• Kendall (8/5): City centre apartment, great for big groups and short stays. - The location was great, the shower wonderful, and very spacious. There was a lot dust behind the beds and under the tables, not great for my allergies. Also, one of the fans was extremely noisy and loose.
• Kieran (9/5): Great location and very spacious. - Great location. Spacious and clean. A welcome break from the hostels I’ve been using in Asia. The staff were excellent at communicating. One critique would be the en-suite had no hot water. Could have used a second room key because when the group was out at different times you have to come down to let them in.

• Alan (5/5): Location great, apartment poor. - Great location right in the centre of KL and easy walking distance to KLCC. Quiet building inside, as part of a lot of air B&B style apartments. Everything worked, and was quiet enough to sleep. Poor experience from start to finish. Property uses an agency that seems to work for a number of apartments so you are waiting around for people to let you in. Once in the apartment was not clean, and maintained to a poor standard. Small amounts of mould in the bathrooms, rubbish left behind, areas of water damage, and a sense of poor standard of maintenance. Even after complaining and a second visit from the cleaners we still had rubbish left behind.

• Ella (10/5): Smooth Vacation 😉 - This apartment is a gem! The location is perfect, near to Twin Tower KLCC, close to everything we need, and just a walking distance to the popular Nasi Kandar PELITA. The building is well-maintained and quiet. The unit itself is spacious, with updated appliances and comfortable living areas. The management team is incredibly responsive and helpful. I would highly recommend this apartment to anyone looking for a great place to getaway with family.
• Abdullah (8/5): unforgettable memories. I can see the KLCC tower just from the window - a comfortable place to stay, spacious rooms and a strategic location close to KLCC. none everything is perfect
• Ling (8/5): Enjoyed the stay here and would like to stay here again when visiting KL. - The location is good, a short walk, less than 10 mins, to KLCC. The apartment was clean and comfortable. There was a water filter dispenser with hot water function, which is a plus for us. The host is very responsive and will text us to check on us and to make sure that we are comfortable. It would be perfect if there was a microwave oven in the kitchen. The visitors can only park the car at Level 10 and it is a little narrow with sharp turns when going up and down, so for those who are driving the MPV or bigger car, you must be extremely careful.
• Ainur (10/5): Exceptional - Feels like home. Very comfortable. There is a washing machine with dryer. So i do not have to worry about my laundry. Can see Petronas Twin Tower from master bedroom. We have to wait a long time for the lift.
• Almursyid (2/5): One night stay, was terrible. No Netfliks, only very limited chinese movies. - Prior to arrival, received PDF file on door password, parking bay and wifi. Also was reminded to text Rajab 10min before arrival. Text Rajab 15mi prior to arrival and being told to ring someone else. On arrival, ring the person, the person decided to change meet up location. Busy traffic with 2 vehicle. Waited for 20mins and the person (Rihan Ali) was actualy 5m from my car where model, color and numberplate advised prior. Picked up key, received 3 keys (1 building access, 2 parking access) when asked he said I should have arrange it, advised him about checkout time at 11am as per the instruction received and he promise to meet me at the same spot tomorrow to return the deposit RM300.00. Well no advise or tips from the PDF. One car on P8 and the other onP10 parking. So how P10 parked vehicle suppose to access the building? I managed to get that sorted with only 1 key. Once at the elevator, no advise on how to use it. We all stranded more than 30mins trying to figure out how the lift works until we met a security personal. When we finally managed to figure how the lift works, we access the apartment with no issue. When I return to P8 parking to unload my stuff, I met the same Rihan Ali again and told him that what I had to go thru to use the lift after 30min and his only concern is "Saya belum dapat itu wang parking no.2". No sorry no empathy. All he is worry is the RM20.00 for the parking. In the apartment, 1 downlight is flicking non stop, sign on the TV stated Viewing Deck at Level 58, which is a false advertisement as the key do not allow access to Floor 58 in the lift. Swimming pool can be seen from the room but no information in regards to which floor but they did not forget to mention on the same sign (Swimming pool is still under construction until further notice for opening). Check out had to wait got 1 hr (am-12pm) to receive my deposit. TV service bad. check hotel get better TV service.

