehr nah zum Meer und etwa 30 Minuten zu Fuß direkt in der Stadtmitte. Vorallem hat es eine gute Bus und U Bahn Anbindung. Die sehr preiswert sind.

Zdjęcia dobrze oddają wygląd apartamentu Łazienka poza pokojem nie daje jednak tyle komfortu i prywatności, co taka w pokoju i była trochę mała. Trudno też znaleźć miejsce parkingowe w okolicy, o każdej porze.

There is a very high humidity and its difficult to dry a towels and clothes, and balcony was shared with other room. 2. AC didn't work in a room. 3. There was no towel change in whole 3 days so they were wet whole time. 4. We were getting a lot of messages from a host, way to many and he wanted to change a door on balcony when we were there... and expected we will wait especially for workers to open them our room. So way to much messages instead giving us to have a holiday. 5. Bathroom is external so you have to go out for a corridor

• Dragos (10/5): Quiet location near the beach - I had a wonderful stay in Malaga! The place was very clean and well-maintained. The location is fantastic - just a short walk to the beach, which made my mornings especially enjoyable. Also, the street is very quiet The apartment had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. Anouar was a great host and made sure we had all the information we needed. I would highly recommend this apartment to anyone looking for a relaxing beach getaway. Great value and a lovely experience overall!

• Dejardin (10/5): Cosy, propre et sécuritaire ! - La chambre (Andaluz Ensuite) est petite mais très confortable. L'accès gratuit à la buanderie est un vrai plus. La cuisine est très bien équipée. Tout est propre et en bon état. Anouar, l'hôte, même s'il n'est pas sur place, a une super communication et il est aux petits soins. Je voyageais solo et j'ai été très malade la veille de mon départ. Il a fait en sorte que je puisse me reposer avant de reprendre l'avion, ce qui m'a énormément touchée. Il a également été très flexible sur mon heure d'arrivée et mon heure de départ. Même si la Maison est éloignée du centre ville, il y a le marché de Huelin à 3 min, la plage à 5 min et à moins de 10 min il y a un petit quartier avec des parcs et des restaus (allez chez Er pichi de Cài !). Il y a aussi toutes les commodités nécessaires : Market, pharmacies, etc. Le centre historique se rejoint en bus en 30 min "de porte à porte" La maison est un peu loin du centre historique et la balade vers le centre n'est pas des plus jolies. Mais l'arrêt de bus est juste à côté donc j'ai préféré privilégier le bus pour aller faire mes visites. La petite terrasse de l'andaluz ensuite n'est pas suffisamment mise en valeur : une simple chaise en plastique. C'est dommage parce qu'elle est à l'ombre et j'aurais vraiment apprécié avoir un petit coin cosy pour en profiter pleinement.

• Martha (10/5): Unwind, walk, and enjoy the food and market in Huelin, Malaga. - The neighborhood is central and quiet. Just a few minutes from the beach in Huelin. The transportation is very central, allowing me to get around the Costa del Sol. To enjoy better beaches, you have to travel a bit.
• Chiara (10/5): Ein sehr gute Unterkunft - Wir waren für eine Woche im Central Stay Guest House in Malaga. Alles war sauber, die Kommunikation mit dem Vermieter unkompliziert. Das Zimmer hat eine Klimeanlage, sodass es auch im Sommer angenehm ist. Der Strand ist nur wenige Fußminuten entfernt und die Innenstadt ist mit dem Bus nicht weit. Der Flughafen ist ebenfalls gut erreichbar. Wir haben uns sehr wohlgefühlt und kommen gerne wieder!

The best part is that the toilet is extremely clean! The house is right by the sea, so we went to the beach every evening and really enjoyed our time here. The host, Anouar, is very hospitable. Even though it was entirely self check-in, he responded and resolved any issues quickly. Highly recommended!

En la habitación hay un tragaluz que hace que desde los primeros rayos esté iluminada. En las sábanas había pelos de señora y hay bastantes arañitas. Baño minúsculo. Si te agobian los espacios pequeños, aquí te pasará.

