• Pınar (10/5): Sehr gute Lage - Die Lage ist sehr gut. Das Bett ist sehr bequem. Die Küchenausstattung ist ok. Das Heizen funktioniert sehr gut für so ein altes Gebäude. Dir Kommunikation funktionierte sehr gut und sie waten sehr hilfsbereit. Es gibt einen Aufzug. Das Bett auf der Couch ist sehr unbequem
• Mirna (8/5): Geräumiges Appartement in zentraler Lage - Sehr zentrale Lage in lebendiger Gasse mit vielen Lokalen und Geschäften Nahe Piazza Navona. Check inn und Ortstaxe unkompliziert über ein Link, der Schlüßel lag im Schließfach. Das Appartement ist geräumig und sauber, das Bett bequem. Es befindet sich in einem alten Gebäude im 3. Stock und es gibt ein kleines Lift. Wir haben den Aufenthalt genossen. Die Küche ist sehr klein und zum Kochen ungeeignet (das hatten wir nicht vor); tws. Schimmelbildung im Bad und Küche. Das Wasser fließt sehr langsam aus der Dusche ab.

Grand appartement, parfait pour 4. Lits très confortables. Cuisine peut être petite si vous souhaitez manger à l'appartement, ce qui n'a pas été notre cas.

• Reni61 (9/5): Ottimo rapporto qualità prezzo - Posizione, appartamento molto ampio e ben attrezzato. Cucina molto piccola, ma noi non ne abbiamo fatto uso. Validi anche i suggerimenti di bar e ristoranti da parte del gestore. Rumori notturni, non è colpa dei gestori ma comunque ... In ogni caso, nulla che dei tappi per le orecchie non possono risolvere !
• Sampada (10/5): Excellent apartment, definitely recommend it. - Excellent location and beautiful apartment. Accessible by lift, close to all main tourist and food places within 15 -20 mins walking distance. Everything was very good. Only since apartment has long passage, a good WiFi booster will help in getting signal in bedroom. But it was not a deal breaker since the apartment has a big hall where WiFi works perfectly well.

Great location on a beautiful street full of shops and restaurants still quiet at night. Bedroom bed very comfortable, hot water and heater easily adjustable. Nice view (4th floor) and working elevator. Old charm and very cozy If your are planning to cook the size of the kitchen may present some challenges, it is very small

• Martin (9/5): tolle Lage, jedoch nicht günstig; sehr empfehlenswert wenn der Aufenthalt in Rom kurz ist. - Die Lage ist optimal und, trotz den vielen Gaststätten in der Umgebung, war es ruhig. Die Küche ist sehr klein aber man kann schnell was unkompliziertes kochen (Kaffeemaschine ist auch vorhanden). Die Unterstützung des Gastgebers bei Anfragen/Probleme war gut. Das WiFi Signal im Schlafzimmer ist sehr schwach, wegen des Layouts der Wohnung, obwohl man dort halt schlafen soll.

The beds are very cozy both in the living and bedroom room. The two things that I would change is put a second router for the wifi in the bedroom and change the shower nozzle

• Milton (9/5): Superb location, great host - 10 minutes walking from the pantheon and closer to the fort of the angels. Great host, we booked very last minute and she made everything in order very quickly. Comfortable bed and well equiped kitchen. Water temperature can be dificult to regulate.

• Alessandra (10/5): Area is great and the apartment is spacious and airy. - We loved the location and the property had everything we needed…apart from tea spoons…now that I’m thinking about ! Very noisy at night for crazy romans shouting …but we loved it..maybe not ideal for families with young children in summer with the windows open. The lift looked a bit scary to start with…but it worked beautifully..don’t be deceived by the appearance!
• Paloma (10/5): Thank you to our host Elena for being so kind and flexible when we had concerns of checking out late. She was very atten - This apartment is in one of the best spots in all of Rome. Very central to historical landmarks but also tucked away to have a nice rest in between. It’s clean, beautiful and near amazing restaurants and shops. It’s nearly across the street from Castelo Sant’Angelo and The Vatican just across the River Tiber. Everything was wonderful.

• Norah (9/5): This is a great place to stay to enjoy the best that Rome has to offer. - Location is perfect for visiting many sights in Rome. It’s a short walk to the River Tiber and Vatican. There is a taxi rank about 200 metres from the apartment and many supermarkets nearby. There is a lift to the apartment which is great. The manager was always available for help and advice.

Furnitures and equipment a bit old but functional. The service by the landlord very friendly and effective. Will for sure return to this apartment for my next trip to Rome.

• Paola (7/5): Central but ... - The position was optimal, and the flat is big with a comfortable bed and a large sitting room. The kitchen is tiny, dark, and equipped with the bare minimum. The flat was quite empty with a mix of old furniture. The floors were not very clean, and details like old and dirty sponge for dishes and no kitchen towels, TV remote control with no batteries, lamps with bulbs gave the impression of a certain lack of care.

• Marguerite (10/5): Outstanding - The location was exceptional The size of the apartment with a separate bedroom plus a very comfortable hide a bed,the bathroom is modern and clean. The flow of the shower is very low and also you might think of adding a carpet in the shower, it is very slippery, but we really liked the bathroom. The main thing that was missing,for us,is a second set of keys. Somedays we would have visited different things but could’nt because of the one set of keys. Other than that,I will refer the apt. to all my friends and family.

• Kristina (10/5): Location 🤌🏻🤩 - Very comfortable apartment, the location is amazing, 10 minutes walk from the Vatican, 10 minutes to the Trevi Fountain and 20 minutes to the Colosseum. The street is full of shops and bars, adorable restaurants. We stayed in the apartment for 8 days and we didn't need a taxi for a single day, I definitely recommend it. the water in the shower has weak pressure, so it took a long time and patience to wash the hair

Amazing cozy very roomy apartment with old Italian feel. We had everything what we needed!!!! Kitchen. Comfortable bed. Located on very busy street it is a great plus, no Huge!!! plus, to have a sound proof windows!!! Easy communication with management. Bathroom needs update. Despite our best efforts water could get outside of shower base pan and make a floor slippery. Glass “door” is dangerously unsafe. Washer —with mold and very old.
• Valerio (8/5): Simple apartment in a great location perfect as a base to explore Rome. - Iconic location on one of the prettiest streets in central Rome with boutiques, nearby restaurants & my favourite gelato shop. The property worked really well for two friends as the living room and bedroom are at opposite ends of the apartment giving it the feel of a two bedroom apartment. Worked perfectly for two friends who spent the vast majority of our time exploring the city. The water pressure in the bathroom was very low - even for Italy - and the price was very expensive due to the Ryder Cup golf tournament in Rome. It’s a very simple property that is better suited for location rather than amenities. But it ticked all our boxes!

The kitchen was small but perfectly functional. Easy to get in and out and the location was fantastic. The host was also very attentive to our needs.
