Guest Reviews
- Freda (8/5): Rome - The location was great! The apartment was big and had all the amenities needed. The host was very prompt in responding to anything we needed. It needs darker curtains to block the light from the streets. The bathroom ceiling has something black on it. I forgot to tell the host, as we were just busy.

- Mary (10/5): It was a wonderful place to stay to enjoy all of the treasures Rome has to offer. - The location of this apartment near Campo dei Fiori was excellent. Easy access to the market. Within walking distance to the Roman Forum, the Vatican and all of the treasures Rome has to offer. Nothing to dislike.

Zameldowanie i wymeldowanie przebiegło sprawnie i bezproblemowo.
Serdecznie dziękujemy Raminowi, pozdrawiamy i, mamy nadzieję, do zobaczenia.
- Anshul (10/5): - The kitchen was spacious with everything that we could have needed during the stay. Location is great, close to everything but also secure and quiet with no noise disturbances at night. The owner was great at communication and provided us great recommendations for nearby things to do. Beds were great for family of 4. Washing machine was helpful.
- Jeffery (9/5): We had a longer stay than most, 12 nights. Excellent location. Good sound proofing via the windows. - Location was excellent. Host/operator was very quick to help and to answer any questions.

- PHU Progress (10/5): 👌👌 - I highly recommend the accommodation and the manager. The apartment is in the very center of Rome, with everything within easy reach. The manager is helpful in every situation.
- Tabitha (10/5): This was the perfect spot for our home base during our stay in Rome and would stay here again without any hesitation. - We loved everything about our stay here. It was incredibly convenient to all the sites and public transportation. It was our first trip to Rome and Ramin made it very easy for us. He sent all the details ahead of time, made check in easy, and shared places to check out during our stay. The apartment was clean, comfortable, and well appointed.
- Jihye (9/5): -
- Rachel (8/5): Great location - Location is fantastic, Ramin was very helpful, apartment was spacious and had all things needed for a few days away. The windows have no proper curtains, though it may be possible to close the shutters on the outside. The bed as others mention was very very firm.

