• Sophie (7/5): Emplacement et terrasse parfaits mais gros besoin d'entretien et manque d'équipements - Emplacement parfait, très bonne distance à pieds de tous les points d’intérêt et du centre de Madrid. Petite terrasse très agréable. Gros besoin d'entretien et d’équipement : store cassé sur le velux de la chambre du haut (apparait dans les commentaires depuis plusieurs mois...) - un fauteuil de la terrasse cassé - 9 balconières de plantes mortes sur la terrasse (sale) - hauteur des chaises non adaptées à la table haute à l'intérieur (aussi mentionné dans commentaires précédents) - uniquement une cafetière Italienne (métal) - 2 verres à pied + un petit pour quatre personnes etc...

• Henk (7/5): Prima verblijf om Madrid te ontdekken. - Prima appartement. In een leuke en gezellige buurt. Metro heel dichtbij. Balkon met zitjes. Meubilair mag wel vernieuwd worden of vervangen. Veel mankementen.
• Gertrud (8/5): Die Wohnung an und für sich sehr gut, Einrichtung sanierungsbedürftig - Lage super, Küche neuwertig, Terrasse Sauberkeit, defekte, wackelige Möbel , hoher Esstisch und zu niedere Stühle, kaputter, brüchiger Hängesessel mit schmutzigem Sitzkissen. Alles sehr filigran. Kopfkissen sehr alt, fast in keine Füllung. Sofa sehr schmutzig.

• Bettina (6/5): Dejligt storby besøg og en lejlighed der var meget central - En fin, lidt lille, lejlighed men en rigtig god central beliggenhed. Gode senge og fint lille køkken. God til 4 personer. Den vært der modtog os, var meget hjælpsom At jeg ikke kunne få et klart svar på om vi kunne komme ind (vores fly blev ændret, så vi ankom først til midnat i stedet for kl. 15) og at vi skulle betale ekstra at blive lukket ind sent. Vi var uden skyld i flyændring. Terrassemøblerne var ikke så behagelige, og vi havde ikke et "godt" sted at sidde om aftenen for at spille kort. Spisebord og stole inde i lejligheden matchede ikke sammen højdemæssigt og stolene var lidt ustabile. Der manglede et rullegardin i et skråvindue, der var placeret lige over en af sengene.

Rapport qualité/ prix tres decev
• Jose Manuel (8/5): Piso muy nuevo y agradable, en muy buena ubicación. - La ubicación y el estado del inmueble; todo muy nuevo, muy bien amueblado y, en general, en perfectas condiciones. El aseo y cocina están muy bien. La terraza hace que el piso obtenga una mayor sensación de amplitud. Cerca de parada de metro y de la estación de Atocha. Nos atendieron muy bien, permitiéndonos dejar las maletas con anterioridad, estando en contacto de manera amable. Opino que es una lástima que con lo bien que está el piso, el no percatarse de un par de detalles genera alguna incomodidad. En concreto, en el dormitorio superior la ventana carecía de persiana o cortina, entrando fuerte luz desde por la mañana. Asimismo la habitación inferior carecía de aire o calefacción. El menaje es muy completo, pero algunas cosas, como las sartenes, agradecerían una sustitución. Como digo, son detalles que solo reseñables por el buen estado general y calidad del piso.
• Tomek (9/5): Udany pobyt w Madrycie. - Świetna lokalizacja, czystość, winda, wygodne łóżka, fajny apartament. Generalnie było kilka drobiazgów, np. brak czajnika, ale to szczegóły, które nie mogą przykryć bardzo przyjemnego apartamentu.

