• Anne (10/5): - Wir hatten eine sehr gute Zeit in dem liebevoll eingerichtetem Appartement. Es fehlte an Nichts. Max und Sonja waren immer ansprechbar und haben bei Fragen weitergeholfen. Einziger Verbesserungsvorschlag: bei unserer Buchung konnten wir nicht genau erkennen, welche Fotos auf Booking zu unserer Unterkunft gehören. Das könnte man vielleicht besser zuweisen, damit man sich ein genaueres Bild machen kann. Aber wir haben absolut nichts zu bemängeln an der Unterkunft.

• Rachel (9/5): Perfectly cozy beach side getaway - The apartment was perfect for the two of us. Nice and clean and spacious with all the necessary facilities, and right next to the beach. The hosts were incredibly helpful and attentive also, with a bottle of wine waiting for us when we checked in! We had a lovely stay and would definitely recommend Nothing !

• Claire (9/5): Good for a couple for a short stay - Excellent location with beautiful beach sunsets, close to restaurants and amenities, nice aesthetic, comfy beds, responsive remote hosts. No garden view as mentioned but view of street, tiny, cramped balcony for 3, difficult to get ventilation in as only one window and this needed to be closed to ensure cats didn't get in. Nowhere to store suitcases and inadequate clothing storage. Tiny fridge and no room for food storage for a longer holiday. Is more suitable for two and a shorter stay where you are eating out rather than self-catering.
• EPHON65 (9/5): Alles bestens - vor allem für Selbstversorger! - Wir waren Ende September/Anfang Oktober hier. Eine wunderbare Unterkunft für Selbstversorger. Supermarkt zu Fuß erreichbar. Alles vorhanden, vom Herd bis zur Waschmaschine, Mikro, Besteck, alle wichtigen Kochuntensilien, Kaffeemaschine, etc..... Alles extrem sauber! Danke an die GastgeberIn aus Wien. Sehr sauberer Pool, leider wenig Beschattung. Ein Katzensprung zum Meer und zu Restaurants (Baracas). In die Stadt Paphos mit Öffis, Haltestelle zu Fuß schnell erreichbar. Leider nur eine sehr kleine Terrasse mit wenig Beschattung. Die Gastgeber werden aber eine kleine Markise montieren. Für zwei Personen genug Platz, für drei wirds schon sehr eng!

• Risto (10/5): Väga hea, puhas rahulik koht perega puhkuse veetmiseks. Kõik on jalutuskäigu kaugusel. Soovitan! - Väga ilus villa ja appartement päikeseloojangu vaatega. Kohalikku randa on 100 m. Jooksuga jõuaks alla 1 minuti. :) Bassein oli täiesti ok, kui meri ei meeldi. Rannas on mõlemale poole pikk promenaad väga ilusate päikeseloojangu vaadetega. Kui oled hea jalutaja, siis jõuad ka Paphosesse jalgsi.

• Nathan (7/5): First visit to Cyprus and we really liked it there, will return. - Good location, very close to beach. Bar and restaurant near by. We ate at the restaurant (Fat Fig) a couple of nights, food was very nice. Family friendly area. Small shop nearby selling food, drink and toiletries. Space to park hire vehicle close by. Locals are friendly and welcoming. Easy entry to property. Clean and good appliances to use. Shame there isn’t a little more to do within walking distance so recommend hiring a car for journeys out to visit other beaches, attractions, supermarket and restaurants etc.

The location is excellent, offering both easy access to the central road with shops and supermarkets nearby, and at the same time a peaceful and quiet environment that feels truly relaxing. The views are simply breathtaking, especially during sunset – a highlight of our holiday. The decoration is highly aesthetic, beautifully inspired by the Cycladic islands, creating a stylish yet authentic atmosphere that makes you feel instantly at home. The property is spotless and very well maintained, with thoughtful details everywhere. Access to the swimming pool and the beach was effortless, making it ideal for both relaxation and fun. The combination of modern comfort with the natural beauty around us made this place unforgettable. A special mention goes to the host, who was incredibly kind, helpful, and attentive, ensuring everything we needed was taken care of. Their warm hospitality truly made the experience even better. We highly recommend this place to anyone looking for the perfect holiday stay – we can’t wait to come back!

• Maltese_Explorer (10/5): Perfect spot in a quiet and quaint area - The studio is located in a complex of villas leading to St.Georges beach (just few steps away) and in a prime location for travelling, between Kato harbour and Coral bay area so all interesting spots are reachable by 15-20min drive max. Max the host is amazing and gave us a lot of great tips. You can tell it's a great host from the app with all info about the place, quick response and detail in the design of the studio. The host also provides a lot of nice extras such as Nespresso and Frappe coffee machine, luxury beach towels and good branded toiletries which makes the stay extra special. This place really has it all despite the size and you don't feel crammed with the way it is designed. Parking was available right Infront of the studio.

The location is perfect — situated in a quiet and peaceful area, just a few steps from the beach, restaurants, and the bus station. The studio was fully equipped with all the kitchen appliances, making my stay very comfortable. Special thanks to our host Max, who was always available and eager to assist with any questions, making our stay even more enjoyable. It was hard to leave, and I’m already looking forward to my next visit.

You can have a long walk along the sea to the harbour in Kato Paphos (with lots of restaurants). The parking, bus station, grocery stores are also close by. We really liked the design with natural colours and materials. The hosts were reachable when we needed them and very friendly. We will definitely be back here! Thank you!
