Lisa (7/5): Good - Location was great as it is situated on the shopping street. Levante beach is a 2 minute walk away. We stayed as a group of friends and there was ample room. Nice balcony which got the sun most of the day. The apartment is on the 3rd floor and there is no lift. Staircase is very narrow too. It'll be a struggle with big suitcases. When we first arrived the apartment was absolutely freezing we had to heat it with the air con and little electric heaters which were in the place. I don't think it is centrally heated. As we were there in February it could still quite cold.

All in all an enjoyable break. - It was ideal for what we wanted.. in the Old town Benidorm and very near the front/beach It was quite basic with no real sitting room only a room with 2 tables and 10 chairs.. however.. as we were out most of the time it was sufficient for our needs.