• Stefan (10/5): - Sehr herziges Appartement in bester Lage. Nur wenige Meter von der U-Bahn und eine Station von Sol entfernt. Terrasse war extrem gross. Zimmer waren modern. Küche mit Mikrowelle, Kühlschrank und Backofen. Kann es nur weiterempfehlen!!! Abfluss in der Dusche war teilweise verstopft.
• Malu Bacani-Pulz (5/5): This apartment was a total disappointment. - The communication with the host was difficult because she doesn’t speak English and I don’t speak Spanish. Check in is at 15:00. There will be an extra fee for early check in. We came at 14.55, nobody was there to meet us. Two young ladies, I suppose cleaning staff, came a few minutes late, only to be told that the apartment was not yet ready because the beddings, as I understood from their broken English, were delivered late. So we stood there while they were putting on the fresh sheets. Not a big deal. The sink and shower drain were not functioning well. It took so long till water flows down which left the sink and shower floor dirty because all the suds were left sticking on the sink or floor until the water flows down. I actually have read the review about this problem but I thought the host might had already fixed this issue before new guests come. Unfortunately it wasn’t.
• Eva (8/5): - Very good location, charming apartment, equipped kitchenette The bathroom - however nicely renovated - is flooded as soon as you take a shower, as there is only one syphon, on the higher end of the shower, not on the bathroom floor. The floor needs to be wiped up woth towels
• Tünde (9/5): - Very cute apartment with very nice and sunny terrace, beds are comfortable, kitchen with many tools, coffee, stove, huge fridge and so on, bathroom is nice too, overall very cute apartment in the heart of the city, good location. The table with the chairs are a bit weird, the staircase is steep and the host would like to charge extra for luggage storage and late check-in. The check in procedure was a bit chaotic, as we did not receive the full address. I hit my head upstairs:(
• Esther (8/5): Good central location, quirky apartment - Cute and quirky apartment. My daughter loved the hanging chair and the location was great - just a short walk from the train station. Huge balcony. Friendly hosts. There was some noise from the street but you would expect that in central Madrid. The stairs to the upstairs bedroom are very steep so I would not recommend this for young children or anyone with mobility issues. The dining table was raised (bar height) but the chairs were too short
• Sanne (8/5): - Perfecte locatie! Is op wandelafstand van het centrum. Alles was proper, en goeie bedden! Leuk dat er een groot terras is. De eettafel is niet echt comfortabel, de stoelen zijn veel te laag voor de tafel. De terras meubels zijn helemaal niet comfortabel, geen kussens en een stoel kapot waardoor we niet met 4 konden buiten zitten.
• Valerie (10/5): Super! - L appartement est à quelques pas du métro lavapies. 1 station de sol. Super accueil alors que nous avons eu du retard sur notre entrée. L appartement est lumineux et fonctionnel pour y dormir et se doucher. Un petit rafraîchissement pourrait être bénéfique mais sans conséquence sur notre séjour !
• rachael (6/5): Madrid was lovely, accommodation was not the best and the photos were a little misleading - Location, lift, outdoor space, beds. Cleanliness, seating was broken and uncomfortable, one teaspoon, no kettle, chairs were not suitable for bar height table. Outdoor furniture was broken and uncomfortable, property was dirty. We organised and hour earlier booking in which was not accommodated; we had to remain in the streets waiting with all of our bags.