• Mohd (8/5): Nice - Exceptional Stay in the Heart of KLCC I recently stayed at the 3-bedroom suite in Sky Suites KLCC by GH, and I must say it exceeded all expectations. The location is unbeatable – right in the heart of Kuala Lumpur, just a short walk to the Petronas Twin Towers and Suria KLCC. It’s perfect for anyone looking to explore the city or enjoy the vibrant nightlife. The apartment itself was immaculate and tastefully furnished, with a modern and luxurious feel. The bedrooms were spacious, with comfortable beds and plenty of storage space. The living room was cozy and had a stunning view of the KL skyline, making it the perfect spot to relax after a long day. The fully-equipped kitchen and dining area were also a great addition for families or groups who prefer to cook or dine in. The facilities in the building were excellent, including a well-maintained gym and a lovely pool area. The host was incredibly friendly and responsive, ensuring a smooth check-in process and making sure we had everything we needed throughout our stay. Overall, this was an exceptional experience, and I would highly recommend it to anyone looking for a premium stay in KLCC. I can’t wait to return for another visit! Rating: ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐
• Siti (8/5): Great Location - The house was well-equipped, and the ambiance was lovely. All utilities and electronic appliances were complete, making the stay comfortable overall. However, only one access card and one parking lot were provided, which made traveling in a group quite inconvenient. This was especially challenging since we were traveling with senior citizens. There were times when we wanted to split up and go out separately, but the single access card made this difficult. It would be much more convenient if additional access cards and parking spaces could be provided, especially for larger groups or families.
• Yen (7/5): good location - 1) the location is convenient. 2) with a TV box with lots of channel, it makes it really feels like home. 1) the check in/check out process feels complicated and needs a lot of patience, otherwise not too bad. 2)the deco in the house is very pretty but the wall paper in the livingroom has already teared.
• Nakia (1/5): Black mold, dirty bathrooms and rude staff. - The location was nice but there are plenty around. The check in process is awful and inconvenient. They want to meet offsite and it took 30 minutes for him to arrive and he didnt apologize for wasting my time nor did he even say Hello. This Apartment is not rentable for short stays. There are signs everywhere! He basically snuck myself and my kids in and they wanted me to lie to the security guards if asked about my stay. The place was filled with black mold and I have pictures to prove so. The bathroom showers were filthy. One of them had an awful smell after a shower. The bed and pillows are hard as rocks. The walls are dirty with wallpaper peeling everywhere. My kids and I checked out early after finding the dangerous mold. YOU CANT FIX MOLD, I WOULD NOT STAY HERE!

• Siti (1/5): Worse & very calculative host - The room is ok & location is ok Parking is very narrow. The collection of key is difficult need to wait for the staff. Our deposit also been deducted because of our kids eat oreo and it stain a bit at the duvet and it can be wash anyway. But the host said they will dispose and deduct our deposit. Totally unacceptable. Not recommended. Can choose other host next time. Check out time also at 11am. Usually check out is at 12 pm.

Very stressful and anxious stay. They seemed to forget we were on holiday jabbing to constantly wait for a reply to messages and once a solution was agreed having to wait around for some time taking away from our relaxing and enjoyable holiday experience
• Lihsia (5/5): Probably would be worth stating that it is an apartment complex with no direct easy access with luggage from lobby - Great location Not enough amenities, no provision for coffee /tea and no kettle /toaster and extra toilet rolls . Most annoyingly difficult access with luggage’s and had to be escorted in and out of car park as to avoid being seen by security guards ..

• Nur (9/5): Very satisfied. Hosts are very helpful and attentive. - - i like that the location is very very strategic & safe - infront of the guard house is 7Eleven. CU mart also is just around the corner. The most important; KLCC is just a walking distance away less than 5mins. - no need to drive as the places around are very easy to go too. - rooms are exceptional, the pillow and bed smell nice (not necessarily to talk about, but it makes me happy) - thank you for preparing the entertainment for us; the movies and all as no netflix provided (locked by host/other users - that’s okay). - our room is just next to the lif, not hard to search. - will definitely repeat our stay. Not that i don’t like, but in my opinion can improve better such as; - kindly put carpet (no need thick, at least a thin but comfy carpet) in front of the tv. Floor would be very very cold as the aircond/fan is super cold. - maybe can provides 3in1 (coffees, tea, etc.) - the swimming pool was under construction sadly.

Not worth it for the price paid. Third bedroom is single bed. Check in/ out experience not smooth. The condo is not welcoming for this kinda stay so need to make appointment to collect key outside.

Super excellent location within walking distance to KLCC and other surrounding eateries Nature of setup as a private apartment meant that each group only has one key access card, which is required even to exit the building

After that i request a replacement card from the owner/the staff. But he told me to call the building guard to let me in.. What kind of service is that? * Strongly advise to people not stay here for those who need to leave early in the morning after check out. Because we try to check out before 11 as we need to go to the airport, but the owner/staff is not coming to us to take the key on time. Literally we stayed at the side of the road and waiting them * The room is so dusty, they didn’t clean the room very well

• Thuy (9/5): Good place to stay! - The appartment is very close to Petronas twin towers and Pavilion KL. The room is clean and friendly host & housekeeping. The building is safe and near 7eleven, Starbucks. We have only 1 access card. The appartment is for 6 people so it's quite inconvenient. We need to collect the room card from another place, 5mins walk. The good thing is upon check out the host will come to collect the access card. Appartment has no microwave.

To pick up access card you have to go different place and to return cards, you have to make appointment. If we know this when booking, we will chose other place to stay.

• Ina (9/5): Awesome! - My family and I really enjoyed our stay here. We booked the apartment for about 1 day. We were impressed from the moment we step into the house and it really felt like home. Everything was exactly as described. Clean water dispensers were readily provided. The host was super friendly & polite as well. He was keen on attending to our requests and queries. We love the location of the apartment, It’s so convenient! Suria-KLCC is walking distance, Pelita famous nasi kandar and food truck around the corner, Starbucks and 7-11 (but not 24hrs operating)across the street. We are looking forward to stay here again once we're in Kuala Lumpur. Definitely I will recommend to book this place :). it’s just that the key collection and returning can be confusing. It’s convenient if you have a car to drive to collect/return the keys. Hope they can improve on this.