• francesco (9/5): Nice and comfortable, better not in winter. - Muy cómodo llegando en bus del aeropuerto, cerca de la playa de Huelin, media hora andando al centro ciudad. Zonas comunes limpias y equipadas. Azotea utilizable. Anouar es un gestor muy amable y eficiente. Habitación (Andaluz ensuite) muy pequeña. No muy indicado en invierno, porque la única forma de calefacción es un climatizador con bomba de calor, que hay que encender cada vez que se llegue a la habitación (y después de muchas horas apagado, la temperatura baja a 10 grados). Cuarto de baño minúsculo.

• Piotr (9/5): - Obiekt w bardzo dogodnej lokalizacji - blisko plaża, komunikacja miejska, sklepy. Część wspólna dobrze wyposażona, wszystko jak na zdjęciach. W łazience malutka umywalka. Na plus klimatyzacja w pokoju, jednak jakaś szafka by się przydała. Bardzo dobry kontakt z właścicielem, przed przyjazdem czytelne informacje dotyczące zameldowania. Dziękuję za pobyt.
• Yue (9/5): Small but tidy in a lovely local neighbourhood - Location: it is not in the old town, but in the centre of Malaga, the local neighbourhood is really lovely and not crowded. The living room is big and tidy, although we didn’t spend much time there, the kitchen provided everything we needed. Too cold to go to the bathroom at night. The bathroom is outside of the room, the apartment is not well isolated, so at night it’s quite cold to get up.

• Catherine (9/5): Mini Malaga Winter Break - Room was great for a 3 night stay in Malaga. I liked the location in Huelin, very local Spanish area in contrast to the historic centre, with good facilities and a roof terrace. Very easy to get the no 7 bus into town. Loved the Christmas lights displays in town. I was a bit concerned at first that there was no staff on site, and how I would get into the property, but it worked fine and Anouar rang me to check I had got in OK which was very helpful.

Checking in and out was really easy, - The guest house was really easy to access, clean, quiet and comfortable, great transport links. It's exactly how it looks like on the photos. The bathroom is not in the room, it was inconvenient going out to shower. Wardrobe in the room didn't have a door.

• Marleen (8/5): Fantastisch plek nabij het strand en ov - Het was precies zoals het op de website staat. De gemeenschappelijke ruimtes binnen en buiten zijn ruim en schoon. De kamer is iets kleiner maar groot genoeg en ook heel schoon. Het bed slaapt heerlijk. De wasbak in de badkamer is heel klein, ter grootte van een wc fonteintje. Maar meer ruimte is er ook niet.

Perfect for a smooth and easy stay in Málaga - The apartment is comfortable, the kitchen is large and fully equipped, and the host is very friendly. The area has plenty of restaurants with different cuisines. Wi-Fi is stable and good enough for remote work, and everything you need is available on site. Nothing major — the room can get a bit noisy at times because of the central location, and the walls are not very sound-isolated. But overall it didn’t affect the stay too much.
• Elif Sertdemir (9/5): Lage ist perfekt - Die Lage ist super, 5 Minuten zufuß zum Strand und qenn man in die andere Richtung 5 minuten läuft ist man gleich an der Bushaltestelle. Die Nachbarschaft ist auch sehr angenehn mit vielen Restaurants und Cafés. Die Unterkunft ist schön eingerichtet und sauber und man hat alles was man braucht. Bei der Unterkunftsneschreibung war es nicht klar das man die Unterkunft mit anderen leuten teilt, wor waren sehr überrascht, an sich ist es nicht schlimm ist wie in einem Hotel jeder hat ein Zimmer was er abschleisen kann und die Küche und das Wohnzimmer ist zum teilen, was aber gestört hat ist dass das Badezimmer nicht im zimmer ist und mann raus gehen muss. Was nocht nicht so gut war (kann aber quch nur in u serem Zimmer sein) ist das die Matratzen sehr ungemütlich waren, also wenn man eh Probleme mit dem Rücken hat sollte man aufpassen.

