• Lynn (9/5): We loved our stay at the villa and we will definitely book it again whenever we return to Puerto del Carmen. Highly reco - Fantastic location, just minutes from the strip yet nice and quiet. No steep hills to climb to reach the villa. Fantastic host who was extremely helpful. The villa was very clean, bright and spacious for 4 adults. It has a full size kitchen upstairs and small kitchen area with fridge freezer downstairs which was ideal when having meals or drinks outside. Great TV options, if we wanted to watch tv. Local Spar just along the end of the street for basics. Only €3.40 in a taxi from the Soco Shopping Centre where there’s a super sized supermarket for when a big shop is needed. The beds were too hard for us, we prefer a medium mattress, but this didn’t put us off. The pillows were also too hard. A powerful hairdryer was provided which was great, but it doesn’t have a nozzle attachment. Again, this is just our preference.

• Carmel (10/5): - The villa is perfectly located for those whom so not want to drive, it is very clean and close to many amenities. The owner was very accommodating. Rooms were a good size. N/A

• Erica Cranley (8/5): Really great villa, just a couple of minor elements need to be updated - Great stay, the host Alexandra was very friendly and proactive, she arranged our airport transfer back for us. The villa location is excellent, 3 minute walk to the beach, 2 minute walk to Spar. The villa and grounds were spacious, and there were some good amenities e.g. washing machine, dishwasher, downstairs sink & fridge. The upstairs balcony was a great space for lunch and evening meals. Great TV and comfortable couch. Just to be aware, there is litte to no share in the garden, this could be solved with a parasol though. Some elements of the villa could be modernised/updated, such as the sun loungers, beach and bath towels, bed (very hard) & bedding (sheets & duvets) and kitchen cups & bowls etc.

• Gerry (9/5): Fab Winter Holiday - Everything! Lovely balcony off the upstairs lounge with sea views and sunshine all day! Handy 2nd bathroom (small one) upstairs, main one downstairs with the bedrooms. Handy 2nd fridge downstairs. Sheets and towels changed during our stay. A real home from home. Already booked again! Nothing.
• Emma (10/5): Amazing stay would highly recommend to anyone looking to book. - Location was brilliant we had 2 small children, aged 3 & 7 months with prams/buggy Very central to everything & no large hills to worry about The villa was so spacious modern & bright & a see view up stairs in living room. Also had all facilities you needed from cleaning, cooking, linen ect, we also requested a travel cot & high chair which was provided free of charge. They provided a small Christmas tree which our son was so happy with ! Also essentials like milk, bread, cakes, butter, croissants, wine, beer & water. Which was so helpful for us as a busy family. Alexandra was so helpful & present to deal with, we’ve booked it before leaving for next year again. The pool size was small but also perfect for our 3 year old. If 2 or 3 adults in could be tight, but we were more than happy for our stay

• Gerry (10/5): Wonderful time in a lovely villa. - The villa is within easy reach (5 minutes) of the Puerto del Carmen beach promenade and lots of superb and diverse restaurants. The balcony has a lovely sea view and has the sun all day, with lovely sunset views. It has a nice little swimming pool which we lounged around and my wife took frequent dips in. There is a very nice barbecue with outdoor dining table and chairs which could accommodate 8 people. The villa is well decorated and has a lot of space both inside and outside and is very well equipped, including easy to use dishwasher and washing machine. The bedrooms are downstairs and the living space is upstairs and there are excellent fridge freezers on both levels. There are lots of windows so the villa is well lit and airy. We liked it so much we've booked a further two stays for 2025. A larger hot water storage tank and a second set of keys wouldn't go amiss.

• Alexandra (10/5): Exceptional - Loved the villa between were tortured with tiny ants everywhere but we used spray alot off flies seem to be no end if them great location to the strip 3 min walk where there was so many shops restaurants bars galore .family hired electric bikes and dou le scooter for myself and my daughter now have to say Alexandra was a great host and Owner of this villa lovely lady Indeed would go back If course I would without a doubt. Some jets In the pool wasn't going which would a dealt wit tge access dirt which was lying at the bottom of it ants and flies and odd mosquitos too which I got bites to show could

The host was great on hand to answer an queries we had very promptly The villa itself was lovely , clean, and well equipped. Would def recommend Some small details , Bedding and towels could be updated , and beds not the most comfortable . wouldn’t put us off returning in the future .

• Michael (8/5): Villa could be amazing with a few upgrades - Location was excellent The mattresses on both beds were uncomfortable and the bedding could do with replacing as they were a bit discoloured especially the white sheets were more grey. Also the sunbeds could do with replacing. With a few upgrades the villa could be amazing as the location is central to everything.
