• Tehila Gordon (7/5): דירה מקסימה בבניין ישן - דירה מיוחדת, גדולה מרווחת מצויידת ומאובזרת. משפחה עם 4 ילדים והיה לנו מאוד נוח. מיקוח מצויין, דירה גדולה ונקיה. משופצת ומגוונת. 2 חדרי רחצה, 2 חדרי שינה וסלון גדול עם ספה. מטבח פינת אוכל ומרפסת קטנה. הצוות זמין תמיד בוואטסאפ אבל לא נותן מעבר למה שבדירה הדירה בבניין ישן בקומה 4 ללא מעלית. המים בכיורים והמקלחות יורדים לאט (צנרת ישנה) היינו עם רכב ושילמנו המון על חניה ועל נסיעות באזור c .
• Patrasca (7/5): Overall the stay was fine, with a great location and quiet surroundings, though some issues like dampness, a broken show - It is quite centrally located, in a quiet neighborhood, right next to a beautiful park. I really enjoyed the peaceful atmosphere of the area. Having a Carrefour just around the corner made it very convenient to shop for anything me and my group needed. You can also reach the main tourist attractions quite easily — either a 15–20 minute walk or by public transport, with tram and metro stations just 5–10 minutes away on foot. There was dampness in the apartment (master bedroom, kitchen, and living room), which I found unacceptable to rent out without fixing. For me, as someone with allergies, it was a serious issue because it made it hard to breathe and caused discomfort. Even without allergies, it’s unpleasant, as you wake up with a stuffy nose. The main bathroom shower head was broken, and although I reported it and the host said someone would come to fix it, no one came and I didn’t receive any further response during our stay. Another drawback is that the apartment is on the 4th floor of a building without an elevator, which can be tiring for some guests.

• Pavlo (7/5): - Fairly clean. Not a bad area. Unsatisfactory communication with the staff – rude and impolite. Check-in was not very smooth. Only one bedroom instead of the three that were advertised. No elevator, and you have to climb to the fourth floor.

• amrani (8/5): - Appartement dans un quartier agréable à proximité des points forts de la ville, de restaurants et commerces. L’appartement est spacieux et fonctionnel. Idéal pour une famille. Lieu calme et typique. Il conviendrait de préciser sur l’annonce que l’appartement est au 4ème étage sans ascenseur (même si cela ne nous a pas posé de problème.) Le système de réglage de l’eau de la douche n’est pas évident : attention aux brûlures !

Good daily routines walking up and doen to the 4th floor. The drains in both bathrooms are troublesome. We missed curtains in one bedroom, so it was light early
• Abraham (8/5): Mooi en ruim apartement aan rand van central park Milaan. - Locatie aan de rand van het Parco Sempione (het ‘central park’ van Milaan) was super, veel restaurants en levendigheid direct voor de centrale toegang, trams om de hoek, in apartement zelf superstil (ligt aan achterkant van straatzijde). Halfuurtje lopen naar de Duomo. Badkamers verouderd en hebben bedompte lucht.
• Ekaterine (9/5): Nice apartment with good location - The apartment has a good location, it is near Arco della Pace and is convenient for getting around by tram. From the apartment, it is quick and easy to get to the city center via Parco Sempione. There are also many restaurants nearby. The apartment was quite cozy and beautifully designed. The rooms have beautiful views of the inner courtyard. The rooms were cozy, although a bit dark. The apartment has 2 bathrooms, which is very comfortable, although the water in one bathroom was not hot, and in the other there was a problem with the water going out. The sofa bed was dusty and caused coughing at night and when lying down. There is no elevator in the building, so anyone with large luggage should be aware that they will have to carry it to the fourth floor.

• Sajjad (8/5): Very good - Clean apartment in a great location , just an overnight stay and was happy with the instructions etc. The only downside is that the property is on 4th level and there is no lift, so a little problematic for elderly ones
• Caroline (9/5): Lovely apartment in gorgeous location. - Location was fantastic , we loved the style of the apartment, the facilities were good. We loved the entrance and walking through the little courtyard. Door was a little tricky to get in and out of but mastered it in the end. We didn’t mind the four flights of stairs but maybe mention this in the description as some people would have struggled with luggage.

Only hick-up was that the small bathroom had clearly not been cleaned although a cleaned sign was put up, but if that is fixed this place is the perfect base to explore Milan.
