• Guest (5/5): Besides what was stated above, the unit was clean and a wonderful place to stay. - There werent sheets on the bed. There were dirty towels hanging in the closet. Dirty dishes were left in the oven. Attempts were made to get sheets and clean towels but none were delivered. There are no extra towels or linens at the unit either.

Mnostwo doskonalych kosmetyków dla kobiet ,super suszarka, a nawet prostownica :) W mieszkaniu czekaly na nas słodkie niespodzianki. Polecamy bez wahania.Super ! • Jean (8/5): Our stay would have been much better with the above changes and additions. - The apartment appeared to be relatively new, was clean and well maintained. The decor was nice. The price was good. The apartment was lovely and quiet. “There are a few things that could be improved upon — — we had booked in for 3 guests. There were exactly 3 forks, knives and spoons, which left no extra for use during food prep. — Only one dish towel for the 3 days we were there. — No dish cloth for washing dishes and pots and pans in the sink. — There was not sufficient bedding for the sofa bed. There should have been sheets. — Although the tall table and high chairs are trendy looking, they were extremely hard to sit at and eat from, so we simply stood to eat, or sat on the sofa and held our plates on our laps. — The apartment was very cold when we arrived, even though the proprietor knew days in advance of when we would be there. It took a long time to warm up. Those improvements would be very easy to make. It would be helpful to install a hand railing along the two steps just outside the door to make it safer when carrying a heavy load. There needs to be some major improvement (more difficult but necessary) to the sidewalk outside — water had run from the drainpipe across the sidewalk in more than one area, then froze and was extremely slippery. The gentleman slipped and fell on it. Perhaps a lawsuit waiting to happen if someone chose to lay charges.

• Thania (10/5): Confortable - I really love almost everything about the Rate Cozy, the Host was always in contact with me, the place was very nice, cleaned, literally cozy and wonderfull. The only thing was not really good was the location, is so far.
• Doug (5/5): Hard to find exact unit- especially in dark. Parking is not right out front. Host is a lot to handle - Natural light. Clean. As pictured. Difficult to access unit as properly is not clearly marked. The heating system was very difficult to use and it took multiple hours for this to work. The host messaged me the morning of checkout and was quite caustic. Also the host mentioned that I had not paid (despite that clearly not being the case). Would not stay here again based on the host alone. Pick somewhere different.
• Ines (6/5): Location was great, place was clean. - Appartment was clean and modern decorated. Kitchen was not equipment enough. Would have liked more utensils like potato peeler, whisk or even a measuring cup. Even condiments like sugar or oil would have been nice to have. Not a big deal, but would have been nice to know ahead of time and I could have brought it along from home instead of buying everything there. Faucet in tub was dripping constantly, which was annoying.

• Sudheersurenene (9/5): Had pleasent stay!! - As shown in picture it is very clean and had really great stay. Fresh sheets, clean and neat bathrooms Parking was bit tough as anyone is parking in our designated spots and 2 times we had to hear things from other when we parked at there spots.

• Hryhorii (10/5): It was the best place in our trip! - It is an amazing place! Really huge attention to details! Really comfortable! Everything amazing! Highly recommended! If you haven't needs to be close to downtown - it the best place for you!
