• DENIS (8/5): Testé & Approuvé - Très bon compromis pour Lanzarote, idéalement situé dans un petit hameau au calme , proche de tout ; la vue est splendide et vous pourrez faire des superbes petites randonnées aux alentours au départ de l'hacienda. Comme il n'y a pas de lave vaisselle, mieux vaut faire la vaisselle au fur et à mesure car il n'y avait que 6 cuillères, 6 couteaux & 6 fourchettes.

• anne (9/5): - The villa was very clean, nicely laid out. The location was great, the villa was in a small hamlett of other homes, peaceful and with good walks around the villa and views out to sea. The pool is not heated, which is to the front of the villa, nice size in a walled area, out of the wind. Just to say the villa is off the main road, which is mostly small gravel covering. The weather was fine in the day, it went very cold at night, a heater, would have been nice.

• Catherine (8/5): Very quite and restful break - Amazing views and sunset and immaculately clean Would be have been good to know that the house number was 53 and not 29 as listed on Booking.com as we arrived very late at night after long and tiring journey. Although host sent location link it took us to a location between properties numbered 53 and 59 but we were looking for property numbered 29 as stated on booking .com address for the property. It was midnight as so far too late to knock on neighbours doors and host did not respond to our what’s app messages until early next morning which was not surprising as so late , so we went to hotel on the first night

• Rene (5/5): Schönes Haus mit vielen Mängeln im Details - Sehr positiv war die Betreuung vor Ort. Es hat alles sehr reibungslos geklappt. Das Haus liegt fantastisch und man hat einen schönen Blick über die Küste der Insel in Richtung Fuerteventura. Das haben wir sehr genossen. Das Haus an sich ist sehr schön und es war alles sauber. Man hat sich sofort wohl gefühlt. Die Ausstattung ist eher sehr unterdurchschnittlich. Die Probleme finden sich im Details. Da haben wir schon besseres gesehen. Es gab keine richtige Kaffeemaschine, die Küchenutensilien sind eher mittelmäßig. Es gibt einen Innenwhirlpool, den kann man aber eher vergessen - naja. Das Haus ist nicht sehr dicht. Während unseres Aufenthaltes hatten wir eine Nacht ziemlichen Sturm. Es hat im ganzen Haus gepfiffen und gerumpelt. Wir haben echt gedacht uns fliegt das Dach weg. Dazu kommen sehr unbequeme und teilweise quietschende Betten. Die Matratzen sind durchgelegen.

Cette maison est une fournaise quand il fait très chaud (toit pas isolé ?), et le lieu extrêmement venté. La piscine est très profonde (2x5x1,5m minima) et l'eau froide même par temps de canicule.

• Patrick (8/5): The house could use some love, but all in all we had a great time! - We received instructions (including a video) how to get to the property and into the house in advance via WhatsApp from the host. Arrival was easy and we found a spotless house ready for us upon arrival. The host was also flexible with regard to the check-in and check-out times, so we could actually arrive a few hours before the check-in time specified on Booking.com and leave a bit later later than originally expected upon checkout. Communication with the host was also easy and they tried to be helpful (for example with the issue with the water heater). However, this seems to be an issue that can only be fixed for good by actually upgrading the heater. Beyond this, the view from the terrace was gorgeous, the private pool is fantastic, and we also made use of the barbecue. The house is old but in good shape; still it could use some love, especially to make the experience of paying guests better. We generally had a great time, but given the price we found the following things inconvenient: - The internet connection is generally very slow and at times breaks up completely. This is a problem because all TV channels are also received via TCP/IP, so if the internet is out you also cannot watch TV. (Restarting the router usually fixed it after 5-10 mins.) - Connected to the previous point, we found the Wifi coverage to be very bad, it does not reach the master bedroom or master bathroom. Also, it doesn't reach the outdoor area with the barbecue or the pool or the terrace on the other side. Installing some Wifi extenders would do the trick here. - A major downside is that the warm water heater is gas-powered and very old, so it will not turn on whenever you open the tap. That is, it can easily happen that you try to take a hot shower, but the water never gets hot because the heater didn't ignite. It sometimes took us 3-5 attempts at opening a tap in the warm water setting for the heater to properly turn on. However, even if the heater turns on it will automatically shut down with an error message on its display after a maximum of 3-5 minutes. - The before-mentioned issue with the heater not always turning on when opening a tap and then shutting off after 3-5 minutes renders the hot tub in the master bathroom almost unusable. It took us about 40-45 minutes of coordinated opening of taps and running hot water until the heater would turn off (and then restarting the process) to fill the hot tub to be able to use it once during our stay. - Some of the window blind holders were broken, meaning that we had to shut these window blinds when it was windy because they could not be secured. Given that you pay for the view towards the sea, this is unfortunate for example, with the broken window blind holder in the master bathroom.
• Myriam (10/5): Stunning view in a quiet location - The view is amazing. Place is a bit remote, but nothing is far away in Lanzarote (that is exactly what we were looking for). The location in Lanzarote was perfect for us as we have been exploring south and north for one week. The place is very spacious, the terrace is huge. We didn't use the swimming pool as the water was too cold for us (it is "winter in Lanzarote). We appreciated that we were allowed to check in earlier and loved the welcome gifts. We strongly recommend this place! Kitchen tools can be added.
• Keith (7/5): Great location, great facilities, could do with some modernising. - The location was fantastic. Our flight was delayed so it was late evening when we arrived and it was dark. However, the hosts were available by text and resent the directions. The villa is very spacious and has everything you need. I didnt like that you had to bin your toilet paper and then dispose of it in the local recycling centre.
• Bernadette (9/5): Superb - Everything. We wanted a rural location with great views and that's exactly what we got. The views are epic and the villa is so comfortable. We felt at home straight away. You are 5 minutes drive from Peurto Calero and around 10 mins from Peurto Del Carmen. That we didn't book a longer stay.
• Mihaela (7/5): Great house and location, but needs lots of improvment - Location, very tranquill, spectacular views, large terrace. The host really friendly and helpfull. Kitchen is outdated, hot water only for few minutes in the shower, very Cold inside the house at night. Why have a jacuzzi tub if the hot water runs for just 10 minutes? I think some solar pannels would help ouț everything in the house, the hot water, the heating and the the pool to be heated. We could not use the pool, although it looked amaizing, because the water was cold, too bad.

• D (9/5): Beautiful stay up the mountain - Loved this villa. Its up on a mountain..views are unbelievable. Villa was spotless and had everything we needed. Loved the jacuzzi. The eggs from the owners farm was a lovely touch. Had netflix for movies in the evenings. Washing machine very handy. Feels secluded but is only 6 minute drive from PDC Bed slightly hard but that's just a very small inconvenience.
