Au 5eme étage sans ascenseur (ce n'était pas précisé dans la description. Impossible d'utiliser la machine à laver alors que listée dans le descriptif Pas de bain à remous contrairement à ce qui est inscrit dans le descriptif Set de table, plaid et linge de cuisine pas très propre voire sale

• Booking.Man (8/5): Good location, well equipped - Great location, well equipped apartment Left my sunglasses at the apartment. Was able to get them back a week later after arranging with the host. 5th floor by stairs so be sure you're OK with that
• Milica (5/5): - Good location and good owner, more than less clean. No elevator, while being on the 5th floor. Low ceiling, not recommended for tall people. Small bed for two. Sleeping room and bathroom have low ceilings even for small people, while livingoroom is spacefull.

• Yu (5/5): Good location - but you will have better choices. - The location is very good. At the heart of Sofia. Place is clean. Clear instruction to pick up the keys. I revisited the information in booking.com. I did not find any mentioning they are located at 5th floor without an elevator. I had foot injury and felt extremely difficult to get to the apartment. I revisited again the information regarding the washing machine. I remembered I rebook a new hotel (this one) for the washing machine, and it was not in use. Very disappointed as it was my 7th/8th days of my travel and I really needed a washing machine. Place is not that large - probably 60% of the photos presented. Low ceiling. Bed it too small to 2 people. I do not like the wet shower design.
• Emi (1/5): I left the place prematurely. It was not comfortable, just the opposite. - I did not like the fact that this room, which they call studio, is located on the 5th floor. I needed to climb the stairs with all my luggage - the building has no elevator. The owner stopped replying.
• Michal (10/5): Great place - Very nice appartment in the side street of the main promenade. Comfortable bed, good kitchen, very nice "balcony" with a view to mountains. There are several good restaurants in few minutes walk. Easy to travell from/to airport. I didn't find negatives

• Anna (7/5): Good - The location is great and comfortable. The host is very polite and nice. It has a great view. There is a smell from the drainage system, the furniture is relatively worn out and it needs more maintenance.
• Wouter (9/5): Great location in the heart of Sofia! - Great location and super host - I forgot my music player and was able to get it back before my flight home! Room is compact but has everything you'd need. Not an issue for myself but be aware this room is on the 4th or 5th floor (depending on how you count) without a lift. Also not-so-great curtains, so for light (excuse the pun) sleepers I'd recommend taking a sleeping mask.
