• Motonori (9/5): - 鍵の入手方法を事前に確認しておいたので、スムーズに部屋までたどり着けました。キーボックスを2つ見つかりましたが、一方しか開錠できず、もう一方は気にしなくても良いようでした。 チェックインの選択肢に22時以降もあるのに、22時以降を選択すると拒否されました。実際には‘22時を過ぎても入れそうでした。 部屋に入るとチェックイン・チェックアウトのQRがドアのところに貼ってあり、それを読んで手続きをせよ、ということのようでした。チェックインでスマホのカメラ操作が必要でしたが、画面をスクロールしないと撮影ボタンが出てこないということに気が付かず、完了するのに時間がかかりました。 部屋は清潔で快適でした。 Wi-Fiの情報も事前に入手できたことに気が付かず、部屋の中でWi-Fi情報を探しまわりました。 テレビはNetflixやYoutube等に（だけ）対応している（地上波が受信できない）製品のようでしたが、Wi-Fi設定も自分で行う必要があり、入力に手間取りました。Netflixアプリは更新を求められました。Youtubeアプリはインストールしてみましたが、うまく動作せず見ることができませんでした。 風が強い日だったのですが、風の音が少し気になりました（立地的に仕方がないとは思います）

• Helen (6/5): Ok but not great. The room is good. Balcony is of no use but it is nice to be able to open the door for fresh air. - It has a washing machine and a drying outlet in the bathroom. The water is very hot. My bed was incredibly uncomfortable until I worked out the mattress was upside down. So after a long day travelling I had to strip the bed and flip the mattress, it was heavy, then remake the bed. I wish they had provided some information on the area as it took me a few days to understand it. It is a bit isolated and you will have to walk a lot or get the subway or bus to anything. A couple of convenience stores near but hardly any restaurants or cafes.

• kira (3/5): No shower :( - good location and would have been fine if it was regularly maintained. when we arrived there was no hot water, multiple messages and emails to the accommodation got automated responses until the next morning, clearly something that happens often enough to be checked before people check in. The house was bare but comfortable enough, improved greatly when we could shower, clearly not cleaned or checked on regularly. We had a few other issues with the lock codes and wifi but sorted ourselves.

Contact très réactif. indications insuffisamment précises : il y avait 2 box avec deux codes. Seule une des 2 box s'ouvre avec le code transmis (en fait l'autre box est une box "de secours" qui contient aussi une clé mais qui ne doit pas (et ne peut pas) être ouverte. Ce n'était pas précisé. Un peu juste pour 3 personnes (et matelas banquette lit pas top pour un adulte). Ils avaient mis le set de serviettes que pour 2 personnes au lieu de 3 (mais ils ont corrigé cela dès le lendemain)

• Dawne (7/5): Good location and value but needs some improvements to be truly comfortable. - Good location and value. Very clean. Easy to follow instructions to get inside. Definitely needs more pillows; the ones provided were not comfortable. Also needs more towels for a one week stay. We didn’t cook there but if we had, we would have needed more than the one pan that was provided. Finally, the property was freezing cold when we arrived and took hours to warm up.

• Dihoki (8/5): - Great proximity to Shirokane-Takanawa Station and close to Keio Uni Mita Campus for visiting our daughter studying. Comfortable and suited what we were after. We like firm beds so found it comfortable. Were given incorrect code to get in initially which was tough after long flights. However messaged host and they gave us code within 10mins 😆 Towels were far too small, more like handtowels. We had to buy our own. More pillows would be great. Kitchen sink under plug had not been cleaned of food by previous occupant.

• Goossens (8/5): Very good - We had a very nice stay at PL Parklane. The apartment was spotless, and the bedding was super comfortable. The utilities were practical and well-equipped. For first-timers in Tokyo, this apartment was perfectly located, close to bus stops and not too far away from main neighbourhoods. The check-in was easy, the host highly responsive and the instructions helpful. Would definitely recommend. The place was a bit tricky to find and we struggled to get there. While we had no issues with that, it is worth mentioning that the apartment was quite small, which could be problematic if travelling with many/oversize luggage. The only issue we had was with the wifi, that was very unstable and kept disconnecting. The wifi password and network were also not mentioned in the instructions.