• Edward (9/5): Awesome place . - The rooms/facilities were very clean . The location is at the city center, 5 minutes walk to the metro station, super maket, and 2 minutes walk to restaurant and convenient shops. The staff that met me with keys was very respectful. The only thing I didn't like was that I had to give the top bedroom with the queen bed to my kids because it didn't have a door. So I and my wife had to choose the down bedroom so you know 😏 🤪 😌 😜, think about the rest.
• Dragana (10/5): - This was my first time in Madrid, and I’m really happy I found such a great place to stay. First of all, the apartment is cozy and comfortable, and the location is excellent — just about a 20-minute easy walk to the city center. Everything you might need is nearby: restaurants, shops, and public transport. The beds are very comfortable, and the apartment has everything necessary for a pleasant stay. I especially loved the terrace! ☀️ The house rules they send are completely reasonable — obviously, some guests in the past didn’t know how to behave, so it makes sense. There’s a Locker in the City luggage storage just one minute away, which is very convenient after check-out. Communication was smooth and friendly throughout, and all arrangements went perfectly. I’ll definitely stay here again! 💙 Everything was fine, maybe just a bit noisy from the street at times, but nothing too bad.
• José Manuel (5/5): Buena ubicación aunque incómodo para dormir. - Lo que más nos gustó fue la ubicación y el hecho de que tuviese ascensor. La ventana de la habitación del desván no tiene persiana y por la mañana te da el sol justo a la cara. El piso debe tener orientación este o sureste. Las almohadas muy bajas. Los sillones de la terraza muy incómodos y los maceteros no pintaban nada porque no tenían más que mala hierba.
• Giuseppe (9/5): 4 amici in tour - Posizione strategica per musei Reina Sofia e Prado. Un po' strettino per 4 persone. La scala di accesso al piano superiore è "impervia" soprattutto a scendere.
• Remco (8/5): - Locatie, airco en inrichting. Terras, qua grote prima en met zonnescherm. Echter, planten waren mors dood. Geen Kussens voor de loungeset en decoratieve elenten waren van de muur komen zetten.
• Yumi (10/5): Great value of money - cute loft! - Location was great especially arriving by train! Just a short walk from Atocha. Madrid as a whole is also super walkable from there - we didn't even need a transport card. The loft was cozy & both our beds were very comfy! The stairs to the attic bed are a bit steep, so just be mindful (I personally find no prob with it). Very happy with the in-house washer with detergent and drying rack! The a/c worked perfectly under mid-August summer heat. It's a lively neighborhood, but the loft's high floor kept it peaceful and quiet. Absolutely recommend & would happily return! Check in/out wasn't very flexible (comes with an extra fee). We ended up going for brunch and coffee with our bags to wait it out, which was fine, but it would've been nice to leave our luggages if no one was checking in right after.
• Lionel (7/5): Trés bon rapport qualité/prix - L'emplacement du logement bien situé, quartier animé et commerces à deux pas ouverts à toute heure. Pas loin des principaux sites à visiter. Dans rue au calme. Prix canon Lit pas vraiment confortable, chaises pas adaptées à la hauteur de la table. Pas de coussins sur le salon de jardin donc trés inconfortable, impossible de s'adosser pour profiter d'un moment de détente sur la terrasse. Il faudrait recalculer la surface annoncée car les mètres carrés annoncés ne sont clairement pas là, comme nous étions tous les jours en promenade cela ne nous a pas dérangé plus que ça surtout sur un court séjour de 3 nuits.

• Robert (4/5): Apartment was ok but host was most difficult i have ever dealt with. Sort of spoilt stay with rules. - The apartment was in a good location, with restaurants near by. The lift was good. The host was very demanding with emails listing rules with $ penalties eg leave towels hanging up or pay$, take out rubbish, don't make noise, pick up key on time or fine if late, $ to leave luggage early, send copy of passport or loose booking, sign a form in Spanish or loose booking etc. I have never had so many emails. Didn't respond to our questions. Apartment was ok but furnishings were worn. Bed was a small double bed.
• Nathalie (6/5): Pleasant - location The chairs are too low for the table. The second bedroom does not have a curtain for the window which is in the ceiling, so the sun shines in your face in the morning. The 70m2 is including the terrace which is quite big.

• Pavol (9/5): Superb - Clean apartment with a beautiful terrace at a good address. (100 m from the metro station "Lavapiés". Thanks to the perfect location we could reach all the important places in a moment - on foot (Plaza Mayor 15 minutes, Palacio 20-25 minutes, Parqe de El Retiro 10 minutes). In terms of amenities you are not lacking anything, but if you need anything, the nearest supermarket is only 1 min walk away. The apartment is on the top floor and there is also a lift. In case you need a taxi (Bolt/Uber), it will stop right in front of the entrance. Overall, we highly recommend the apartment + communication with the landlord was fast and on the level.
