• Ciara (8/5): Lovely apartment with great location - This apartment was lovely, perfect location and super clean and spacious. More than enough room for two people, would have liked to spend more time here but only had one day in Athens. The host was very helpful, ordered a taxi for us and helped us figure out the bus to the airport. Mosquitos kept spawning in even tho we never opened the windows. When we arrived there was 10 in our bedroom so unfortunately we couldn’t sleep until we killed them all ahah. Hopefully we didnt disturb the neighbours

Spiros est très réactif et nous avons eu des réponses à toutes nos questions. C'est un endroit dans lequel je retournerai volontiers si je reviens à Athènes.

• Christina (10/5): Fantastic stay - The apartment is modern, spotless, with brand-new amenities and everything one may need. The location couldn’t be better. Everything is within walking distance, including the underground if you need it. Excellent facilities, great comfort, perfect base for Athens. Highly recommended!

• Monsour (10/5): A cozy place to stay with a very central location in Athens. - The location of the place is about 15 minute walk to Athens’ city centre. For the week I have been in Athens, I only used the metro once - that is, when I needed to go to Piraeus to venture the nearby Greek islands. Other than that, the places of interest are all within a walking distance. The neighbourhood of Spiro’s place is also lively, with nearby cafes and restaurants, and also a nearby grocery story around 2-minute walk. The facilities in his place are fully functional and fit for purpose. There is a stove, an oven, a fridge, a hair dryer, an iron and an ironing board, and a washing machine, to name a few. There is also a television and an air conditioning system both in the living room and the bedroom - both giving that cozy stay when indoors after spending the day under the Greek sun! :) There is also a reliable internet connection. Although the internet connection is of average speed, it was sufficient for my needs - such as simple communication and doing some university assignments from time to time. If there is something I can suggest to improve, then perhaps replacing the 2 single beds in the bedroom to a double or queen-sized bed. Although this did not affect me as I was a lone traveller this time, it may be useful if a couple was travelling. Other than this, I cannot find fault in the property.
• Ellie (8/5): A great location for exploring Athens in comfort over a weekend! - The location was perfect, so central - good value for money. The beds (x2 single) were incredibly comfortable. Spiros was prompt with all communication and friendly. The wifi was quite slow in the evenings/peak times, we often used mobile data instead.

• Yuliya (8/5): Spacious and clean - Great location, very attentive and kind staff, spacious and very clean apartment! From the structural point of view, you can really hear neighbours from above, and there is a frequent pipe flushing sound in the corridor. The wi fi is also not very reliable for those who need a solid internet network.

All basic amenities were available. Good communication with the host via booking.com messaging. It is an excellent location to be in the centre of Athens. Nothing.
