FABIO (7/5): Tem potencial, mas precisa substituir os colchões por outros mais confortáveis e ter maior cuidado com a limpeza e manut - Bem localizado e com cozinha bem equipada. Camas muito desconfortáveis. Limpeza do apartamento não foi boa e não havia lençol nas camas (apenas o protetor de colchão e as colchas).
