• Rémy (4/5): Good for 2 people, inadequate for more - The apartment is modern, has every amenity needed, has a great terrace and is located near the beach and a touristy area with lots of restaurants, bars and excursions. Unfortunately, there are a couple of issues with the property. As we were a group of 3 people, we had to use the sofabed. To our surprise, when opening the sofabed, we found a bunch of coins, meticulously placed underneath the mattress. These would have been easily found by staff when cleaning. Since the coins were still there when we unfolded the sofa, we can only assume that the sofabed had not been opened to clean. The fitted sheet on the sofa bed did not look clean either and had a couple of hairs and stains on it. The slatted frame is loose and some of the wooden slats do not fit in the frame anymore, making the sofabed uncomfortable and frankly, dangerous. Furthermore, the big windows in the living room have been installed incorrectly, leaving an opening either in the middle of them or on the right side, and unable to fully close them. This means that you can hear all the outside noise during the night. I recommend bringing ear plugs. Overall, the apartment could be cleaned better and the sofa bed definitely needs to be upgraded to something somewhat decent.

• Irina (10/5): De vis. - A fost totul superb. De la amplasare pina la comoditate. Totul la indemina, toate ustensilele, toata tehnica. Noi ne-am simtit ca acasa. Locul unde se afla apartamentul, este unul linistit, curat. In apropiere, plaja, magazine, discoteci, restaurante pentru toate gusturile. Apartamentul are o terasa mare si cu o vedere de iti taie respirația. Vedere la cel mai inalt punct al Spaniei- Vulcanul Teid pe care il recomand sa-l vizitati. Pe jos, foarte usor poti ajunge la cel mai mare Aqua Park din lume Siam-Park. Plaja frumoasa, curata, foarte mare. Sunt șezlonguri si umbrele cu plata desigur, dar majoritatea vizitatorilor vin cu lucrurile personale. Plaja are nisipul cenușiu-negru. La inceput a fost ciudat pentru noi 😀 dar merita sa incercati. Nu am obiecții.

• Matija (10/5): Great experience and would definitely go back! - We loved everything! The apartment was very comfortable, clean, and very well equipped. The pool was very nice and the location as well, since it is close to the beach, bars, restaurants, and supermarkets. The only thing to mention here is that the WiFi was a bit unstable at times, but nothing too serious.

• Iryna (9/5): A nice place by the ocean for a short-term stay - The property is ideally located just a 1-minute walk from the beach and main attractions. It is fully equipped with everything you need for a comfortable short-term stay, including all essentials for cooking. Additionally, the apartment is within walking distance of numerous restaurants and dining options. If you plan to cook your own meals, you may need to visit one of the larger supermarkets, which are best accessed by car or taxi. The property looks exactly as shown in the photos, so there will be no surprises upon your arrival. Any minor imperfections in the apartment are completely understandable given the price point.

• Eamon (10/5): Wonderful beach-side apartment! - A fantastic, spacious, modern one-bedroom apartment very close to the beach. It was very comfortable and had everything we could possibly need. Finally, it's in a great location at the top end of Playa de las Americas. The host, Tania, could not have been more helpful! Nothing! It doesn't have a sea view per se - you can see the ocean but from a side view but that doesn't really matter - you are literally 100m from the beach - a two minute walk!

The apartment was comfortable with a private terrace, and the shared swimming pool was a nice touch. Tetiana, the host, was very friendly and always ready to help. I highly recommend staying here!

• Leslie (3/5): Great location, spoilt by various issues. - Great location, clean, modern. Although WiFi is provided at the accommodation at best was sluggish and outdated, the system needs upgrading asap! I contacted the owner on this who stated, it’s impossible to install fiber to improve the service yet local domestic/businesses have fast speed Wifi. I needed to visit local Internet cafe’s frequently to access upto date Wifi service which proved great inconvenience and extra cost on my stay. The owner did provide another router to improve the quality but made very little difference on the speed of the WiFi connection, the problem is the setup is out of date! There is no fire deterrent equipment in the property so I found this a safety concern and needs addressing as a matter of urgency. The outside space is great for Al fresco dinning but marred by constant base sound noise coming from Monkey Beach Club/ Kong bar which is very close by. The sea view is very limited, if you strain your neck a side view is all you’ll experience. The owner needs to provide a true and accurate description on ALL aspects of this property so guests can make an informed choice on whether to stay here or not.
• Falco (10/5): Exceptional - We had a great stay in the appartment. The terrasse was great for having breakfast in the morning. The appartment is located a bit away from the main street what made it quiet and enjoyable. Parking could become a bit difficult, however, we always managed to find a free spot close by.

The apartment is in great condition - Perfect location, new apartment fully equipped. 1 min walk from the beach, 4 min driving to Siam park. Large terrace and nice swimming pool in the complex. There is no air conditioner in the bedroom and there is a few stairs to the apartment (we where with a baby stroller) The complex have gates locks that not easy to open and we got only one key so we can’t go separately.

• Enkhtsetseg (8/5): Very good - Location was really good. Nice kitchen, smart TV, large terrace and bathroom. I was there 9 days, no cleaning while we were there. There was only one toilet paper, no more waste bag. You have to buy it yourself.

Despite the proximity to the embankment, there is no noise. Great panoramic view. The apartment is new, modern design, has everything you need. Very comfortable bed and great place to relax. Spacious veranda. Clean pool on site. Thanks to the owner Alexander, who helped with car rental and organized excursions. I will definitely return to this apartment! ALL LIKED IT
