• Brandon (1/5): - Rat and mouse droppings were in several places, especially in the kitchen area. We chose not to stay at all and were still charged for this booking unfortunately smh.

• Andrew (9/5): Overall stay went well a few issues with the place that can mainly be attributed to it being an older house by the look - Close proximity to central fair grounds where the event I attended was located. Place was clean with no significant issues of note that would discourage future use. Place is as advertised no discernible discrepancies between listing and place. The rental pricing was reasonable. Host is courteous and responsive to messages. Hot water heater is on a timer so would have to check before showing I forgot to do so once and learned that the hard way. Master shower did not get that hot and shower water handle had to be turned gently otherwise it felt like it might break off. Needed to put a towel on master bathroom floor when showering to reduce water that would splash on floor when showering. Smart A/C system would raise temperature of place at times so would need to check constantly to ensure it’s at desired temperature (I run hot so I like it cold. Once temperature is set would like it to stay at that setting so when I return to place I don’t have to wait hours to cool back to desired temperature).

• Shatorya (9/5): Enjoyed myself - Orlando is a nice place to visit It was a couple issues but despite that the host came to handle the situation the same day. Which I loved because some people would wait until you leave or never come. So, that was beyond respectful and I was grateful he did an awesome job.

• Evaleigh (9/5): Very cozy and great space - We loved the size of the house multiple bathrooms, having cold water available upon arrival. We also loved the closeness/accessibility to the entertainment venues(movie theater, concert venue). We couldn't find any out plugs in the double bed room for electronics and charging purposes, the little step into the dinning area was small I personally kept tripping.