• Anatevka (10/5): Goede lokatie, comfortabel en schoon - Vanaf de lokatie kon gemakkelijk naar het strand en Malaga centrum. Alles was aanwezig, beddengoed, handboeken, fijne badkamer, uitgebreide gezamenlijke keuken en super schoon Het 2 persoonsbed was vrij klein.

Casa con todas las comodidades: secador de pelo, aire acondicionado, televisor, enchufes en el cabecero de la cama. La cocina con todos los utensilios y electrodomésticos para cocinar. • Ora (8/5): - The bed was comfortable and plenty of pillows and towels which was appreciated. The room had Netflix which was a bonus and the room and bathroom were extremely clean. The area is very quiet and peaceful so I had a very good sleep each night. The other guests room are on the other side of the building so i never heard/saw them, so the privacy was great. I felt the Location was too far from Main attractions and the surrounding area a bit run down and not many nice cafes/Restaurants nearby…because the location was a bit far for a solo female traveller, I was a bit apprehensive/lazy to go out for dinner each night because (again) everything felt too far. I felt this really impacted my visit of Malaga. The vanity is very small and with nowhere to put makeup/toiletries in the bathroom Not much room on either side of the bed (i’m 5’3 65kgs) so i’d imagine for a bigger person this would be a problem to get out. Putting the size of room and location aside, the owner has really done all they could to make the room clean and comfortable.
• Bjorn Kroghsbo (10/5): Everything works perfect. Very serviceminded and professional host. - Perfect location (5 min. walk to beach and to public busses incl. bus to the airport). This place is very clean and everything worked with high effiency. The host is very serviceminded and response very quick to questions. Also no problems regarding picking your luggage up from the premisses late on the day you leave. Well functioned TV (with Netflix and more) and the Aircon worked perfect as well. - All in all a very clean, safe and modern place. No dislikes really! ... The rooms are a bit small, but perfect for sleeping and watching TV, having a shower etc. And the very nice shared area (kitchen, living room) compensates fully for the small rooms.

• Nuria (8/5): Muy práctico y con una ubicación muy cercana a todo - La habitación estaba muy limpia, y la cama era súper cómoda. Aunque fuera pequeña, porque cogimos el estudio con el baño privado, tenía su aire acondicionado, su tele, un perchero con perchas y el baño, también era pequeño pero tenía lo necesario para ser muy cómodo. La cocina realmente tenía de todo,su lavaplatos, horno, inducción, cafetera….pero al final al ser compartida, los demás huéspedes pues tenían una actitud un poco dejada en cuanto a la limpieza y dejaban la comida en la encimera, los platos sin recoger ni fregar, la basura sin sacar, comida abierta en la nevera… un poco caos en ese sentido. Debería de vigilarse más las zonas comunes

Great location, 5 minutes to the beach, about 30 minutes to the centre on foot. We enjoyed our stay very much. A bit of smell in the bathroom, creaking room door which disturbed other persons at night.

Quiet room, very comfortable mattress. I slept really well. There is a blanket or heating if needed. My room was a bit smaller than I had anticipated but it was ok for my short stay.

While compact, the en suite room contained everything I needed and was spotlessly clean. Anouar provided me with tips and hints on where to eat and was available 24/7 in case I needed anything. The common lounge and kitchen was fabulous. Well stocked and great to sit and watch TV. Nothing.
• Magdalena (7/5): Great, but not for winter months - Great location close to the sea and promenade, clean and modern room, easy access and great contact with the host. Apartment description is a bit misleading; you don’t book an apartment but a room with common kitchen and private bathroom which is on the corridor, not in the room itself. We were there during winter, common spaces and bathroom were really cold, it wasn’t possible for our towels to get dry. The walls and door are really thin, you can hear people in the other rooms and on the corridor.

We also liked the neighborhood as it was only 250m from the seaside and we liked to walk on a promenade. There is also a nice coffee shops around with nice pastry.