- Scott (10/5): - Lovely appartment, very neat and in a superb location within walking distance to the major landmarks.
- Andy (9/5): - Fantastic location, good amenities, aircon works well!
- Lindsey (10/5): Best location and host was amazing! - The location was amazing and the host was very hospitable and prompt! Give us a ton of recommendations and was easily accessible throughout our entire stay. Nothing to fuss over, I would just say more blankets and pillows, but besides that amazing!!!
- Dylan (10/5): Great location, the suite was huge, highly recommend! - Great location for exploring Rome! Easy to get to and from the Rome Termini station by bus (64 line). Walking distance to lots of restaurants and tourist attractions. Huge apartment, well with the money. The staff was extremely helpful and attentive. It was a great base of operations for our stay in Rome. My family and I loved be place and would definitely stay there again.
- James (10/5): A Fabulous Find - The location was in the heart of all the things that we wanted to visit. No issues
- Daniel (10/5): Exceptional -
- Marina (7/5): Good -
- Mugdha (10/5): Excellent Location and Super Clean Property!! - The property is excellent- clean, perfect location. It’s literally in campo de fiori. 8 min walk to piazza navona, 15 min walk piazza Venezia, 25 min walk to colosseum, 20 min walk or 10 min drive to Vatican, 25 min drive to Roma Termini. Tons of restaurant options, open till late in the night so felt safe coming home little late. It’s an easy 2nd floor walk (two flights of 8 steps each). Convenience store right across from building door. It has a washer (no dryer), but has a drying rack, super convenient. Extremely responsive host. Everything was perfect just a few operational things - just wish the curtains in all rooms were not see-through, may be we could fix that by shutting the external shutters but that just felt like a hassle. Wish the apartment had more hooks to hang wet towels, I don’t like to hang wet towels on furniture or inside closets. Finally, wish the apartment had at least one full length mirror to use for when you’re going out. These are more wishlist items nothing that someone can’t live without.
- Ourania (9/5): Superb - The location should get 100/10.
We were moving everywhere on foot.
The apartment is really large. The furniture could be better though.
- Teres (9/5): Superb - Location is perfect. Loved it!
- Elena (10/5): Great apartment in the heart of Rome - Everything was absolutely beautiful! It was clean, it was located perfectly, and it was very cozy. It was also very comfortable in terms of temperature. The kitchen had all the amenities - including spices, we could cook easily there. The host was amazing - he gave us recommendations for food, drinks and hanging out. When checking out - the cleaning team was already waiting to come into the apartment at 11:00 sharp - we were very impressed with this :) Thank you, we had a very good time in Rome and we will definitely book Maison Vivalda again when we go back!
- Alina (10/5): Exceptional - Perfect location for one week in Rome!
- Dylan (10/5): Exceptional -
- Grant (9/5): Superb - Nice rustic Roman apt. Great location.
- Nare (10/5): Exceptional -
- Petr (10/5): Exceptional -
- Robyn (9/5): Perfect place to stay in the historic part of Rome - Maison Vivalda is close to everything we wanted to see. We walked everywhere. It’s located 50 mts from Campo Di Fiori with all its restaurants & shops. It is a comfortable large apartment, has a washing machine & kitchen. It’s quiet and peaceful inside. The owner was so helpful with restaurant suggestions etc.
- Sandra (10/5): Excellent property and location - The host sent all the details the day before our arrival to enable us to access the property, together with a list of restaurants and bars nearby.
The property was very well presented and ideally situated to enable you to walk to most of the sites.
A previous review said there was nowhere to hang clothes, this is incorrect, there is a cupboard / wardrobe in the hallway.
A supermarket was just 100yds from the property, the Campo di Fiore on your doorstop.
Taxi rank at Largo Argentina less than 10 minute walk from the property.
- Timothy (9/5): Superb -
- Carlos (10/5): Exceptional - Location was excellent. Apartment appliances all in good shape. Apartment manager was top notch!
- Darren (9/5): Excellent location, good large rooms, very quite for city centre, easy check in - Excellent spacious rooms right on the edge of Campo de Fiori. It is a busy fun area and the room was super quite with excellent insulated windows. Plenty of space to relax with separate dining/kitchen and living rooms which is a bonus in Rome! Kitchen had everything we need to have a nice dinner cook up a couple of times from the market produce in square which is on each morning, it had everything we need. Plus - literally walk out the door to a restaurant and Craft beer house just 20m away, supermarket 200m away. I have been to Rome a few times and this is a great option! I like a firm bed so I was happy - my wife would have liked a little softer :) However we stayed 6 nights so maybe it doesn't matter!
- Joanne (8/5): Very good -
- Karlīna (9/5): Superb - Amazing location and apartment! Great stay and definitely a great choice for family stay. I would definitely stay here again!
- Murtas (7/5): Good - The location is perfect. You can reach a lot of attraction by foot. Very close to amazing restaurants. It’s safe a close to many bars if you fancy a drink and a walk after dinner. The host is friendly and very useful with many recommendations. The bed is very hard and quite uncomfortable.
Unfortunately on our last morning there they started to do work in the building at 6.45 am
- Katyanna (10/5): Exceptional -
- Lilach (10/5): Excellent accommodations and service, highly recommended! -
- Vitaliy (10/5): Exceptional -
- Sheila (9/5): Great location and value - Location was excellent Walked around without shoes on and our feet were black from the floors being dirty.
- Schipani (8/5): Lovely apartment in Italy - Well equipped kitchen, good sized apartment, good value, lovely reading room. Convenient location.
Hardwood floors. Easy check in The bed was very hard and there was no way to block out like from the large windows
- Lori (9/5): Lovely stay in Rome with easy communication through WhatsApp. - Spacious apartment near Campo de Fiori that was quiet at night and close to a bus stop making touring Rome so easy. Good air conditioning with a sufficient kitchen and washing machine. At first the bed seemed hard but we slept well after all. It is a typical Italian mattress.
- Jane (10/5): This place worked great for us, close to Piazza Navona and Trastavere neighborhood. - Excellent location
- Kelli (9/5): Excellent Host and Accommodation - The apartment was very spacious and comfortable. I didn't expect it to be so large! There was a full dining room and a huge living area for relaxing. The common area leading up to the flat was very clean and well maintained. Even though the apartment is right around the corner from Campo dei Fiori, which is lively most of the day and evening, you wouldn't know because the windows are modern and keep the sound out. And above all, our host was kind, helpful, and proactive in communication. I was already dreaming of planning a return trip on the flight home! It didn't bother me, but there is a street light right outside the bedroom window, so if you are sensitive to light, bring an eye mask. Other than that, no issues!
- Arna (10/5): Exceptional -
- Barbara (10/5): I would love to come back not only to Rome but also to stay in this apartment. - Nice apartment very close to Campo de Fiori and also close to many attractions lika piazza Navona, Pantheon, Argentina and from here walking distance to Vittorio Emmanuele monument, Forum, Colosseum.
close to river Tiber well many other atteactions clos by.
Even when so adjacent to Campo de Fiori it was calm and rather quiet in the night.
our contact person was very friendly and gave us info about different restaurants and so on. Easy to contact and fast respons. Initially it was a bit cold (heating system off in the building as we visited now in April but we used the AC with warm air so it worked out fine. A bit cold and rainy this time in Rome.
- Luana (10/5): Exceptional -
- Manar (9/5): Superb -
- Coates (9/5): Superb - The location was perfect. An easy walk or transit ride to everything. Ramin was super helpful with great suggestions and tips. The neighborhood was great with everything you need to enjoy a week in Rome. The apartment was a nice size and good to come home to at the end of the day. Nothing
