Despite having an issue at the location we originally booked, they were able to move us to a different location at no extra cost or concern on our end, and the location was perfect with absolutely beautiful decor and amenities in a great location. Truly could not ask for a better experience. I would have loved a set of dark face towels as I felt bad using the white ones when I had makeup on, otherwise it was perfect.

Not only was the location convenient to both heading downtown to St. Catherines, or winding our way to all the fabulous restaurants but the unit itself was full of all the essentials you would need and more! Our Host was super accommodating and answered all of my questions pre and during our stay. I have already recommended this unit to friends and will keep in my notes for our next trip to Montreal!

I didn’t like the perfumed air fresheners - extremely toxic. The patio door didn’t lock and the pull out sofa was extremely uncomfortable.

Patio was outstanding fully functional with great outdoor seating etc. lots of effort to create restful space. Thankyou No email on what door code was. Had to call to receive email and instructions As well the sliding door to patio lock was not working, appeared broken so a little unsettling couple nights.
• Faye (9/5): Superb - Location & private terrace was excellent. Flexible check in & great communication. Amenities were great. The unit is ideal for 2 adults but slightly cramped for more than that. The sofa bed was unfortunately very uncomfortable.
• Lindsay (9/5): Would stay here again as really enjoyed the location. - Location is great. Lots of excellent places to eat, cafes and patisseries nearby for breakfast including takeout and great small pubs and restaurants for dinner. Less than a block to the metro so very easy access to other neighbourhoods and for walking throughout the old town. There is a night club very nearby so there is louder music late on weekends but not unreasonable.
• Stefanie (3/5): Big disappointment - The location was great. The mattress to the pullout was so bad that it was impossible to sleep on. When I woke up from sleeping on cushions on the floor , I saw at least one mouse scurry bye. So we left early. Also, for four of us, there was only one towel.

Room was comfortable and loved having a kitchen even though we didn’t cook. Would definitely book this place again. Mattress in the pull out sofa was very uncomfortable.
